2. Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Tatsuhito Takaiwa & Sentaro Motoshima when Imanari submitted Motoshima with a Bull Naked Choke (13:39).
3. Keisuke Ishii, Hagane Shinno & Munetatsu Nakamura defeated Mizuki Watase, Rukiya & Shota Kawakami when Ishii pinned Kawakami with the Kneel Kick (15:12).
4. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Ryota Nakatsu & Takumi Tsukamoto (c) defeated Shuichiro Katsumura & YuuRI when Nakatsu submitted YuuRI with a Sleeper Hold (15:34).
*V3 for Ryota Nakatsu & Takumi Tsukamoto.
5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) defeated Ken Ohka with the Shin Saikyou High Kick (15:47).
*V3 for Masaaki Mochizuki.

Ken Ohka’s bad luck at fighting for singles championships continues as he failed to win his own promotion’s top title in his fourth attempt. He tried using a Dragon Suplex when the Spear Of Flame couldn’t get him the win but Masaaki Mochizuki wore him down with kicks until the Shin Saikyou High Kick finished the job. After the match Mochizuki said Ohka had gotten better since their previous match back in April but no matter how much Ohka closes the gap, Mochizuki will always be better than him. He then called out for someone to challenge him otherwise he will keep the Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title going into 2026. Keisuke Ishii entered the ring and said he now believes he is the one to beat him. Mochizuki recognised Ishii because of his Kneel Kick and tried to remember if they competed in the same All Japan Jr. Heavyweight tournament about ten years ago. But he wants to see if his High Kick is better than Ishii’s Kneel Kick so the title match will take place at Korakuen Hall on 27th December. Ishii said he has main evented Korakuen six times but never won any of those matches. Mochizuki told him that what happened six times will happen seven times so be prepared.

Shuichiro Katsumura & YuuRI came so close to bringing the Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles back home but a mistimed attack blew their chances. While Katsumura trapped Takumi Tsukamoto in an Ankle Lock, YuuRI grabbed Ryota Nakatsu in a Sleeper Hold. Katsumura then went to throw a High Kick at Nakatsu but he ducked and YuuRI got hit instead. Nakatsu then put YuuRI in the Rear Naked Choke, forcing YuuRI to pass out in the move. While the champions celebrated their win, Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga entered the ring to challenge them for the tag titles on 27th December. They are also now going by the tag team name Touchable and pointed out they are not some hastily put together duo like the recent batch of title challengers. Touchable have been wrestling together in Ganbare☆Pro as opponents and partners since April.

At the end of the show Ishii, Imanari & Tominaga were confronted by Munetatsu Nakamura, Shota Kawakami & Sentaro Motoshima and a fight broke out between the two groups. The younger wrestlers then challenged the veterans to a 6-Man Tag Match on 13th December and if they win, they will take the title shots booked for Korakuen Hall!

It was announced that Yuna Manase is bringing Toga and Chika Nanase from Tokyo Joshi Pro over for the 13th December show. The match will be Hot Shot against YuuRI & Nanase.

7. Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi Vs Suzume & HIMAWARI

The Princess Of Princess Title match buildup is getting more serious with the big guns now starting to appear. Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi are teaming up as Daydream again for the first time since July to give Suzume a big challenge ahead of the title match. Suzume isn’t teaming with Arisu Endo to reform Daisy Monkey though. Maybe that will happen down the line. Instead she is teaming with HIMAWARI.

Miyu Yamashita won’t be on the show because she is still on her European tour.

It’s been a while since Mecha MAO and Takagi Sanshirobo fought their epic mecha battles in front of everyone. Now a third mecha is entering the fight. The X in the The Great Baka Mecha Wars has been greatly hinted to be something in the form of Minoru Suzuki. The possibility of it brings my memories back to Suzuki’s infamous match with Mecha Mummy at a MUSCLE show where a Gotch-Style Piledriver into a shallow lake caused a massive explosion that destroyed Mecha Mummy while leaving Suzuki with a significant piece of technology embedded in his eye. Imagine thinking we would ever get a follow up to that ending 16 years later?

The two masked women are being paired together as a tag team. Surely Kaya Toribami will find something in common with the newcomer Ochanor Mask.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW LIVE IN BANGKOK”, 13/12/2025
The Circus Studio, G Village, Bangkok, Thailand

1. IWA Japan SETUP World Tag Team Titles: Miyu Yamashita & Kaya Toribami (c) Vs Raku & Pom Harajuku
2. MLW Women’s World Featherweight Title: Shoko Nakajima (c) Vs Alexis Lee
3. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Matcha

Two more title matches are added to the Thailand show, one of which clears up a piece of reporting from Fightful’s paywall that ended up being unintentionally sloppy. Their Patreon page reported that MLW are expecting Shoko Nakajima to defend the MLW Women’s World Featherweight Title in Asia again in the next coming months. The problem is they reported this just days after she had a title defence in Japan for Tokyo Joshi Pro and they clearly had no idea that had happened, so it came off as both a late slip as well as “No shit, Sherlock.” Now we see that the title defence being talked about is this match against Alexis Lee that is happening at TJPW’s Thailand show but again, Fightful’s never gave any detail like that so their reporting still comes off like nobody over there pays attention to the product (and continues my gripes over MLW news often being just glorified press releases). Considering part of their audience for a time thought Marigold closed down because they hadn’t heard anything about the company from the site since its first Sumo Hall event shows how bad their general Japan coverage is. Even their recent report that many of New Japan’s deals with their wrestlers no longer default to January every year is old news to the die hard fans.

The new IWA Japan SETUP World Tag Team Champions will hold their first defence of the titles in Thailand. Yamashita & Toribami’s opponents are two wrestlers who have held championships in SETUP before and even fought over it in TJPW. Do Raku & Pom Harajuku have it in them to win more gold in Southeast Asia?

There will also be a small scale SETUP show taking place the same afternoon before this show although I don’t know if anyone from TJPW will be on it.

2. 3 Way Match: Akito defeated HARASHIMA and Kazuki Hirata when Akito pinned Hirata after the Somato from HARASHIMA (8:02).
3. The Apex Vs DAMNATION T.A!: Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya defeated MJ Paul & Demus when Iino pinned Paul with the Spear (10:14).
4. Harimao Vs SCHADENFREUDE International!: Kazusada Higuchi, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida defeated Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada when Yoshimura submitted Honda with a Side Headlock (12:14).
5. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & To-y defeated Jun Akiyama & Daichi Sato when To-y pinned Sato with the Kojima Impact (13:23).
6. Special 6-Man Tag Match: MAO, KANON & Kazuma Sumi defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & Ilusion when Sumi pinned Ilusion with the Reverse 450 Splash (18:04).

A sold out crowd gathered together in Mie to see the hometown boy Kazuma Sumi in action. His day in the spotlight had him getting stuck into the Strange Love Connection versus DAMNATION T.A feud. While KANON and Hideki Okatani continued their grudge, Sumi did double team work with MAO to overcome their cheating opponents. Ilusion missed the Swanton Bomb aimed for Sumi while MAO wiped out the rest of DAMNATION T.A with a dive out of the ring. Sumi took the chance and hit the Reverse 450 Splash on Ilusion to score a big victory. He credited SLC for helping him win today yet couldn’t help but look at their KO-D Tag Team Title belts during his speech. He promised the next time he wrestles in Mie, he will be a singles champion and an even stronger wrestler!

In the 3 Way Match, HARASHIMA hit the Somato on Akito and Kazuki Hirata at the same time and pinned both of them while they were stacked on each other. When Yukinori Matsui counted to three, he ruled that the pinfall was for Akito because he was laying right on top of Hirata despite HARASHIMA being on top of the pile.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW KAKUKAKU FESTIVAL PART 1 TEAM TJ”, 24/11/2025

173 Fans – No Vacancy

1. Kaya Toribami defeated Chika Nanase with the Bird Cage (8:05).
2. Hyper Misao defeated HIMAWARI with La Magistral Cradle (9:34).
3. Arisu Endo defeated Kira Summer with the Camel Clutch (9:27).
4. Miu Watanabe defeated Rika Tatsumi with the Tear Drop (13:18).
5. Yuki Kamifuku & Yuki Aino defeated Yuki Arai & Uta Takami when Aino pinned Takami with the Venus DDT (11:39).

An uncommon doubleheader held at Itabashi Green Hall today split the Tokyo Joshi Pro roster into two camps. The first show of the day featured wrestlers from “Team TJ“. It also happened to have all of Yuki Yuki Yuki taking part in the main event. Yuki Kamifuku & Yuki Aino got to team up as Double YUKI, leaving out Yuki Arai so she had to team with Uta Takami. At one point Double YUKI wound up switching bodies so Kamifuki wrestled like Aino and vice versa. When they turned back to normal, Kamifuku blamed Takami for causing it to happen. Kamifuku admitted after the match she lost track of what happened but learned the important lesson that you should love yourself because everyone is unique. Aino said it’s a miracle that there are so many Yuki’s in TJPW.

Mahiro Kiryu’s scheduled match with Rika Tatsumi was called off because Tatsumi was feeling unwell and couldn’t be at the show. Miu Watanabe was brought in to work double duty for the day, becoming Kiryu’s new opponent on the day show before moving on to wrestle again in the evening event. Both of them tried to imitate Tatsumi’s “Let’s Go!” Elbow Drop but both of them also missed the move. Kiryu tried to apologise over it while Watanabe stopped her. Kiryu then got angry because you never interrupt an apology and the two started arguing while kneeling to each other. When they went back to fighting, Watanabe’s knees became numb from the kneeling so Kiryu took her out of the ring and made her kneel on the floor in an attempt to count her out. Watanabe struggled but made it back into the ring at the 19 count. She recovered from the unusual leg work to win the match with the Tear Drop.

It’s been a busy week for HIMAWARI as she has been performing in a stage play when not wrestling in matches. Hyper Misao wanted to see HIMAWARI show off her talent and made her recite some of her lines from the play but it was just so she could roll her up from behind to try and get an early victory.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW KAKUKAKU FESTIVAL PART 2 TEAM PW”, 24/11/2025
Tokyo Itabashi Green Hall
190 Fans – Super No Vacancy

1. Raku defeated Ren Konatsu with the Front Neck Lock (7:33).
2. Wakana Uehara defeated Mifu Ashida with the Sushi Tornado (9:09).
3. Mizuki defeated Shino Suzuki with the Face Lock (10:34).
4. Shoko Nakajima defeated Pom Harajuku with the Northern Lights Suplex (11:58).
5. Miu Watanabe & Toga defeated Suzume & Haru Kazashiro when Watanabe pinned Kazashiro with the Tear Drop (14:27).

Watanabe wrestled again on the evening show as part of the “Team PW” half of the roster. She had to be more focused for this one because Suzume, her next opponent for the Princess Of Princess Title was facing her in the main event tag bout. Suzume got to land the Ring A Bell on Watanabe but Toga was there to run in and keep her partner out of trouble. Haru Kazashiro tried to take on Watanabe in Suzume’s place but ended up getting pinned with the Tear Drop for her troubles. After the match Watanabe talked about the fun day she had in Itabashi while Toga reminded her she was only here for the evening show. Watanabe now has to concentrate on her title defences with both Suzume and Matcha. She’s going to do her best to give 120% in those matches. Although Suzume lost today, she feels her skills and attitude are currently on par with Watanabe. From now until 4th January she is only going to think about fighting her.

Today is the 7th Anniversary of Pom Harajuku’s debut match. To celebrate the occasion she decided to get a brand new costume to wrestle in and since her opponent was the “Big Kaiju” Shoko Nakajima, she walked out wearing an inflated T-Rex suit! The costume doubled her power and made Headbutting very effective against Nakajima. She chased her around ringside where Nakajima used Mifu Ashida and Ren Konatsu as human shields only for them to bounce off of Harajuku. Back in the ring Nakajima found the suit’s weak spot and with a well aimed punch it began to deflate. Nakajima continued to pound on the suit unaware that Harajuku crawled out of it to safety. A sneak attack from Harajuku didn’t last and Nakajima instead beat her with the Rider Kick, 619 and Northern Lights Suplex combo. Harajuku thanked everyone for helping her make it to seven years in wrestling because she wouldn’t have gotten here on her own. She’ll continue to work hard as a pro wrestler. She also said all of that while wearing the T-Rex costume.

Ashida and Wakana Uehara spent part of their match having a cheerleading contest. It ended when Ashida rolled up Uehara from behind for a nearfall.

Raku wore a sheep hat to look like the sheep doll that Konatsu keeps on her belt buckle. Both sheep greeted each other before the match began.

6. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, Jun Akiyama & Antonio Honda defeated Gorgeous Matsuno, MAO & Toru Owashi when Akiyama submitted Matsuno with a Wrist Lock (0:29).
6a. Rematch: Gorgeous Matsuno, MAO & Toru Owashi defeated Yuki Ueno, Jun Akiyama & Antonio Honda when Matsuno pinned Honda with the Gorgeous Superstar Elbow (19:42).

The main event all of a sudden became even more important when Gorgeous Matsuno decided he would retire if he was to lose today because his body is pretty much at its limit. He challenged the “youngster” Jun Akiyama to give him everything he’s got in the match. Akiyama then applied a Wrist Lock and Matsuno quickly gave up to it. Everything then quickly moved on to Matsuno’s sudden retirement ceremony but the 10 bell salute continued into an 11th bell and would have continued when Matsuno’s partner Junko Tashiro got on the microphone to interrupt it. She told Matsuno he cannot give up under these circumstances and encouraged him to restart the main event with everyone agreeing to do so.

The rematch turned out much better for Matsuno as he got to win by giving Antonio Honda the 619 followed by the Gorgeous Superstar Elbow. Matsuno told everyone on the mic afterwards that he has thought about retirement almost every day for the last two or three years but as long as everyone will support him he will stay active for the rest of his life! The show ended with Matsuno and Tashiro performing a duet together although it was slightly delayed because Tashiro forgot to give her CD to the sound engineer.

A mixed tag match on the undercard included Arisu Endo and Moeka Haruhi taking part. Endo is from Aizuwakamatsu City in Fukushima while Haruhi’s sister lives in the region too. That is the same sister Haruhi donated her kidney to two years ago. She and her daughter presented Haruhi with a bouquet of flowers in the ring before the match. Endo got to take part in the SCHADENFREUDE International spots as well as do a Missile Dropkick jumping off of Chris Brookes’s shoulders (Brookes had to crouch down during it because Endo was up way too high for the move while he was standing). After everyone joined in for Kazuki Hirata’s dance, Endo lifted him up and landed the Ju no Okite on him for the victory.

5. O-40 Title: Daisuke Sasaki defeated Antonio Honda (c) with a Japanese Leg Roll Clutch Counter (12:36).
*Antonio Honda fails in V1. Daisuke Sasaki becomes the 8th O-40 Champion!
6. Special Single Match: Hideki Okatani defeated KANON (w/ KIMIHIRO) with a Gyaku-uchi (13:41).
7. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, To-y & Chris Brookes defeated Super Sasadango Machine, Sanshiro Takagi & HARASHIMA when Ueno pinned Sasadango with a School Boy (17:37).

In the final warm up match before the next Korakuen Hall show, Yuki Ueno got one over on Super Sasadango Machine for the finish. Sasadango tried to put his own mask over Ueno’s face to blind him but Ueno blocked it. Instead, Ueno put the mask back on Sasadango backwards, Dropkicked him in the head and then pinned him with a School Boy. While Sanshiro Takagi and To-y argued after the match over gambling, Ueno spoke to Sasadango and asked why he decided to challenge him for the KO-D Openweight Title? Sasadango’s answer was he wants to beat Ueno, carry his beaten body to the merchandise venue like a knight carrying a rescued princess and then make a ton of money from taking photos with the fans. Ueno cut him off and asked what does Sasadango want to do if he becomes champion? Sasadango pointed out that a huge hole in the wrestling world will open up when Hiroshi Tanahashi retires on 24th January. Sasadango sees this as his opportunity to become the next ace of the entire pro wrestling industry!

Hideki Okatani is playing mind games on KANON ahead of their KO-D Tag Team Titles Match. At the contract signing during the show, Okatani told KANON that no matter where he goes he will always be an unwanted child. Even if MAO picked KANON up after he was kicked out of DAMNATION T.A, he is only going to be abandoned again. Daisuke Sasaki doesn’t want to bring him back into the group and is going to ruin his life even more when DAMNATION T.A take the KO-D Tag Titles away from Strange Love Connection. KANON told them he is having the most fun of his career right now because he now has friends he can rely on. MAO thinks the best way KANON can get revenge on DAMNATION T.A is to show off how much more lively he is without them. Later in the show, Okatani beat KANON in a grudge match thanks to Sasaki hitting KANON in the back with a chair. A brawl then broke out where DAMNATION T.A overwhelmed SLC and left all of them laying, KIMIHIRO included. Despite that, KANON is trying to play some mind games back by saying Sasaki actually does want him back even though Sasaki says otherwise.

Today is Sasaki’s 40th birthday and he got to celebrate it even more by winning the O-40 Title from Antonio Honda! The former champion decided to be gracious after the match by singing Happy Birthday but Sasaki didn’t want to hear it and walked off with the belt. Backstage Sasaki sent a message out to all of the best wrestlers over the age of 40 to come fight him for the belt. He wants the likes of Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, CM Punk and Brock Lesnar to all answer his challenge.

Akito decided to be a referee for a match celebrating the 16th Anniversary of his debut because it is something he has never done before. Both Kazuki Hirata & Soma Takao wanted Akito to call things in their favor because yesterday was Hirata’s birthday and Takao is celebrating three years of managing the Dropkick Bar. When Akito declined to help, they then tried to bribe him 3,000 yen. Akito accepted the deal and purposely counted fast for them while counting slow for Rukiya & Hinata Kasai. However he had a change of heart after Rukiya confronted him over his officiating and was convinced to change sides because Rukiya is worth more to him than 3,000 yen. Akito then instructed Rukiya how to correctly apply a Crab Hold and Rukiya used the move to successfully submit Hirata.

2. Suzume defeated Mifu Ashida with the Ring A Bell (8:01).
3. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Rika Tatsumi, Raku & Pom Harajuku defeated Hyper Misao, Mahiro Kiryu (c) & Kaya Toribami when Tatsumi submitted Kiryu with the White Dragon Sleeper (9:46).
*Rika Tatsumi becomes the 1,786th champion.
4. Yuki Arai defeated Kira Summer with the Scorpion Death Lock (6:53).
5. Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara defeated Yuki Aino & Chika Nanase when Uehara pinned Nanase with the Sushi Tornado (11:23).
6. Mizuki & Toga defeated Arisu Endo & Haru Kazashiro when Mizuki pinned Kazashiro with the Cutie Special (12:55).
7. Shoko Nakajima & HIMAWARI defeated Miu Watanabe & Uta Takami when Nakajima pinned Takami with the Northern Lights Suplex (16:36).

Today was Uta Takami’s day in the spotlight with the show taking place in her home of region of Ishikawa. She put up a spirited fight in the main event, particularly with Shoko Nakajima near the end. However Nakajima kept breaking out of the Koala Clutch, hit Takami with some Rider Kicks and pinned her with the Northern Lights Suplex. Nakajima told everyone that she’s been wrestling twice as long as Takami but today’s match was so fun she is giving her a perfect score! While Takami was happy from seeing so many people turn out for her today, she admits she still has a long way to go. She promised that Tokyo Joshi Pro will grow even bigger so they can come back to Ishikawa again. Miu Watanabe also praised Takami in their backstage interview for having a strong desire to improve.

An Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title change happened on the show when Rika Tatsumi submitted Mahiro Kiryu in a 6-Woman Tag Match. It was a match where Tatsumi, Raku & Pom Harajuku all pretended to be crabs at the start because crabs are a local delicacy in Ishikawa. After Tatsumi won the title, Raku tried to obscure her vision with an eye mask and rolled her up for a nearfall. Tatsumi escaped and once she was safe she gave an interview to a backstage reporter. She didn’t plan to win the title back from Kiryu today but it just happened to go that way. In another coincidence, Ishikawa is where her favorite OCHA NORMA idol Natsume Nakayama is from so maybe this is fate playing out. Her goal to gift Nakayama the Iron Man Title at the “OCHA PRO☆KORAKUEN” show next month is back on track! However, Kiryu says she is going to get her championship back at Itabashi Green Hall tomorrow because it just so happens that she and Tatsumi have a singles match against each other scheduled there.

BASARA “BASARA 294 ~UTAGE AKA – HIEN~”, 11/12/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. BJW Jr. Heavyweight Title: Kosuke Sato (c) Vs Takato Nakano
2. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Seiya Morohashi

Ohka caused some trouble over in BASARA by prematurely promising a Union MAX Title shot to a old colleague of his. Ohka couldn’t win the title from Ryota Nakatsu so now it is up to the champion to deliver on that promise. Since the promise revolved around Union Pro, Nakatsu decided he will first defend the title against another wrestler who used to cut his teeth in the now obsolete promotion, Seiya Morohashi.

The show will have another title match involving a connective past shared between the champion and challenger. Takato Nakano wants to face Kosuke Sato with the BJW Jr. Heavyweight Title on the line. The two of them used to train together in the Hamaguchi Gym and Takato believes they are equally skilled where they currently stand.

BASARA “BASARA 296 ~UTAGE~”, 28/12/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Shuji Ishikawa

The promise Ohka made was to give Shuji Ishikawa a Union MAX Title match. Ishikawa was Union’s ace for a good chunk of its decade long existence but he never held the Union MAX Title. It bothered Ohka that the championship was being used in BASARA instead of being held by a Union wrestler like himself or Ishikawa. So Nakatsu has taken on the promise to give Ishikawa a title match at BASARA’s last show of the year. If Morohashi wins the title first then he will be the one defending it against Ishikawa. It would be a bad look for BASARA for its big main event to turn into a Union Pro tribute match featuring only outsiders but it is a risk that Nakatsu is willing to take if it can help the company’s business.
