1. Demus defeated Yuni with La Valagueza (7:09).
2. Special Tag Match: Akito & Keigo Nakamura defeated Carnatux & Yuki Ishida when Nakamura pinned Ishida with the Modified Crucifix (7:55).
3. Tetsuya Endo & Yuki Iino defeated Yukio Naya & Kazuma Sumi when Endo pinned Sumi with the Burning Star Press (11:11).
4. Special 6-Man Tag Match: HARASHIMA, MAO & Soma Takao defeated Danshoku Dieno, Jun Akiyama & Tomomitsu Matsunaga when MAO pinned Matsunaga with a Body Press (10:28).
5. Special Single Match: Yuki Ueno defeated Kazuki Hirata with the WR (16:19).
6. SCHADENFREUDE International Vs DAMNATION T.A!: Daisuke Sasaki, KANON & Ilusion defeated Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada when Sasaki submitted Honda with the Crossface Lock (14:04).
7. Special Single Match: To-y defeated Yuya Koroku with a Chickenwing Arm Lock Counter (15:45).
It just keeps happening! To-y once again beat Yuya Koroku, this time in a main event singles match. It continues the trend of Koroku’s recent losing streak against To-y. He spends the match targeting To-y’s arm and went for a Chickenwing Arm Lock to finish him off. However To-y found a way to Inside Cradle Koroku while defending himself from the move and scored the pinfall to win again. To-y said he is forging his own path no matter what. He is who he is today because he believes in The 37KAMIINA and they believe in him. That’s why he and MAO are going to take the KO-D Tag Team Titles at Sumo Hall! Koroku still can’t figure out what he’s doing wrong. He enjoys wrestling and believes in BURNING. Whatever he’s missing he hasn’t been doing it enough to win matches.
Daisuke Sasaki is going to make everyone believe he will beat Chris Brookes for the KO-D Openweight Title at Sumo Hall, even if he has to convince them by force. After DAMNATION T.A defeated SCHADENFREUDE International in their latest battle, they attacked Keigo Nakamura at ringside and forced him to say Sasaki will beat Brookes for the title. Nakamura was targeted because he has spent the month campaigning with Brookes for the upcoming Shukan Puroresu Awards. Sasaki also found one of the magazine’s reporters backstage and forced him to say the same thing.
The grudge between Yuki Ueno and Kazuki Hirata was settled with a match between the two. It happened here because the venue is only a 15 minute walk away from Ueno’s old alma mater. Hirata had an evil plan in place to hire masked goons to attack Ueno after the referee was knocked out. Ueno easily fought them off. Hirata then read a personal letter to Ueno where he said he would like nothing more than for Ueno to dance with him. Ueno was given a pair of Hirata GO! glasses but he refused because there are two things he hates: hurting people and dancing. The masked goons were able to get the glasses onto Ueno’s head, forcing him to dance with Hirata. But that only led to Ueno giving him the WR and winning the match.
MAO and Tomomitsu Matsunaga both fainted when they forced each other to go faces first into Danshoku Dieno’s rear end while he was bent over the top turnbuckle. MAO fell on top of Matsunaga when they collapsed and that was counted as a pin.
Yuki Ishida tried to get along with Carnatux by making him do the Dosukoi pose.

1. MAO & Mizuki Watase Vs Yuki Iino & Masato Kamino ended in a Time Limit Draw (15:00).
2. Akira Jo & Yuki Ishida defeated Choun-Shiryu & Rekka when Jo pinned Shiryu with the Spinebuster (8:21).

5. Kota Umeda, Ryota Nakatsu & Kouki Iwasaki defeated Keigo Nakamura, To-y & Yuya Koroku when Umeda pinned Nakamura with a Right High Kick (15:00).
6. Yuki Ueno defeated Diego with the WR (16:22).

During the Autumn of 2024 DDT surprised everyone by unveiling an entire class of pro wrestling students ready to make their debuts. They were all part of a sub-brand called DNA (DDT New Attitude) and its first show was held on 24th November of that year. Some of the wrestlers came and went but many were around for DNA’s run until 2018 when the generation was ready to graduate into full time pro wrestlers for DDT or its other brands. The generation reunited here today to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of DNA’s first show. Those who are still active in wrestling wanted to show how much they have grown since then while a few of those who moved on from the ring showed up to see old friends again.

The main event was planned to be Yuki Ueno against Shunma Katsumata but an injury forced Katsumata to pull out of the match. Diego, the wrestler from Chile who wrestled on DNA shows as Guanchulo offered to step in as Katsumata’s replacement as a favor for his Los Amigos tag partner. Diego tried to win by using the Crossface Lock but Ueno fought back with Dropkicks and pinned him with the WR. Ueno said when he started his wrestling career in DNA he didn’t know what to do but Diego was there to make his life in the dorm better. He told Diego that they should have another match either in Japan or Chile. He also wants the match with Katsumata to happen in a DNA ring eventually. Ueno wonders maybe he and Diego can team together and beat up Katsumata instead! Diego will be heading back home soon and everyone here will be in his heart.

Wrestlers from the current D GENERATIONS era of DDT were also part of the show to show how DDT continues to look towards the future. The semi-main event was a 6-Man Tag pitting DNA against D GENERATIONS. Kota Umeda, Ryota Nakatsu & Kouki Iwasaki had all wrestled on the first DNA show and were a united trio against Keigo Nakamura, To-y & Yuya Koroku. The match paired off Nakatsu against To-y, Iwasaki against Koroku and came down to Umeda pinning Nakamura with a Right High Kick. Both teams showed interest in having more matches against each other. The younger fighters want to surpass their seniors while Umeda in particular still wants to prove his vision of DNA was always the right one.

One of the regular tag teams put together in DNA was Gran MilliMeters so it was an emotional reunion for Daiki Shimomura & Check Shimatani. They lost to Speed Of Sounds in a competitive match but they didn’t let that result ruin their night. Shimatani is currently busy wrestling in Mexico these days but he did not want to miss this anniversary and felt many emotions when he got the invitation to take part. SOS felt like they deserved some attention too because this year is their 20th Anniversary in wrestling.

Yuni from DDT and Munetatsu Nakamura from Ganbare☆Pro battled each other in another segment of the show dedicated to the new generation, the DDTeeeen!! project in particular. Nakamura got the upper hand by doing the Michinoku Driver II and won when he pinned Yuni with a German Suplex. Nakamura is happy to win but said he has never fought the coach who taught them. He wants to meet and beat that guy to finally get closure from DDTeeeen!! Yuni thought there was no way he could lose to Nakamura but was proven wrong. He wants to wrestle him again as well as Ilusion.

DNA was only around for a few years but it was long enough for a heel unit to pop up and cause trouble. The Naomi Kingdom was led by Naomi Yoshimura back when he was a young punk with a chip on his shoulder. He couldn’t wrestle today because he is still rehabilitating from his neck injury but he still came here to watch one of his stablemates Akira Jo wrestle. Jo’s tag partner Yuki Ishida is connected to Yoshimura through Harimao. Ishida believes if he was around for DNA he would have been a Naomi Kingdom member too. The opposing team were frustrated after losing the match. Rekka wants to fight Yoshimura anytime he is able to wrestle again. The veteran Choun-Shiryu didn’t like how he was treated because of his age and promised to fight again at the 15th Anniversary when he will be 51 years old.

A time limit draw was the result of the opening tag match featuring four of the most established wrestlers from DNA who are currently still active. MAO & Mizuki Watase were the tenacious pairing while Yuki Iino & Masato Kamino fought them as the team of muscleheads. When time was running out the wrestlers yelled that they weren’t going to lose to each other. Both teams were reaching their limit when the 15 minute time limit ran out and the match was ruled a draw. Watase said they can have a rematch anywhere if the others want to.

There was an entrance ceremony before the first match for all of the wrestlers taking part. Also Katsumata was joined by Kazusada Higuchi and Suguru Miyatake to greet the audience at the start of the show.

7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Daisuke Sasaki, KANON & MJ Paul (c) defeated Chris Brookes, Masahiro Takanashi & Takeshi Masada when Sasaki submitted Takanashi with the Crossover Face Lock (13:57).
*V4 for DAMNATION T.A.

With Sumo Hall coming up at the end of the year, Chris Brookes and Daisuke Sasaki have a long war ahead of them that’s bringing in almost everybody with attachment to either SCHADENFREUDE International or DAMNATION T.A. Today’s battle was over the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles and quickly turned into a brawl around ringside. Sasaki and Brookes attacked each other with chairs while MJ Paul fell victim to a balcony length rubber band attack. KANON bested Takeshi Masada in their face off and left the match to the two unit leaders. Brookes had Sasaki beaten with the Praying Mantis Bomb but the pin was interrupted by DAMNATION T.A pulling the ref out of the ring. Ilusion then interfered but Munetatsu Nakamura came after him to even the odds. More chaos broke out with Demus and Antonio Honda getting in on the action. When things finally calmed down, DAMNATION T.A isolated Masahiro Takanashi and picked him apart. Sasaki countered the Takatonic with the Implant and then he gave Brookes a Low Blow. Sasaki & KANON then did the Freedom Call to Takanashi and he was then choked out by Sasaki’s Crossover Face Lock to give the champions the win.

After the match Sasaki told Brookes he and SCHADENFREUDE are nothing special. Love, romance and dreams are powerless before Sasaki! He only works for championships and the KO-D Openweight Title will definitely be his. Sasaki will be the last man standing in Sumo Hall on 28th December. He then said backstage there is a reason why he hasn’t challenged for the KO-D Title in four years but he won’t reveal it today. Instead he wants everyone to know he will be the one to bring the KO-D Title to Las Vegas next April. Brookes said there are plenty more matches to come in the next month and he will defend the title at Sumo Hall.

The DDT Extreme Title was on the line in a “Forbidden Battle” between Danshoku Dieno and Yuni. For five minutes of the match Yuni benefitted from “Cinderella Time” that meant Dieno would be immediately disqualified if he used any of his lewd moveset against him. However once that time ran out, the ban was lifted and the match would continue with no DQs whatsoever. Yuni wanted to win quickly so he went for high risk moves from the get-go while Dieno kept stopping himself from using his typical attacks. Time ran out though and Dieno instantly took over the match. Yuni eventually fought fire with fire by giving Dieno the Lip Lock and then hit two Moonsaults followed by the Fireball Splash. Dieno was still in the match so Yuni went for a Phoenix Splash. Dieno rolled out of the way, applied the Lip Lock, did the Danshoku Driver and then used a Triangle Choke to win.

Yuni refused to shake Dieno’s hand after the match. Backstage Dieno called him a rival and warned him not to get tripped up by everyone who just treats him as a high school student. That’s not just in pro wrestling but in life too. Yuni is only going to get stronger from here so Dieno doesn’t want to see him get spoiled and pampered just because he is in high school. Yuni understands that and appreciates that Dieno treated him like a pro wrestler. He thinks today was a rite of passage for him on the way to winning the Extreme Title and also the KO-D Title while he is still in high school. Next up for Dieno is an unexpected opponent for 28th December. It was announced after the show he will face Great-O-Khan at Sumo Hall!

Thanks to Shunma Katsumata’s ACL injury the KO-D Tag Team Titles were vacated earlier this week and today’s title match was cancelled. The replacement match was still The 37KAMIINA Vs BURNING but as a 6-Man Tag Match instead. Yuya Koroku was frustrated to have his title shot taken away from him so he wanted to make an example out of To-y. That ended up being a mistake. Thanks to some teamwork from Yuki Ueno & MAO, To-y ended up pinning Koroku with the Kojima Impact! Koroku couldn’t believe it but still said after the match he will not give up on chasing after the KO-D Tag Titles. To-y said he has just as many frustrations as Koroku because he was fighting for Katsumata when he really wants to win the KO-D Tag Title himself. The two argued about having a rematch until Hisaya Imabayashi came up with an idea. Tetsuya Endo & Koroku will face MAO & To-y at Sumo Hall with the vacant KO-D Tag Titles on the line! Endo talked down to Koroku backstage because he thought every point To-y made was right and he outperformed Koroku on the microphone. Of course wrestlers perform for the fans but they still need to have an ego because a pro wrestler in an embodiment of their ego. Meanwhile Yuki Iino talked about his upcoming match with Tomohiro Ishii on the 22nd December Korakuen show. He thinks Sumo Hall is where all of BURNING can regain their momentum going into the new year.

Akito wanted to have a match with Isami Kodaka for his 15th Anniversary because Kodaka was one of his seniors who helped him so much throughout his career. The two had a back and forth match that included a little trick from Akito where he used the ref as a shield. However Kodaka got the better of him by doing a Brainbuster and then pinning him down legs over shoulders to get the three count. Akito thanked him for the match and suggested they wrestle again for his 20th Anniversary. Kodaka said he would be on his 27th Anniversary by then so they should make the match the main event instead of putting it in the middle of the card.

There was a 6-Man Tag Match that was there to put the focus on Jun Akiyama Vs Yukio Naya but its attention was stolen away by the end of it. HARASHIMA & Tomomitsu Matsunaga did well to control Shinya Aoki until Aoki trapped Matsunaga in the Full Nelson Hold to get the three count. When the dust was settling, Akiyama and Naya had a staredown outside the ring, getting themselves ready for Sumo Hall. However Aoki then got on the microphone to talk about something completely different…

One of the many matches Aoki has been trying make happen this year is a bout against Kenoh from NOAH. Aoki told the fans in Korakuen Hall that on 1st January he will go to NOAH’s Budokan Hall show to have a match with Kenoh! That claim brought the actual Kenoh down to ringside where he angrily denied the match is going to happen. Aoki then asked him if they should have a match at DDT’s Sumo Hall show instead? Kenoh told him he would never climb back into DDT’s cheap and dirty ring. He respects the MMA version of Aoki but not the DDT version. He then ordered the NOAH rookie Yu Owada to have a match with Aoki right now! Aoki pinned Owada in seconds with the Full Nelson Hold. Then Keigo Nakamura got on the microphone asking to fight Kenoh for insulting the DDT fans. A brawl broke out between the four wrestlers and ended with Kenoh agreeing to a match at Sumo Hall. It will be Aoki & Nakamura against Kenoh & Owada!

Earlier in the day before the show began, Kazuki Hirata assaulted Yuki Ueno with a ring bell hammer to win back the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. He then brought the hammer with him to fight off his six opponents in the Handicap match put together to celebrate his 37th birthday. Since it was his birthday he said the match was No DQ so he was allowed to bash everyone over the head with the hammer. Ueno then returned and pleaded Hirata to stop because this isn’t how is usually behaves. To try and win Hirata back, Ueno put on the Hirata GO! glasses and got the other wrestlers to dance with him. Hirata saw the light and joined in… until Ueno put him in a Sleeper Hold and Yoshihiko pinned him with the Reincarnation to become the champion.

Hirata was still in the ring when the O-MENZ dancer Kumadori entered the ring to talk to him. He thinks Hirata is a good dancer so they should have a dance battle. But when it began Kumadori pushed Hirata down and showed off his breakdance moves. Hirata praised his skill and admitted he cannot beat him in either dancing or wrestling. He then offered to team up with Kumadori for the dancer’s debut at Sumo Hall. The two agreed and their match will be against Makoto Oishi & Akito.

DAMNATION T.A had a good day at Korakuen. There was the title defence in the main event and also a tag victory in the opener. Demus & Ilusion didn’t take long to beat Nakamura & Kazuma Sumi. It fell apart for the losing team when Nakamura aimed a Super Kick for Ilusion that was ducked and hit Sumi instead. Demus took the opportunity to pin Sumi with La Valagueza after that.

DDT usually makes their news announcements at the start of the show but today they waited until two matches were completed first. Sanshiro Takagi gave an update that he is not ready to return to the ring yet. However he still has a special idea to celebrate his 30th Anniversary in wrestling next year. He will be producing his own show at Shinjuku FACE called “NEVER SAY NEVER” but the catch is nobody under DDT contract will be booked for it. Instead he will rely on his connections with freelancers and wrestlers from other companies to fill up the card. The first match announced for the show is Toru Owashi & Dump Matsumoto Vs The Brahman Brothers! Takagi’s goal is to come up with an unbelievable card of matches.

The NωA idol project is back with Oishi’s handpicked members deciding on their new group name. Katsumata, Yuni & Sumi will now be called NωA Jr. whenever they perform together as idols. Their debut song and CD will be unveiled at Sumo Hall. Sumi admitted he hasn’t practiced the song yet but he’s still all set for the debut.

Yesterday came the sad news that Yusuke Okada was going to retire from pro wrestling. He is still recovering from his cancer and is unable to get back to the condition needed to start wrestling again. Today is officially the date of his retirement and he got to give a speech to the fans during the show. He told the fans his treatment is going well and he is feeling fine but he thought about this decision a lot. He wrestled for 8 years and 4 of them were with DDT. He has met the best teammates and fans and will support DDT as a fan himself from now on. Takagi and Akiyama presented him with bouquets of flowers and Okada met with many wrestlers outside the ring for his exit. Included among them were Yukio Sakaguchi, Saki Akai, Kazusada Higuchi and Naomi Yoshimura. Backstage Okada said he would like to still be involved with DDT in some way.

DDT announced they will be part of two shows at Las Vegas next April for The Collective during Wrestlemania Week. “DDT GOES LAS VEGAS!” will be held on 18th April (same day as the Tokyo Joshi Pro show) and “DDT VS TJPW VS GCW” will be on the 19th.

DDT have announced that Shunma Katsumata’s left knee injury was diagnosed as a torn ACL. He will be out of action for a while which means ShunMao have today relinquished the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Katsumata wanted to believe his injury was only minor and he would have been able to defend the titles with MAO this weekend because he feels fine. However his doctor says otherwise and he has to take time off to recover. He apologized to Tetsuya Endo & Yuya Koroku for getting the title match cancelled. Since his most recent match was against Endo, Katsumata would like to face him in a rematch when he returns. The news is even more frustrating because this is the second time in a row where ShunMao’s tag title reign is ending early because Katsumata got injured. They had to vacate the titles in Spring 2023 when Katsumata broke his foot.

*Shinya Aoki fails in V4. Chris Brookes becomes the 84th KO-D Openweight Champion!

A free to attend show was put together by DDT and sponsors at Higashin Arena to kick off the road to Sumo Hall happening at the end of the year. It featured a major title change in the main event with Chris Brookes defeating Shinya Aoki to become the new KO-D Openweight Champion almost a year after his first reign ended! While the match started off in a calm manner with a lot of mat work, it soon went out of the ring where Brookes put Aoki through a table with a Piledriver. Back in the ring Aoki relied on limb holds to counter Brookes, escaping the Praying Mantis Bomb by using a Side Hammerlock to take control and trap Brookes in the Manjigatame. He used the Full Nelson Hold to try and get a pinfall but Brookes kicked out of two. In return Brookes hit the Somato but Aoki kicked out for a nearfall as well. Brookes was able to put Aoki in the Octopus Hold and switched it over to the House Piano Death, keeping Aoki locked in until the champion had to give up.

Aoki took the loss well and presented Brookes with the KO-D Title belt after the match. Brookes was then told by Hisaya Imabayashi he will defend the title at “ULTIMATE PARTY 2024” on 28th December. Daisuke Sasaki entered the ring with a chair but sat down on it and congratulated Brookes instead of attacking him. Sasaki said Brookes talks a lot about love, romance, dreams and other things like that. The ring doesn’t need any of that stuff so Sasaki will win the title and bring DDT back to being the mess that it should be! He wants to fight Brookes on the biggest stage and challenged him for Sumo Hall. Brookes accepted and even shook Sasaki’s hand without incident.

Backstage Brookes praised Aoki for being incredibly strong. But Brookes had a dream of winning the title again and today it came true. Over the last year he dislocated his shoulder and recovered from a tumor but he was able to overcome all of that to become the champion again. His outlook on life and death has changed because of the last year. He also thinks DAMNATION T.A is just a bunch of B and C class wrestlers so he doesn’t think Sasaki can beat him for the title. Aoki is proud of how his title reign went. The belt is a championship, not a medal so he knew the hard work wasn’t over when he won it. Sasaki however is sick to his stomach of all the love and dreams stuff going on in DDT right now. He isn’t actually interested in becoming KO-D Champion again but he wants to mess up Brookes. His threat is Brookes will have Christmas but he won’t make it to New Year’s!

At some point in the day before the venue doors were open to the public, Yuki Ueno won the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title from Danshoku Dieno. Then at the start of the show Dieno and his team declared they are the Reiwa Meiji Restoration that will overthrow the “government” that is The 37KAMIINA! He demanded that their match in the semi-main event should be Best 2 Out Of 3 Falls so nobody can blame losing twice on a fluke. The first fall ended with a double pin on both sides at the same time. To-y pinned Dieno after doing an assisted Kojima Wonderland with Shunma Katsumata while Super Sasadango Machine was pinning Ueno with a School Boy. Daisuke Kiso ruled The 37KAMIINA as the winners of the fall because To-y and Dieno were the legal wrestlers. Sasadango pinning Ueno didn’t count towards the match but was still accepted as an Iron Man Title change, making Sasadango the new champ! The second fall had Katsumata take the Somato from HARASHIMA, the Danshoku Driver from Dieno and the Lehman Shock from Sasadango but his partner made the save. Katsumata fought back on Sasadango and pinned him with the Totonou Splash to give The 37KAMIINA a clean sweep and become Iron Man Champ in the process. All it cost the team was To-y being sacrificed to Dieno’s antics. Yuni then surprised Katsumata with a Roll Up after the match to take the title from him.

Satoshi Kojima was one of the guest attractions for the show and he was advertised in advance so there was no need to call him “X” beforehand. His presence brought memories back to Antonio Honda of the TenKoji Police arresting the Monster Army back in 2012. This time they were teaming up but Honda was still missing some courage. He wanted to quit the match from the moment he had to square off against Jun Akiyama. A stark difference to Shinichiro Kawamatsu wanting to fight Kojima. Yukio Naya stopped Kojima’s momentum with a Choke Slam so Honda tried to summon Gongitsune. Akiyama blocked Honda but that caused Kojima to do the Gongitsune Eye Poke to him instead! He then intercepted Kawamatu’s Axe Bomber with the Lariat but Naya came back to cut him off. Akiyama got his hands on Honda to give him the Exploder Suplex and Kawamatsu recovered to hit Honda with the Shitamachi Rocket and pin him.

This new version of Ilusion is being described by Sasaki as the little demon who sold his soul to the Devil. He tried to avoid fighting Takeshi Masada early in their match and intentionally Dropkicked the referee from behind so the rest of DAMNATION T.A could run interference. Masahiro Takanashi was already in Masada’s corner for the match so he was there to run counter-interference. However DAMNATION T.A had the numbers advantage and KANON distracted the ref long enough for Ilusion to give Masada a Low Blow, Sasaki to give him the Pedigree and Ilusion to hit him over the head with a chair. The ref was let go in time to see Ilusion do the Swanton Bomb onto Masada and get the three count. Ilusion taunted the fans for being quiet and attacked Masada even more to make them boo him. He then said SCHADENFREUDE International are going to live in a dark future from now on and Masada should never show his annoying face to him ever again!

A lot of the matches on the show had different sponsors which is how DDT was able to have free attendance. Match #4 was sponsored by a wrestling themed social networking app called STOMPING. A masked representative from the company named Stomping Mask introduced the match and watched on to see Makoto Oishi & Soma Takao beat Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata. Oishi admitted during the match he was in a bad mood so Hirata convinced him to wear a pair of Hirata GO! glasses to get rid of his stress. They both danced until Takao rolled up Hirata from behind to pin him. Backstage Stomping Mask complained to Hirata for not doing a good job to promote the app. Hirata attacked and unmasked him to reveal it was Hisaya Imabayashi all along!

DAMNATION T.A also won their 8-Man Tag Match earlier in the show. With Demus added to their lineup they had someone who could go toe to toe with Tetsuya Endo with lucha while KANON & MJ Paul were able to handled Takanashi & Yuya Koroku. Sasaki finished things off for Takanashi by dropping him with the Pedigree and submitting him with the Crossface Lock.

Three mascots made their pro wrestling debut in Match #2. On one side, DDT’s own mascot Pokotan teamed up with Touchi-kun from the Japan Self-Defence Force. Their opponents were Oshinari-kun from the Oshinari Shopping District and Higapyon from the Tokyo Higashi Shinkin Bank. Pokotan had no problem fighting Oshinari-kun but didn’t want to attack the cute rabbit Higapyon. Touchi-kun didn’t approve of how violent Pokotan was acting anyway so the three mascots all stood up to Pokotan. They knocked his head off and Oshinari-kun pinned Pokotan with the Diving Hip Drop. Pokotan saw the error of his ways after the match and the four of them all posed for the audience.

Kazuma Sumi is learning new ways to use the School Boy on his opponents. He was able to spin Yuki Ishida into the cradle to take the three count from him in the opening match. Sumi said he will continue to polish this move even more so he can pin his seniors with it from now on. Yuni was happy with his performance because today is his last match before he wrestles in America for DDT’s tour in Seattle next week. He wants to make a name for himself when he wrestles Gringo Loco and Konosuke Takeshita in his two matches over there. Ishida admitted he underestimated Sumi and Keigo Nakamura also said they have no excuses for losing today.

It was announced that Yuki Iino will face New Japan wrestler Tomohiro Ishii at Korakuen Hall on 22nd December! Iino said he is really looking forward to the heavyweight fight and wants everyone to come see it. He wants to end the year by beating Ishii and then win at Sumo Hall so he can keep on BURNING.

There was an intermission performance by members of the idol group KLP48. They are a sister group of AKB48 based in Kuala Lumpur and today was their first ever performance in Japan.

Akito spoke to the wrestling media after the show. He revealed Sanshiro Takagi saw companies like Kyushu Pro running sponsored shows in their own regions which inspired him to try it out with DDT in Tokyo. Akito thinks there were mistakes made but they are able to learn from them. He will give it some thought before deciding if DDT will hold this event again next year. The goal is to get people excited for DDT’s shows at Korakuen and Sumo Hall at the end of the year. The attendance number above isn’t accurate because people were allowed to come and go from the venue as the show went on. Akito said 1,600 seats were set up and the room could take 1,800 people in total at all times. So the extra 400 to make it 2,200 are considered to be people who came in during the show after other people left (the DDT site briefly had the number at 1,800 as the match results were coming in before quickly changing it to 2,200 after the show had ended).

-. KO-D Openweight Title: Shinya Aoki (c) defeated Shunma Katsumata with a Full Nelson Hold (7:56).
*V3 for Shinya Aoki. Shunma Katsumata cashes in his Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Shield.

The “Baka Survivor” is living up to his nickname after defending his KO-D Openweight Title not once but twice today. First up, Shinya Aoki fought HARASHIMA in the advertised main event of the show to continue their friendly but competitive rivalry. The contest featured plenty of grappling although Aoki went full pro wrestler a few times by doing a Topé Suicida and also a Piledriver. HARASHIMA broke out of Aoki’s submission attempts and seemed to score a big hit with the Somato. But Aoki grabbed victory from the jaws of defeat by catching HARASHIMA in a Full Nelson and then pinning his shoulders to the mat for the three count. He didn’t get a moment to celebrate though because a new challenger quickly appeared.

Shunma Katsumata approached Aoki after the match and cashed in his Right To Challenge Shield to get a KO-D Title shot right there on the spot! He was on the attack from the start, scoring a two count from the Totonou Splash. Katsumata then tried to bring in a box of toy blocks but Yukinori Matsui stopped him. He solved that problem by Dropkicking Aoki into Matsui to knock the ref out. Matsui would get knocked out again later in the match when Katsumata tried attacking Aoki with a chair. Katsumata then placed Aoki onto a table out of the ring and wrapped tape around him to make sure he couldn’t get off it. Katsumata then climbed a ladder in the ring and hit the Sauna Trance Splash to put Aoki through the table. Back in the ring Katsumata then hit the Firebird Splash but that wasn’t enough to beat Aoki. Instead Aoki caught Katsumata in the Full Nelson Hold and for the second time in a row the move got him the win out of nowhere.

Things had finally calmed down for Aoki when Chris Brookes was next to get into the ring. Brookes praised Aoki for defending the title twice in one day, proving he really is the strongest in DDT. He can see Aoki has love for DDT but nobody loves DDT more than Brookes. Even though Brookes hasn’t been winning many matches lately he wants the next KO-D Title match to be “Baka Survivor” Vs “Baka Gaijin”! Aoki accepted the challenge and it will happen at Tokyo Higashin Arena show on 4th November. He later said love and affection is what Brookes brings to the table which makes him stand out from previous challengers.

Only one person knew how to win the nobodyknows+ Rules and that was the ref Daisuke Kiso. Nine victory conditions and prohibited actions were put on the screen but only one of them was needed to end the match. It was up to Akito and Danshoku Dieno to make these conditions happen in the hopes it would make them the winner. The nine rules were One Count Pinfall, No English, Shake Hands With Haku, No Rope Escape, defeat one of the seconds at ringside, Corner Post Removal, Three Count Pinfall outside the ring, Confession after a three count and No Stripping. One by one the rules that weren’t used would get stricken off the board. Dieno got his pet dog Haku to shake his hand but that wasn’t the rule. He tried to fight To-y and Kazuma Sumi but that wasn’t the rule either. Akito pinned Dieno with a Gedo Clutch and began to confess, thinking that was the winning rule. He told Dieno they did this match a decade ago and a lot has changed since then. In those ten years they developed trust with each other and while Akito felt like questioning himself at times, Dieno was always true to himself. Akito doesn’t care what Dieno wants to do as long as he is trying to make DDT better just like him. The bell then rang to signal the end of the match. Akito thought he won because of the confession but instead he lost because he broke the “No English” rule by saying DDT out loud!

Dieno is now the DDT Extreme Champion so after the match Hisaya Imabayashi asked him who he wants his first challenger to be? Dieno picked Yuni. Oh boy… Imabayashi refused because having a 16 year old high school student fight Dieno would cause nothing but problems for DDT. It’s why DDT rarely puts Dieno and Yuni in the same match together. Dieno told the GM that if Yuni wants to win the Extreme Title then he should be allowed to have a say in the decision. Yuni got down to the ring carrying the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title he won earlier in the show. He said he wants to be a champion so he has no reason to refuse the match. Imabayashi reluctantly agreed to book the match for 23rd November. Dieno then rolled up Yuni from behind and pinned him to win the Iron Man Title. Imabayashi then told Dieno he will have to defend both titles against Yuni.

Today saw both remaining Right To Challenge Shields be used up. BURNING had just won their tag match against Jun Akiyama & Yuki Ishida when MAO got into the ring. He had won a Shield earlier in the show and wasn’t going to wait for a chance to win back the DDT Universal Title that Iino took from him a month ago! Iino was able to hit the Spear but MAO kicked out at two. When Iino ran the ropes to charge up another Spear, MAO cut him off and landed the Michinoku Driver II before hitting the Iai Kick for a suprise title change. MAO joked afterwards that he rescued his beloved princess to continue their on and off relationship. He’s now ready to do so much as the Universal Champion both in Japan and around the world. Iino is upset his belt is now gone and promised to get revenge. His BURNING will not end like this!

DAMNATION T.A is growing even stronger thanks to its newest allies making themselves heard. Ilusion added more salt to SCHADENFREUDE International’s wounds by showing up in a new costume and acting more heelish with his new buddies. He attacked Antonio Honda with a chair so Honda couldn’t tell his Gongitsune spot. Brookes tried getting his hands to Ilusion but a missed attack his Masahiro Takanashi by mistake. Daisuke Sasaki gave Takanashi the Pedigree and Ilusion used the Swanton Bomb to pin him. After the match Ilusion hurled insults at SCHADENFREUDE and targeted Takeshi Masada in particular. He said he will destroy Masada’s annoying face! Masada later challenged Ilusion to a singles match on 4th November.

Ilusion is not the only person who is attracted to the darkside of DAMNATION T.A. The group interrupted Haruto Sakuraba’s segment in the ring and gave him an offer. Sasaki can see Sakuraba has talent and that talent is to be a villain! The offer is for Sakuraba to join DAMNATION T.A for his debut match at Sumo Hall on 28th December. Imabayashi tried to tell Sasaki that won’t be happening but Sakuraba suddenly cut him off and shook Sasaki’s hand! He then posed in the ring with Sasaki & KANON. Backstage Sakuraba explained it would be boring if his wrestling debut was just an ordinary one. He wants to surpass his hero The Rock and he plans on doing it by turning heel before his very first match!

Yuni won the Iron Man Title in the second match of the show. He & Kazuma Sumi wanted to run wild on their opponents but Super Sasadango Machine wasn’t having any of it. He got on the microphone and told the young team they can’t just go win a match without caring about the feelings of their opponents or the fans. They should be trying more to make the fans happy. They all agreed that dancing with Kazuki Hirata was the answer but it was a setup for the veterans to launch an ambush. However Yuni countered Hirata’s Miracle One Shot Cradle and got the pin with his own Inside Cradle to win the Iron Man Title. Sumi then tried to roll up Yuni after the match but failed. While the two of them argued, Hirata charged them with the bell hammer in his hand but missed and hit himself with the hammer after it bounced off the rope.

MAO got his hands on a Right To Challenge Shield by winning the opening match with the rest of The 37KAMIINA. Thanks to some teamwork with Yuki Ueno, Katsumata & To-y they fought off Yukio Naya, Keigo Nakamura & Yuya Koroku. Then ShunMao gave Soma Takao the Our Mad Max to give MAO the pinfall. The result set up a busy night for ShunMao with their cash in moves later in the show. Katsumata even said the reason why he cashed in for the KO-D Title after the main event was because he saw MAO successfulyy use his shield to win back the Universal Title.

*SCHADENFREUDE International fail in V4. Keigo Nakamura, To-y, Yuya Koroku, Yuki Ishida & Kazuma Sumi becomes the 10th KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Champions!
There’s a changing of the guard going on because DDT’s new generation are the new KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Champions! The numbers were against them because SCHADENFREUDE International brought along Mr. Bueno from Baka Gaijin + Friends to get involved in the match as their secret weapon. Antonio Honda was absent so it was up to Takeshi Masada to come up with a lewd joke to set up the Gongitsune spot. Also Mecha Mummy lined up the opposing team for a Mecha Drill attack but Yuki Ishida used his Dosukoi spirit at the back of the line to push the rest of his team against the power of the drill. Keigo Nakamura took the brunt of the drill attack but found a way to pin Mummy with a Crucifix Pin for the upset title change.
When Danshoku Dieno won his match he announced to the crowd his intention of becoming the mayor of Toshima, which is wear Ikebukuro is located. However the actual mayor was in attendance and rejected Dieno’s proposal by attacking him with sumo slaps while Akito held Dieno back at ringside.
Yuki Iino briefly won the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title from Kazuki Hirata but then had Tetsuya Endo and Soma Takao both trying to win it off him after the match. Iino was too busy fighting them off to defend himself from Hirata rolling him up with a School Boy to take the title back.

She eliminated Miu Watanabe from the Tokyo Princess Cup during the summer so it’s been decided she will get a Princess Of Princess Title shot during this tour. It will also be the first time in five years when the title will be defended in Osaka. The last time that happened was Shoko Nakajima defending the belt against Mizuki back in September 2019.

The hometown advantage wasn’t enough for Yuki Ishida to get revenge on DAMNATION T.A. He defiantly stood up to them today along with Akito & Yukio Naya as the Dosukoi Three Musketeers. A chair attack from MJ Paul meant Ishida had to fight in a weakened state but he was able to hit Daisuke Sasaki with the Flame Palm for a nearfall. Sasaki ducked a second Flame Palm, gave Ishida the Pedigree and then made him submit to the Crossface Lock. He talked trash to Ishida after the match, telling him he has no talent for pro wrestling and he should be grateful to come from a countryside that has no hope or dreams. Ishida defended his hometown and said he is proud to be from Yatsushiro. He got to challenge for a championship he always wanted but was too weak to win it. He promised to keep fighting with hopes and dreams. He also hopes the next time he wrestles here it will be with the rest of Harimao, fully reunited.
HARASHIMA continues to gain confidence for his upcoming KO-D Openweight Title shot. He told fans the next time he comes to Kumamoto he will be bringing the KO-D Title with him.
Not only did Yuki Iino lift Kazuki Hirata into submission with the Argentine Backbreaker but he also used the move to carry him away from the ring after their match.
Shunma Katsumata exploited Keigo Nakamura’s teamwork for his own gain. He found ways to make Nakamura come to his defence against the other team’s attacks. The plan worked when he told Nakamura to climb the ropes and do a Diving Headbutt to Danshoku Dieno. Dieno dodged the move but rolled right into position for Katsumata to hit him with the Totonou Splash for the victory. Katsumata won both the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title and the Right To Challenge Shield from Dieno as a result. Nakamura was so annoyed at being used like that he spent the rest of the show trying to win the Iron Man Title from Katsumata for revenge. At the end of the show Katsumata fought off Nakamura in the ring but Hirata hit him from behind with the ring bell hammer. He then rolled him up for the pin and ran off with the title.

5. Special Tag Match: Shinya Aoki & Yuki Ueno defeated HARASHIMA & Takeshi Masada when Aoki pinned Masada with a Modified Inside Cradle (10:13).
6. KO-D Tag Team Titles – Falls Count Anywhere: MAO & Shunma Katsumata (c) defeated Kota Umeda & Tomomitsu Matsunaga when Katsumata pinned Matsunaga with the Sauna Trance Splash through a Table (11:46).
*V2 for ShunMao.
7. DDT Universal Title: Yuki Iino (c) defeated To-y with the Spear (18:28).
*V2 for Yuki Iino.
It’s nice that To-y has a never say die attitude but that wasn’t going to win him the DDT Universal Title today. An endless barrage of Chops from the challenger drew Yuki Iino into firing back with his own. Iino then hit the Spear to bring the match into its closing stretch. He hit threw three Lariats and hit To-y with another Spear to win and defend the title. At the very least, Iino developed a new found respect for his opponent. He always referred to him as Kojima even after the name change but he will start calling him To-y from now on. Iino will also go find ways to make his BURNING even hotter!
Both members of ShunMao have talked about defending the KO-D Tag Team Titles anytime, anywhere and against anyone. To show that they weren’t joking they challenged Kota Umeda & Tomomitsu Matsunaga to change the rules of their title match to Falls Count Anywhere! The champions went on to prove why that match is their specialty by successfully defending the belts. Shunma Katsumata got the pin at ringside after he putMatsunaga through a table with the Sauna Trance Splash from a ladder. Umeda refused to shake hands with the champions after the match. MAO admitted he thought about quitting when the match was first announced but now that his team won he knows they are the best! He’s glad ShunMao were able to show their true colours by doing a Falls Count Anywhere match inside a beautiful venue. He doesn’t know when the next title defence is but ShunMao will do it anytime and anywhere. They don’t even need a ring! Umeda’s next appearance in DDT will be at DNA’s 10th Anniversary show. He named Yuki Iino and Keigo Nakamura as his preferred choice of opponents because he has close connections with those two. He would also like to fight Kazusada Higuchi again whenever he returns from injury.
Shinya Aoki had a lucky escape in his match. He was on the verge of defeat when HARASHIMA hit him with the Somato. However Takeshi Masada was the legal man and Aoki caught him in a Small Package to get the three count out of nowhere. In an uncharacteristic move by a KO-D Openweight Champion, Aoki admitted today was a moral defeat. When he took the Somato his mind went blank and he does not know if he can figure out a gameplan to counter it in time for next Sunday’s title match. Meanwhile HARASHIMA is feeling confident going into that match now that he knows how effective the Somato will be against Aoki.
The O-40 Title is back in the hands of Toru Owashi, making him the first two time champion in the belt’s history. He beat Azul Dragon directly while Danshoku Dieno was preoccupied from being in the Hell Gate position. Owashi didn’t get many people challenging him the first time round so this time he wants to raise the championship’s value and make it something worthwhile. He asks if there are any wrestlers over 40 years old to please come and challenge him for the belt!
DAMNATION T.A added insult to injury after Match #2 when they tried to cut off Yuki Ishida’s hair with a pair of scissors. Akito & Yukio Naya came to the rescue. Once Ishida was saved he promised to take the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles from DAMNATION T.A at his hometown tomorrow. However Daisuke Sasaki warned he will humiliate Ishida in Kumamoto so badly that Ishida will never be able to walk those streets ever again!
