7. Mr. Bueno & MAO defeated Chris Brookes & Zack Sabre Jr. when Bueno pinned Brookes with a Diving Body Press from the human pyramid (?:??).

Let’s give it up for Chris Brookes making it to 18 years in the wrestling business! Let’s give it up to Baka Gaijin + Friends for making it to three years too. The third anniversary for this island of misfit toys was held away from the usual home of ARENA Shimokitazawa. They went for a bigger room this time by going to Shinjuku FACE but still held the show without a ring to keep it as the genuine article.

The main event was Brookes taking on someone who was kept a mystery to the fans until it was time for his entrance. It was Zack Sabre Jr.! The name of the bout was “A Match Of Hate?” and the two showed no mercy to each other by fighting amongst the crowd. Sabre’s close friend Antonio Honda had no choice but to do the rubber band spot to him while Brookes also dropped a child onto Sabre’s prone body afterwards. Sabre got some of his own licks in by Back Body Dropping Brookes onto the venue’s counter before bringing him back to the centre of the room to further pick Brookes apart. The two continued to go back and forth until Brookes gave Sabre the Praying Mantis Bomb and the bell rang to signal a time limit draw.

The action didn’t stop there because after the match MAO interrupted Brookes on the microphone and started arguing with him. Mr. Bueno ran down to bring peace but was left insulted when Sabre told him to fuck off. Everyone then started telling each other to fuck off until MAO & Bueno agreed to fight Brookes & Sabre, starting an impromptu bonus tag match! More chaotic brawling followed and screeched to a halt when Sabre tripped over the mat and hurt his knee. Honda got on the microphone to tell a Gongitsune joke only for MAO to stop him. MAO then summoned all of the other wrestlers on the show to lead a train attack at Sabre seated in the remains of the front row. That ended when Minoemon stopped himself in front of Sabre to tell him he was Minoru Suzuki in disguise! The two hugged and launched a counter attack on everyone, Brookes included. Their rampage was stopped with a fire extinguisher attack from Takagi Sanshirobo, which then resulted in Takayuki Ueki & Munetatsu Nakamura entering the room as cops. They suddenly held everyone at gunpoint threatening to shut the show down. MAO disarmed Nakamura but tragedy struck during the scramble to get the other gun from Ueki. Brookes succeeded in grabbing the gun but accidentally shot Sabre in the process! Brookes cradled the wounded Sabure in his arms until Sabre fainted. Out of desperation, Brookes charged the other team only to get knocked out by MAO’s Hurricane Kick. Bueno then threw Takeshi Masada on top of Brookes and ordered all of the other wrestlers to form a pyramid for him to climb. From the top of the pyramid, Bueno thanked the fans and jumped off to hit a Diving Body Press onto Masada and Brookes. He then pinned Brookes for the victory. After the match Brookes revived Sabre by pouring a can of beer into his mouth.

The stakes were high for the fated singles battle between Mr. Malo and Mr. Bueno. First, the BK-G Openweight Title held by Malo was on the line. Not only that but the loser of the match would have to unmask! Bueno had Malo’s cheating scouted yet respectfully kept allowing Malo to get back to his feet so they could fight on even terms. His good sportsmanship almost blew the match for him when Malo used the ref Daisuke Kiso to shield himself and then Low Blow his opponent after Kiso was thrown aside. But Bueno kicked out of a DDT and the Unprettier. He then got his momnentum back through a series of cradles that ended with him pinning Malo with a Hurricanrana to win the championship! Still, Bueno was too much of a good person to unmask his opponent afterwards, instead allowing Malo to take off the mask himself. Malo placed his poncho over his head and pulled the mask off. He then removed the poncho to reveal he is now wearing a white mask instead of his black on. Bueno couldn’t believe what he saw until he found the words to tell everyone what he was looking at… “My brother? I thought you died. I’m so happy!” The two brothers, now united, hugged to the applause of everyone in the room.

The Great Baka Mecha Wars couldn’t wait for all of the participants to be involved before it began. Mecha MAO and Takagi Sanshirobo immediately went to fight each other but soon the third fighter appeared. It was Minoemon, who as mentioned above was Minoru Suzuki disguised as the anime character Doraemon. He sat around with a bag of groceries, drinking beer and eating dorayaki until the other two robots attacked him. Minoemon and Sanshirobo brawled in the crowd while Mecha MAO stacked up some plastic cases and set out a table on top of them in the middle of the room. Mecha MAO and Sanshirobo then formed their own Megazord combination but it was all ruined when Minoemon poured water over the both of them. Mecha MAO short circuited around the room while Minoemon gave Sanshirobo the Gotch-Style Piledriver through the table and plastic cases to win the Mecha War.

The Brahman Brothers made a mess of their own with their match against Ueki’s Magic Kingdom. Things were made even worse when Karate Brahman decided to wipe natto all over his head. Dark King Ueki, Munek & Princess Ram all getting blinded with powder after that counts as a mercy killing in my book. I guess the damsel in distress who was kidnapped by the kingdom before the match was rescued as a result but it was anything but happy ever after.

Three members of the Daisetz band teamed up with one of their adoring fans in an 8-Man Tag Match. Chie Koishikawa was running around waving lightsticks for Antonio Honda, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Hagane Shinno during their entrance. Facing them were the international foursome of Baliyan Akki from India, Shivam & Jonathan Johnson from Thailand and Sayaka from Japan. The two sides ended up getting into a Bionic Elbow duel. Everything then broke down until the Egg Tart team of Shinno & Koishikawa double cradled Sayaka for the pinfall.

The show opened with Shunma Katsumata announcing a Baka Battle Royal full of surprise entrants. Fuminori Abe and HARASHIMA started things off then were quickly joined by Shota and K4PY. Then Kota Sekifuda appeared carrying a large snake! He chased the wrestlers into the crowd where Abe picked up a child to hold up near the snake. HARASHIMA forced Abe to apologise while Sekifuda continued scaring everyone with his pet, even making Yukinori Matsui tap out even though he wasn’t part of the match. HARASHIMA finally put a stop to things by putting Sekifuda in a Cobra Twist while the snake was twisting itself around Sekifuda. He gave up and was the first elimination from the match. Shota was the next one gone when he and Takeshi Masada fought over a Backslide Pin. Abe kicked Masada in the stomach, unintentionally helping him roll Shota over for the pinfall. Suddenly danger happened when Dr. Cube entered the Battel along with two Kaiju from his posse: Erebus & Eargernon II. Together they ran wild on the other wrestlers and eliminated Abe, Masada and K4PY all at once. HARASHIMA showed shades of HERO! in trying to fight Dr Cube’s Posse off but he too also fell to them. It was all up to Shin Suzuki to save the day as the final entrant. He grabbed Dr. Cube’s helmet and twisted it off, removing his grisly face beneath and knocking him out with a neck snap in the process. He then pinned Erebus with the Takatonic to fully eliminate the Posse, making him the last man standing.

Iron Man Title Change During Another Game Of Mahjong

1. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title – Mahjong Match: Shinji Torigoe (48,300 pts) defeated Mahiro Kiryu (c) (16,800 pts), Ken Ohka (30,000 pts) and Danshoku Dieno (4,900 pts) (81:20).
*Shinji Torigoe becomes the 1,783rd champion.
-. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Ken Ohka’s White Tank Top defeated Shinji Torigoe (c) by Pinfall (2:19 pm).
*Ken Ohka’s White Tank Top becomes the 1,784th champion.
-. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Mahiro Kiryu defeated Ken Ohka’s White Tank Top (c) with a Body Slam (2:21 pm).
*Mahiro Kiryu becomes the 1,785th champion.

One month ago Mahiro Kiryu gave herself the challenge of defending the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title in a game of Mahjong against experienced players. However due to the short notice of the idea, the competition hardly showed up. So yesterday she tried out the idea again and had three opponents ready this time. The three opponents were planned to be Ken Ohka, Danshoku Dieno and Thanomsak Toba. All of them have experience in playing the game. However Toba didn’t show up because he woke up at 3am in the morning to work on his video editing gig, forgot about the game taking place and went to lunch instead. Suddenly Shinji Torigoe appeared. He is a professional mahjong player, the person who taught Kiryu how to play the game and one of the opponents who lost to her the last time. He wanted a second chance at winning the title and was accepted to replace Toba.

Through writing up the reports of this storyline, I have learned from those who are into the hobby that winning two games of mahjong in a row is a difficult thing to achieve. While she aimed to take the lead early, she found out that Ohka and Dieno are no slouches when it comes to playing the game. Kiryu then received a bad hand while Torigoe gradually increased his score until he took the lead and wouldn’t relinquish it. When it was all over, Torigoe was the winner and became the new Iron Man Champion! He then made a joke about how white Ohka’s tank top is which caused Ohka to lose in temper. In a rage, Ohka took off his vest and choked Torigoe unconscious before leaving the room in a fit! The ref Daisuke Kiso then noticed the vest was “pinning” Torigoe’s limp shoulders to the chair and counted to three, ruling that Ken Ohka’s White Tank Top was the new champion!

Kiryu acted quickly and grabbed the vest. With a mighty lift she Body Slammed it onto the floor and went for the cover to become the Iron Man Champion once more. She took a big risk today and almost paid the price. However she is having fun defending the title in games of mahjong and would like to continue doing it. She also noted how strong of a player Ohka is.

10. KO-D Openweight Title & DDT Universal Title: Yuki Ueno (K/c) defeated Minoru Suzuki (U/c) with the Frog Splash (34:30).
*V2 for Yuki Ueno. Minoru Suzuki fails at V6. Yuki Ueno becomes the 19th DDT Universal Champion!

Everyone in DDT can now breath a sigh of relief. Yuki Ueno was able to clean up the mess he caused in the first place as promised and for that he now stands on top of the company as both the KO-D Openweight Champion and now the DDT Universal Champion! That now makes him the first person to hold both of those belts at the same time. Minoru Suzuki made him fight for it and nearly took his leg off in the process. He targeted Ueno’s left leg throughout the match including attacking it with a chair and using an extended chain of submissions to try and make him kick. Ueno brought out moves like the Blizzard Suplex and the Bastard Driver but couldn’t go for the pin after using the WR. Suzuki wanted to take advantage of it but Ueno planted Dropkick right to his face before slamming him down with another WR. Suzuki kicked out but Ueno then jumped off the top rope with the Frog Splash and that was the end of it.

As Suzuki was leaving the ring in defeat, Ueno got on the microphone and thanked him because despite being different from each other, Suzuki still always treated Ueno like a pro wrestler. Suzuki will be welcomed back into DDT so they can fight again whenever he wants. Ueno is also looking forward with new goals in mind. First he wants to inspire everyone with his wrestling because watching wrestling will always make your day better. The other goal is he wants to bring DDT to the Tokyo Dome with all of his friends and colleagues from the company involved! Until that day comes DDT will always have their monthly Korakuen Hall shows and yearly visits to Sumo Hall where everyone will continue working hard and having fun.

Ueno then asked if there was anyone out there who wants to be next to challenge him? Suddenly Super Sasadango Machine appeared with an unexpected PowerPoint Presentation to show everyone. He admitted it was a good thing Ueno won his match because if he didn’t then Sasadango wasted his time making it. During the presentation Sasadango talked about Ueno being a respectable public figure in both wrestling and the entertainment industry but it is all a lie! His proof is when Sasadango fought Ueno nearly one year ago, Sasadango used thumbtacks that ended up leaving an L-shaped scar on Ueno’s stomach. Ueno won the match and promised that if he ever became KO-D Champion again he would nominate Sasadango as his challenger and get revenge for the scar. Well now the L stands for Lie because Ueno became KO-D Champion twice in 2025 and he never once gave Sasadango the title shot he promised him! Ueno understood his complaint and accepted his challenge for a KO-D Title match. He also offered to put the Universal Title on the line because Sasadango’s other gimmick Muscle Sakai originally retired after wrestling Minoru Suzuki. Sasadango said he is ready to win both championships except he doesn’t have the energy right now so they can do the match at Korakuen on 30th November.

The show finished with the big ending where Ueno reunited with The 37KAMIINA at the entrance and then passed by many wrestlers in the hallway. Suzuki was among them and he told Ueno this isn’t the end between them. He then entered the dressing room but it was empty. Konosuke Takeshita followed him inside and the two talked about maybe doing a champion versus champion match with each other some day. The rest of the DDT roster started filling in, including Danshoku Dieno and they all ended the show with a big group farewell to the camera.

Takeshita made his big return to DDT as the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion fresh off of defending the belt on a New Japan show. Here he was teaming up with DDT’s next big superstar hope Kaisei Takechi facing a team of wrestlers they consider their respective rivals. Takeshita wanted to wrestle Kazusada Higuchi again while Takechi wanted to measure up with Takeshi Masada. While those two pairings were the focus of the match, there was a crossover of opponents that took place too. Takechi cut off a charge from Higuchi with the Swan Dive Forearm while Masada got a nearfall on Takeshita with the Masada No Chikara KOBU Mukimuki. Masada tried to weaken further with Middle Kicks but Takeshita blew him back with an Elbow Strike and stunned him with the Wagamama. Takechi was then able to keep Higuchi away while Takeshita pinned Masada with the Raging Fire.

Both sides showed respect to each other after the match but when Takeshita offered to shake hands with his own partner, Takechi slapped away his hand instead and the two had a stare down in the ring. Takeshita then walked off by himself. Backstage he said he felt how much his opponents have grown and he wanted this match to send a message to Higuchi that he still has a lot more to offer. He’s been keeping an eye on Takechi since he debut and thinks his behavior after the match was his way of saying he wants to fight him. Takechi pretty much confirmed it and said he will work hard everyday so they can stand in the same ring together again. Higuchi said the other team are getting a lot of attention but fans should not overlook Harimao or SCHADENFREUDE International too for that matter. Masada admitted to feeling jealous of Takechi but he will take this loss as a positive one for his wrestling career. He’ll look forward to the day he can get revenge.

There is no bond in wrestling closer than the one shared between Chris Brookes and Zack Sabre Jr… Ok, yeah that’s a lie. The two are pretty close friends and today was their first singles match against each other in eight years but something felt a little off. Yukinori Matsui was ever so slightly acting lenient towards Brookes while being ever so slightly harsh towards Sabre. It then turned scandalous when Sabre had Brookes pinned for certain victory yet Matsui suffered a crisis of conscience during the pinfall and couldn’t count to three. The lights dimmed and Matsui’s heart revealed tender moments spent with Brookes up on the arena screen. Things went south after a ref bump and Brookes summoned Munetatsu Nakamura to come in and attack Sabre. Antonio Honda followed with a chair but he too hesitated to take action. More scandal broke out when Honda’s heart revealed tender moments he has shared with Sabre on the screen! Honda then tried to attack Brookes with Gongitsune but missed and hit Sabre instead. The match continued and Brookes tried to use the Praying Mantis Bomb. Sabre flipped out of it and tangled his opponent into the European Clutch to get the three count. Afterwards the two of them kissed, made up and walked off back up the ramp hand in hand. They said they should do this again in another eight years time. Sabre questioned Brookes over the ethics of a wrestler romancing the referee while Brookes called Sabre being with Honda a forbidden love between NJPW and DDT. They suggested maybe the two couples fight each other in a tag match next time.

The last team standing in the Survival 3 Way would be going home with the KO-D Tag Team Titles. No tags were needed so the match was chaos when all three teams were involved. The Apex grabbed KIMIHIRO and threw him out of the ring onto the rest of Strange Love Connection. They were then targeted by Team 200kg particularly so Yuki Iino and Chihiro Hashimoto could fight each other again. Iino was able to knock down both Team 200kg wrestlers and went on to pin Yuu with the Spear for the first elimination. SLC had to find the power needed to beat The Apex and MAO found it in order to give Yukio Naya the Michinoku Driver II. Naya was also accidentally drilled with the Spear from Iino and KANON cause more damage by giving him the LONELY DEZIRES. MAO followed up with the Cannonball 450 for the win, earning SLC the KO-D Tag Titles for the first time in the team’s existence. KANON said he wants the team to become historic champions so the DDT fans will always remember them. MAO brought up being tag champions with Mike Bailey and VENY in the past. He wants KANON to keep climbing so he can stand shoulder to shoulder with those two. He also wants the team to cause a big stir so they can make more money! Yuu felt regret over not being able to win a DDT championship for Team 200kg’s only appearance on a DDT Ryogoku show. Hashimoto enjoyed the experience but noticed Iino became quiet whenever they were in the ring together. She might continue showing up in DDT just so she can beat him again.

Daisuke Sasaki’s important match of the show went from one end of the spectrum all the way to the other because of Dasnhoku Dieno’s health problems. With Dieno unable to wrestle, Sasaki instead face AMAKUSA, the current persona of his SUPER CREW classmate from 20 years ago Yuki Sato. However AMAKUSA was all in on his current gimmick and had no memory of who Sasaki was. Sasaki tried cheating to win but when that wasn’t getting him the results he wanted, he then took a page out of Dieno’s book and gave AMAKUSA the Lip Lock! He then teased a set up of the Danshoku Driver but instead used his old NOW OR NEVER finisher for a nearfall. AMAKUSA survived taking La Mistica Crossface Lock and used an Elevated Magistral Driver followed by the Pedigree. That was all to put Sasaki in position for AMAKUSA’s Spiral Tap style finisher, the Kaikoku for the victory.

After the match AMAKUSA got on the microphone to remind everyone he has no past but the match he just had rekindled a memory of fighting Sasaki in a small venue twenty years ago. It was both their first match and now twenty years later they got to have a match together in Ryogoku! AMAKUSA has never felt more grateful for pro wrestling than he does today. The two shook hands and hugged while Sasaki told “Sato” not to cry. He said it doesn’t matter if the person in front of him is Yuki Sato or AMAKUSA but his kiss definitely tasted like Sato. AMAKUSA said he doesn’t remember that part of the match. What he does hope to remember though is meeting Sasaki again 25 years from now. Sasaki brought up all the different times they wrestled anniversary matches with each other, the previous being six years ago. He admits the things AMAKUSA has done in NOAH since then means AMAKUSA has surpassed him but he will always have battles with Yuki Sato.

After spending the last 10 months in NOAH, Tetsuya Endo returned to DDT for a day for the other DDT Vs NOAH match of the show. He teamed up with NOAH wrestlers HAYATA & Junta Miyawaki to take on his former allies from BURNING along with Shinya Aoki. There was a little extra BURNING energy on display when Yuya Koroku use Yusuke Okada’s Intercept DDT on Endo. Aoki then did a dive out of the ring to wipe out Endo & HAYATA. Miyawaki tried to tough it out against Jun Akiyama but he eventually fell to the Knee Lift and Exploder Suplex. Endo said the buds he is nurturing in NOAH this year haven’t blossomed yet. He is going to spend a little more time in NOAH so he can bring back the best gift possible for DDT, the GHC Heavyweight Title! However Koroku felt disappointed that Endo wouldn’t even look at him during the match because at last year’s “ULTIMATE PARTY” they were challenging for the KO-D Tag Titles. He wants to get better so Endo will set his sights on him the next time they are in the ring together.

Swerve! We all thought the Blindfold Death Match meant all five wrestlers involved would fight each other while blindfolded. However none of them actually wanted to go through with the stipulation so it was decided that the referee would be blindfolded instead! Yukinori Matsui had no vision whatsoever so he missed out of different finishes as well as weapon usage and other blatant cheating. To-y fought off his four challengers and even had Kazuki Hirata beat when suddenly two masked men that turned out to be Hirata’s hired goons interfered. Matsui tripped over Hirata which then caused Antonio Honda to trip over him. Matsui later walked right into a bear trap which caused Daisuke Kiso to come down as the replacement. He too was blindfolded and had to be led down to the ring by HARASHIMA. Sasadango hit him over the back with a giant mace to stop him counting Akito’s pin on To-y. Honda unmasked Sasadango so he could poke him in the eyes with Gongitsune. He then missed the Diving Fist Drop, landing fist first into the bear trap. Hirata knocked down To-y with a Mecha Fist and pinned him in a relaxed manner. To-y rolled him back in a Crucifix Pin mid-count and Matsui continued counting to three. To-y guided him into raising his hand as the winner so he was officially declared the winner and still the DDT Extreme Champion.

After the match To-y told everyone the Extreme Title belt must love him because it won’t leave his side. He then said anyone can challenge him whenever they want. Then during his celebration, Sanshiro Takagi walked up to him and gave him the Stunner. Takagi told To-y he is the one who created the Extreme Title in the first place so he is going to be the next challenger! To-y promised that as champion he will do something so chaotic it will make Takagi go crazy. It was later decided that their title match will happen on 30th November.

“ULTIMATE PARTY” is where Kumadori made his pro wrestling debut last year so he was back for this year’s event alongside the rest of O-MENZ for a big ring entrance. DAMNATION T.A ruined the vibe by attacking the other team from the get go. Demus tortured Kazuma Sumi while Hideki Okatani paired off with Yuki Ishida. That left the two big boys MJ Paul and Daichi Sato fighting each other to a stalemate. Ilusion got one over on Kumadori once more by giving him a Low Blow. He also set up some teamwork with Demus to put Sumi away for the finish.

Three former members of DISASTER BOX teamed up for Match #2. While HARASHIMA was happy to shake hands with his opponents, Naomi Yoshimura had a faceoff with Rukiya before the match even started. Toru Owashi and Soma Takao started off instead and when Rukiya tagged in, he quickly targeted Yoshimura and went to fight him instead. Shinichiro Kawamatsu got Yoshimura with the Shitamachi Rocket and hit HARASHIMA with the Somato. But HARASHIMA turned things around on Rukiya and pinned him with the Somato despite a spirited effort from the rookie.

Sanshiro Takagi officially returned to the ring after taking a year and four months off for company management and also health reasons. He chose the rookie Hinata Kasai to be his first opponent because there is something about him that draws him in for reasons other than being Jun Kasai’s son. Takagi was happy to be back while Kasai couldn’t help but show his excitement whenever it looked like he was about to get his first win. Takagi broke him down using the Spicolli Driver followed by the McEnroe Lariat to the leg. He then applied the Texas Cloverleaf to make Kasai give up. After the match Kasai refused to shake Takagi’s hand but backstage he took back all of the times he made fun of his boss for gassing out so easily. Kasai has been watching wrestling since he was a kid though so he knows how this thing works. The wrestling ring isn’t the only place where DDT holds matches so he will one day get a win over Takagi no matter where it literally takes place! Takagi talked about how this match was actually his proper 30th anniversary match but nobody hyped it up that way. He knows how much Kasai loves DDT and that is what he chose him to be in the match. Takagi still has issues over his own conditioning and even mentally wanted to give up halfway through the match. But a pro wrestler keeps going as long as they have the will to. He doesn’t know how often he will be wrestling from this point forward but he is going to treat it with an independent wrestler’s mindset and find his place in life from now on.

Both Shunma Katsumata and Kazuma Sumi kicked off the show with an NωA Jr. performance.

Akito gave reporters an overview of the show at the very end of the evening. He praised AMAKUSA for stepping in on short notice to be Dieno’s replacement for Sasaki. He is grateful to everyone in NOAH for being so accommodating about it. In regards to Ueno’s comments about bringing DDT to the Tokyo Dome, Akito said the great thing about DDT is they allow wrestlers to make their dreams come true. They could only book Sumo Hall once this year because of venue renovations giving them limited scheduling options but next year DDT wants to book the arena twice to build up to the company’s 20th anniversary in 2027. Akito doesn’t know if the Tokyo Dome will ever become part of those place but DDT will do its best to make dreams come true for its fans.

Some of the tricks and treats you get for Halloween don’t always turn the way you want them to. Baka Gaijin + Friends brought in a former champion to challenge Mr. Malo for the BK-G Openweight Title. That former champion is Kazuki Hirata and any high hopes for him to dethrone the champion immediately fell apart. Malo easily distracted him, gave him a Low Blow and rolled him up with a School Boy to win in seconds. MAO then confronted Hirata after the match and complained to him in a manner like Hisaya Imabayashi, causing the match to be restarted. Malo distracted Hirata again, gave him another Low Blow and pinned him with another School Boy. Takayuki Ueki (who worked the show as the ring announcer and was dressed as Reze from Chainsaw Man) then did the complaining and the match restarted again. Same thing still happened. Mr. HAKU couldn’t help but shout from the camera spot and complain to Hirata for losing like this. Another restart happened but the same thing happened once more. Now Chie Koishikawa joined in the complaining and got another restart. Malo didn’t even need to distract Hirata this time, he just did a Low Blow and pinned him. Chris Brookes stormed out to yell at Hirata in both English and Japanese before granting one more restart. The same thing still happened but this time Brookes broke the pin and everyone ganged up on Malo. Hirata blew his spot though and Malo went back on the attack, going as far as to destroy the Hirata GO glasses. Suddenly Mr. Bueno appeared to cheer on Hirata and motivate him into making a comeback. He then pulled out an extra pair of Hirata GO glasses and placed them on Hirata to make him power up with his dance. His second wind was cut off when Malo handed him a small jack-o’-lantern filled with firecrackers, filling the room with sparks and small explosions coming from Hirata’s hands. Malo then rolled him up with a School Boy once more to win yet again.

More surprises were in store when an unadvertised Halloween Rumble took place after intermission. Munetatsu Nakamura set the stage for how weird it was going to get by entering the match dressed as a Labubu. Entrant #2 turned out to be Thai wrestler Jonathan Johnson acting like The Joker. MAO was the next entrant dressed as a large square wall. He gleefully stood in the way of the fans to block their view while being impervious to his opponents’ attacks. Kota Ibushikoshi entered dressed as a schoolgirl but MAO escaped from his own costume to pin him with a Running Knee Strike for the first elimination. Next entrant was Chie Koishikawa in a shark costume running around biting everyone. Sayaka dressed as Haku from Spirited Away calmed her down by offering her a rice ball. Koishikawa ate it and felt full enough to take a nap. Everyone else pushed MAO on top of her and then piled on for the pin. Things took a turn when Ram Kaichow ran into the room dressed as Chucky and stabbed Sayaka with a machete! That was enough for a three count and Sayaka was out. The final entrant then appeared. It was Antonio Honda as Pero Pero Oyakata, his tribute gimmick to Hulk Hogan. He ripped off his vest but felt so cold in the room that he wanted to quit. But first he wanted to tell a Gongitsune story and then poked everyone in their eyes. MAO tipped over and fell so he was easily pinned. Oyakata then used the Pero Pero Driver (set up like the Pedigree but he swivels his hips to snap his opponent’s neck) to eliminate Johnson and Nakamura. The match slowed down when he tried to use the move on Kaichow. She escaped and with an upward swing, struck Oyakata between the legs with her machete. That put him down for the count and Kaichow won the Rumble.

Mr. Bueno decided to wrestle his match wearing an inflated sumo wrestler costume for his match against Kota Sekifuda. He also decided his sumo name is Takatoriki Jr. (Takatoriki being Yukio Naya’s father). The two briefly fought their way out of the room. Bueno returned first and expected to win by countout but Sekifuda returned wearing his own inflated sumo costume! They wrestled sumo style until Bueno tried to climb onto the bar counter for a high flying attack. Except when he was ready to do it, Sekifuda pulled out a living snake from his costume! He used the snake to scare Bueno back down to the floor so he could wrap the snake around his neck. Bueno escaped and physically forced Sekifuda to hand the snake away to Daisuke Kiso. Sekifuda climbed onto some stools to do his own dive but Bueno acted like he had a snake of his own hidden in his costume. Sekifuda didn’t fall for it but Bueno still blocked his dive and used an Inside Cradle to get the win.

In the opening match Brookes was dressed like one of the Baseball Furies from The Warriors. His opponent K4PY was dressed in a schoolgirl outfit, a decision that led to a few wardrobe malfunctions as the match progressed. Brookes found a fan dressed like one of The Brahman Brothers and got them to do the rubber band spot from across the room. Brookes ended up winning by giving K4PY the Praying Mantis Bomb, almost damaging something from the ceiling in the process.

Mahiro Defends Iron Man Title In A Game Of Mahjong

“IRON MAN HEAVYMETALWEIGHT TITLE MATCH – MAHJONG”, 22/10/2025
Tokyo Mahjong Bell Bird Shinbashi
4 Players

1. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title – Mahjong Match: Mahiro Kiryu (c) (62,600 pts) defeated Shinji Torigoe (38,600 pts), CyberFight Staff (-9,500 pts) and Daisuke Kiso (8,300 pts) (86:32).
*V? for Mahiro Kiryu.

When Mahiro Kiryu accomplished her goal last weekend of returning to her hometown as the Iron Man Heavymwetalweight Champion, she quickly set forth with putting her next goal in motion. It has always been her dream to defend the Iron Man Title in a game of Mahjong so she quickly organized a competition held at the Mahjong Bell Bird club in Shinbashi, Tokyo. However due to the event taking place on really short notice, only one other competitor turned up. The challenger was Shinji Torigoe, a professional mahjong player belonging to Bell Bird and also the person who taught Kiryu how to play the game. Kiryu has 17 years of experience though so it was time for the student to surpass her master.

Two other players were needed to get the game going so the referee Daisuke Kiso alongside an unnamed CyberFight staff member also took part. Those two were pretty much only there to observe the tactical battle that took place between Kiryu and Torigoe. After 86 gruelling minutes, Kiryu pulled off big moves to get ahead and ended up nearly doubling Torigoe’s score to win the game and successfully defend the title. Torigoe praised Kiryu for the victory but pointed out she missed an opportunity to play a Suuankou hand and could have won earlier if she had done that. Kiryu apologised to him and decided it was time to leave.

-. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Haruna Neko defeated Mahiro Kiryu (c) with a Scratch (7:43 pm).
*Haruna Neko becomes the 1,769th champion.
-. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Mahiro Kiryu defeated Haruna Neko (c) by Forfeit (7:45 pm).
*Mahiro Kiryu becomes the 1,770th champion.

Today was the day that Tokyo Joshi Pro would bid farewell to Haruna Neko but just like with other graduations in the past, some of the wrestlers who didn’t want her to leave decided to do something about it. Hyper Misao, Rika Tatsumi and Pom Harajuku formed a protest group to prevent Neko from graduating before the main event but Mahiro Kiryu forced everyone to go through with the match. Kiryu then used her apology spot in the match to say sorry for preventing them from stopping the graduation. Neko later got involved in the match, first when Tatsumi choked her over the ropes and then when Harajuku invited her into a strike exchange she was having with Kiryu. Misao then paused the match so she could give Neko one last message. She understands the situation Neko is in because she also suffered from knee injuries including one that required surgery. She also revealed that she wanted Neko to play the lead role in one of her “HYPE!” shows but Neko got injured before it could be set up. She asked Neko if they could wrestle each other one last time and Neko agreed. She then attacked Misao and her team with one of the protest signs, leaving Suzume & Kiryu to finish things off with Tatsumi & Harajuku.

After the match Kiryu spoke about how glad she is her team won and in honor of Neko she will protect the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title forever! Neko then scratched Kiryu over the face and tried to pin her but Kiryu kicked out. Harajuku kicked Kiryu in the shin so Neko could scratch and pin her again, this time with everyone else piling on top so Kiryu couldn’t kick out. Neko had now become the Iron Man Champion! However since Neko is about to graduate and she doesn’t want to worry about carrying around such a dangerous title, she told Daisuke Kiso she was surrendering the championship back to Kiryu. Kiso confirmed the decision so Kiryu is now the champ again.

The graduation ceremony then took place. Neko told the audience she was never particularly good at sports and doesn’t like to speak in front of so many people like this. But she made it this far thanks to the support and kindness of her fans. She also thanked everyone from the TJPW wrestlers to the staff for making her feel at ease for the past seven years. The ceremony ended with the 10 bell salute followed by her final ring introduction, which I think was actually the first time Rise Shirai ever got to announce her. As for what will happen next for Haruna, she said she is going to work for somebody she knows.

Match #5 was still promoted as the “main event” even though it was moved to the penultimate match spot of the card beneath Haruna’s final appearance. The match had both Miu Watanabe and Arisu Endo teaming up as champions as well as Watanabe’s first challenger Yuki Aino being on the other team. Watanabe said she could really feel Aino’s passion so she isn’t going to let her guard down. Autumn has arrived and she is expecting it to be a hot one! Aino is counting down the days to the Princess Of Princess Title match but she is taking her time since there will be several warm up matches between now and 18th October.

Wakana Uehara’s new Ripcord Spinning Facebuster like move now has a name. It is called the Sushi Tornado.

Misao hasn’t taken to losing the Princess Tag Team Titles very well and wasn’t in the mood to wrestle today. Shino Suzuki tried cheering her up by suggesting they compete against each other over something they both like. So they came up with rules based on a comedian they both liked named Gorgeous. He is a pirate who makes geography related jokes. The rule is when a wrestler gets a two count or rope break, they are given the name of a country and have ten seconds to find it on a globe. Suzuki couldn’t find Sweden or Paraguay and Misao couldn’t find Mexico. There was then a moment when Suzuki got a two count with a Backward Rolling Cradle but Misao then pinned her back with a Gedo Clutch. It was decided they could both get a chance at finding Madagascar. Suzuki couldn’t find it so the globe was handed over to Misao. She fumbled the globe but when she picked it back up, she found Madagascar and pointed at it to Kiso to win the match!

It was revealed at “WRESTLE PRINCESS VI” that Yuki Kamifuku had been working with TJPW for years as a freelancer and she was now thinking of signing with the company on a full time basis. Today she confirmed a deal has been made and she is now officialy under contract with the promotion. She described her time with TJPW up to now as if it was like a couple that had lived together for years and met each other’s families but never went all the way with getting married. So think of this as Kamifuku finally popping the question and now becoming married to TJPW! Later backstage Sanshiro Takagi told reporters the story that Kamifuku originally came to TJPW from a talent agency whose manager he knew. Kamifuku was at a point where she was either going to become a pro wrestler or go work at a real estate agency. He is happy Kamifuku chose wrestling because she has become a valuable asset for TJPW. Tetsuya Koda also explained how Kamifuku was a TJPW regular in name only and that it was news to many fans that she was actually a freelancer all along. It was an ambiguous situation but one where nothing in particular is going to change for her going forward. Kamifuku said she thinks of Takagi like her wrestling father and Koda like her wrestling boss. Koda had to correct her because he really is her boss now.

9. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe defeated Mizuki (c) with the Spinning Tear Drop (22:58).
*Mizuki fails in V4. Miu Watanabe becomes the 16th Princess Of Princess Champion!

It took nine months but Miu Watanabe has regained her spot in Tokyo Joshi Pro as the Princess Of Princess Champion! She was warned by Mizuki not to mess with her and the champ tried to break down Watanabe with big moves like the Cutie Special, the Diving Foot Stomp and the Face Lock. Watanabe’s power became an effective counter through the use of Power Slams and the Giant Swing. She also carried Mizuki up to the top rope so she could Avalanche Power Slam her right back down to the canvas. Mizuki got a nearfall with the Whirling Candy and tried going for the Cutie Special. But Watanabe countered it into a High Angle Tear Drop and then out-grappled her into do a spinning version of the Tear Drop for the victory.

After the match Watanabe said this was her second title match with Mizuki this year and it feels like she’s had her all to herself. There is no other princess like Mizuki because she is kind and considerate so Watanabe is happy to win the belt that Mizuki made shine so brightly. Now as the summer is about to end, Watanabe will make sure the Princess Title will shine even brighter! After she said that, Yuki Aino entered the ring and said the match that just happened was too amazing. She used to consider herself as Watanabe’s rival because they both debuted in the same year but before she knew it Watanabe has gone way ahead of her. Aino wants to have a passionate title match with the new champion to prove her worth. Watanabe said they haven’t fought each other much lately so she would like to see Aino being passionate in the ring up close in person. She accepted the challenge and the match will take place at Korakuen Hall on 18th October. Watanabe can become the Summer princess and Autumn princess all she wants because all Aino is aiming for is to become champion! When Aino left the ring, Watanabe told the fans she will make TJPW become the biggest dreamland in the world!

The Princess Tag Team Titles were on the line in a rematch from Las Vegas but Hyper Misao predicted the outcome would be the same. She then asked Wakana Uehara if she is ok to wrestle after losing a few teeth recently. Uehara defiantly told her she can fight and proved it by pulling out a hamburger and taking a bite out of it! She even decided to bite Shoko Nakajima in the arm later in the match! Kyoraku Kyomei had to go back to their other usual tricks like Misao spraying the other team or crashing her Hypami Mobile into Mahiro Kiryu at ringside. However Yuki Kamifuku proved to be the difference maker. She prevented Nakajima from doing the Locomotion Northern Lights Suplex and instead cut her down with the Diving Famouser to win the match.

Backstage Kamifuku talked about how much she hates competing in important matches like title bouts and tournament finals because they are such hard work. But she didn’t want to let Uehara down and summoned a rebellious spirit to win and look cool towards her partner. She also explained that despite being a regular for TJPW all this time, she’s really been a freelancer wrestling for the company through an entertainment agency. She doesn’t know if she needs to speak to Sanshiro Takagi or Tetsuya Koda about this but now that she’s won a second TJPW championship it is time for her to become a full time member of the company! Uehara said if it wasn’t for Kamifuku, she would have broken down after her injury and wouldn’t be here as a champion right now. Kyoraku Kyomei were hoping to hold the Tag Titles long enough for their annual singles match on 4th January next year. They didn’t underestimate Ober Eats but they admit they fought a version of them they’ve never seen before. Nakajima & Misao lost today so they’ll go become even stronger in ways the other team have never seen before!

Arisu Endo’s smile has grown a little bit wider because she has won the International Princess Title! The vacant belt was up for grabs with Endo having to face Priscilla Kelly instead of her originally opponent Jada Stone. Kelly tried to throw Endo off her game early then switched to being more aggressive as the match went on. Endo wore her down with a Sleeper Hold and a Camel Clutch, keeping her grip on her submission even after Kelly tried to slam her way out of it. Kelly used her own skills with a counter attack that included a Sliding German Suplex and also a Dragon Suplex. But Endo fought her way back with a Thrust Kick that set up the match winning Ju no Okite. Endo joked about how heavy it feels to hold the belt. She is overjoyed that for the first time in her life she won something all by herself. With this belt she hopes to go visit many fun places where she can eat delicious food. Her summer has been scorching hot and she wants it to get even hotter like up to trillions of billions of degrees!

Aino earned her claim for a Princess Title shot by joining the short list of people in TJPW to ever have made Miyu Yamashita submit! Yamashita thought Ryo Mizunami was going to be the big target to break down so she and Kaya Toribami focused their efforts against her. Aino didn’t want to be left out though and made sure to go after Yamashita when Mizunami broke through the other team. Aino dodged Yamashita’s kicks and dropped her backwards with the Venus DDT. Then from there she applied the Full Nelson Of Love And Fire. Mizunami did her best to hold Toribami back and Yamashita had no option but to give up. Backstage Mizunami called Aino amazing for achieving that result with the fire she brought out today. Aino asked her to come back to TJPW again so Yukiniki can team more often. Toribami said she was sure her team would win because she thought she had great chemistry with Yamashita. The two of them also want to keep teaming together so they can get stronger next time.

It was Hiroyo Matsumoto’s first appearance in TJPW and she wasn’t interested in shaking hands with her opponents. Although she did quip out some greetings to Haru Kazashiro & Toga while she was wrestling them. When she wasn’t “making friends” she was aiding Yuki Arai in controlling the match. She grabbed Toga to seperate her from Kazashiro, giving Arai the space to hit her finisher and win. Matsumoto said she couldn’t afford to lose since her team had a master-disciple dynamic. She also wants Arai to tell her all about TJPW, like if Kazashiro & Toga felt scared fighting her? Arai calls Matsumoto the foundation that helped give birth to her wrestling career. She also remembers the two moves Matsumoto taught her for Tofu Pro Wrestling were the Heel Drop and the Back Elbow. She admitted she forgot to do the Back Elbow back then which made Milano Collection A.T. made at Matsumoto. But Arai remembered to do it today! Matsumoto thinks the move should now be named The Back Elbow Dedicated To Milano. As for Kazashiro & Toga, they are feeling completely defeated by fighting and outsider like Matsumoto. But they think it will make them mentally stronger so if she ever returns they will be more ready to stand against her again.

A few small flags were placed in opposite corners for the Flag Scramble Death Match. Rika Tatsumi and Pom Harajuku were tasked with grabbing the other’s flag in order to use a weapon. Tatsumi got one first and after Harjuku chased after her, the weapon was revealed to be a bag of 100 colorful plastic balls. Harajuku scattered the balls everywhere and threw them one by one at her opponent. Tatsumi then grabbed the other flag and the weapon turned out to be a large folding fan. She used it at first but then decided she can win without using any. Harajuku then grabbed a flag and received two mega penlights to use against Tatsumi’s fan. The final flag was captured by Tatsumi which allowed her to use the GM Tetsuya Koda as a weapon! He was relunctantly dragged into the ring and thrown at Harajuku. Tatsumi then jumped off the top rope with the folding fan but hit Koda over the head with it by mistake. Tatsumi grabbed the penlight and charged Harajuku only to get rolled up and pinned for the three count. Harajuku wondered what would happen today but since it was a death match with toys in it she knew she would win because she’s a three year old and toys are for babies! She then pointed out the weapons Tatsumi chose were not toys at all so she was actually lucky to win. Tatsumi couldn’t believe she lost to Harajuku and called it the biggest stain on her life. She blames Koda for this!

HIMAWARI decided to rely on her best weapon to try and beat Aja Kong. That weapon is her long hair braids which she explained she is allowed to use because they are part of her body. But when she charged in to whip them around, Kong held her at a distance by her head and then knocked her down with a slap. Kong then tortured HIMAWARI by pulling at her hair, claiming that she isn’t breaking any rules because she is simply grabbing a part of HIMAWARI’s body. Kong continued to use that loophole by claiming her steel can is a part of her body so she can hit HIMAWARI with it as much as she wants! HIMAWARI tried her best to block the attack but eventually took a blow to the head from it. When Kong went for the Back Drop, HIMAWARI fought her off by using Hair Whips but made the mistake of trying to lift her up for the Princess Drop. Instead Kong gave her a Lariat for a nearfall and then the Back Drop to get the win. She gave HIMAWARI some words of encouragement after the match. Backstage she described how dangerous HIMAWARI’s hair is by comparing it to Acrobatic Silky from Dandadan. She warns the next time they fight she will have to cut it off her head! Meanwhile HIMAWARI is threatening to smash the steel can to bits with her hair!

We have entered into a new era of the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. Behold the era of Mahironman! Pokotan entered the Battle Royal first as the defending champion but already suffered a bad omen when the mascot’s head fell off. Then during the match Chika Nanase knocked the head off again causing the faceless mascot to briefly transform into Keiju Muto and pin her with the Shining Wizard. Raku entered the match armed with a pillow and formed a very brief alliance with Pokotan before betraying him. Ram Kaichow then entered the match thinking Pokotan was actually Raku inside the costume. So when the real Raku saw them hugging and dancing together, she attacked both of them with the pillow and pinned Pokotan. However since the pillow was directly on top of Pokotan during the pin, Daisuke Kiso declared Raku’s Pillow was now the champion! The Pillow also eliminated Shino Suzuki when Kira Summer gave her the Samoan Drop with the pillow in between them. Raku eliminated Summer and then patched things up with Kaichow to knock Mifu Ashida out of the ring while Mahiro Kiryu was confused by all of the pillow spots. Kiryu ended up getting Raku to accidentally eliminated Kaichow and then gave her the Spinebuster on top of the pillow for the three count. Kiso ended the match there because he counted the pin on both Raku and the pillow, making Kiryu the new champion! Kiryu would like to welcome all challengers to come fight her for the title but she is feeling tired at the moment and requests to get some rest first. Then when she’s ready people can come challenge her in moderation.

The opening match was filled with kindred spirits in multiple pairings. Suzume was teaming with Ren Konatsu who she inspired to become a pro wrestler. Mei Suruga came over from ChocoPro to team up with Uta Takami and the two of them are as close as sisters given how similar they behave. Plus Suzume and Suruga being in the ring again gave fans a Meibee Surprise reunion. But those two ended up cancelling each other out, leaving Konatsu to duke it out against Konatsu. Suzume made it back in to cut off the Koala Clutch only for Suruga to take her out with a Diving Cross Body. Takami went back to Konatsu with a short range Dropkick before applying the Koala Clutch again, getting the submission win. Takami said her wish came true because she wanted to win with Suruga in Ota Ward. Suruga wished it would have happened under better circumstances since both her and Suzume were recently champions at the same time but they both no longer have any. But she sees how Suzume is looking forward so she will do the same and hopefully some day it will lead them to having a singles match against each other.

Three new trainees were introduced to the fans at the start of the show. They are currently named Shion, Anri and Yuka. All three are currently training with the goal of eventually making their pro debuts.

The first ever TJPW event in Thailand will take place on 13th December! “TJPW LIVE IN BANGKOK” is being held in The Circus Studio with help from SETUP Thailand. 6. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Kazusada Higuchi, Ryota Nakatsu & Yuki Ishida defeated Satoshi Kojima, Antonio Honda & Yuya Koroku when Ishida pinned Honda with the Flame Palm (16:47).

Last November was when Satoshi Kojima wrestled in DDT and he came back today in order to team up with Yuya Koroku. The two of them both trained in the Animal Hamiguchi Gym. The main event also had Ryota Nakatsu paying DDT a visit so he can team with Harimao again. Kojima’s team wasn’t able to win but after the match Koroku told a story backstage about him getting an autograph from Kojima eight years ago. At the time he told Kojima he wanted to be a pro wrestler and it would be great if they were in the ring together some day. Kojima said he loves the atmosphere of DDT shows that you can’t find in other companies.

At some point before the show took place, Ilusion kidnapped Bunbun from Takeshi Masada and hung him upside down above the ring! So obviously the match between SCHADENFREUDE International and DAMNATION T.A was turned into a Ladder match to see who could get Bunbun down first! Masada made up for letting Bunbun get captured in the first place by being the one to pull him down after he Power Bombed Ilusion from the ladder.

It should be a brand new day for DDT with a brand new champion at the helm but it turns out winning the KO-D Openweight Title has not made Kazuki Hirata stronger even one tiny bit. He held a press conference in the ring before the show began where he talked about all of the wrestlers who sent him congratulatory messages for the title victory. Konosuke Takeshita sent him a 5,000 yen gift card while Hiromu Takahashi asked if he could get a title shot sometime. Hirata passed on that idea but he was informed that his first scheduled title defence will take place at Korakuen Hall on 28th September. Hirata asked for his opponent to be either the GM Hisaya Imabayashi or the referee Daisuke Kiso but he was denied. Instead Imabayashi told him he has until 12th September to pick his opponent. Hirata said he wants to get a challenger who is as weak as possible.

We then saw how Hirata has made no progress in the second match when he was immediately pinned by HARASHIMA. The match restarted only for HARASHIMA to quickly pin Hirata again. Another restart led to a proper match going ahead but HARASHIMA still got to beat Hirata a third time. It made HARASHIMA ask for a title shot but Hirata turned him down, explaining that it wouldn’t be worth it for HARASHIMA to win the title from a very weak champion. His fans would only approve if HARASHIMA beat an incredibly strong opponent to become the champion again. HARASHIMA understood and let Hirata off the hook.

Then later in the show Yuki Iino won the red Right To Challenge Arm Cover from Soma Takao. Given his successful history using this prize in the past, Iino wanted to cash it in for a KO-D Title shot straight away. Hirata tried to bribe him with candy to change his mind but it didn’t convince him. However Iino then received a message on his phone telling him that his private gym received a reservation on short notice from a “Mr. Hirata”. Iino no longer had enough time to wrestle another match so he raced off to the gym, leaving Hirata to survive the day as still the champion.

7. 12th Tokyo Princess Cup – Final: Miu Watanabe defeated Arisu Endo with the Tear Drop (20:20).

The heartbreak of three years ago have now been washed away because Miu Watanabe has won the Tokyo Princess Cup after her second appearance in the final! Now it is Arisu Endo who must carry the feelings of making it so far only to fall at the last hurdle. She found her spots to hit the Tsuruga Castle knee drop and then place Watanabe in the Camel Clutch. Watanabe’s power became an invaluable weapon as the match went on because she kept blocking the Ju no Okite and also picked Endo up over her shoulders and twisted her around into a Dragon Sleeper style Giant Swing! Endo got some shots back with the Waterwheel Drop and Super Kick but Watanabe batted her away and pinned her with the Tear Drop to win the tournament.

After receiving her trophy, Watanabe spoke about losing the Princess Cup final to Yuka Sakazaki three years ago. She then said she is happy from the bottom of her heart that Endo was her opponent today because she shines bright and is always strong. The final she lost to Sakazaki was the first year the current trophy was used so for her to finally hold it after so long has washed away the regret from three years ago. Now that she’s reached the top there is one more thing she wants to do this summer and that is win the Princess Of Princess Title back from Mizuki! She invited Mizuki down to the ring. Mizuki came down and told Watanabe she is an incredible princess and also still a monster. Watanabe said the value of the Princess Title has increased because of Mizuki and now that Watanabe is a “Princess” again she is ready to surpass it. The two agreed to have a Princess Title match at “WRESTLE PRINCESS VI” on 20th September and they curtsied to each other afterwards.

Backstage Endo was coming to terms over how her summer has ended. She made it all the way to the final and headlined a Korakuen Hall show. So even though she lost she realises how much stronger she has gotten recently and has the confidence to win the tournament next year! She called this the best and hottest summer ever, so much so that she has now come to love this time of year. The fans chanting for her throughout the match gave her strength and she believes it pushed her forward to make it this far under her own merits.

A second big title match was made for “WRESTLE PRINCESS VI” over the result of the semi-main event. Aja Kong came by to visit for a match but Kyoraku Kyomei are the current Princess Tag Team Champions and they weren’t going to let anyone push them out of the spotlight today. Hyper Misao even stepped up to start the match off with Kong one on one but she immediately sprayed her in the face instead then sent Kong outside to get wrapped up in the ring apron and taped against the corner post. Kong was able to escape though and poor HIMAWARI became the target of Kong’s team from that point on. Mifu Ashida choked her on the ring apron with the Y-Shaped Guillotine while both Ober Eats members shoved their boots into HIMAWARI’s face and Kong pulled at her braids. Kaya Toribami tagged in to start a comeback until Kong gave her the Back Drop. Toribami got her back with a Spin Kick and a dive from Shoko Nakajima out of the ring found Kong as its target. However that left Misao on her own against Ober Eats and Yuki Kamifuku gave her a Reverse Famouser while Misao was trying to block a roll up from Wakana Uehara. The move did enough damage for Uehara to pin Misao with a Jackknife Pin for the upset win.

Uehara quickly grabbed a microphone after the match and called for Kyoraku Kyomei to give Ober Eats a second shot at the Princess Tag Titles! Even Kamifuku didn’t expect to see her partner do this but she liked how brazen it was. Kamifuku then told Nakajima & Misao they can do the title match at Ota Ward Gymnasium on 20th September. Misao reminded everyone that Kyoraku Kyomei already defended the Princess Tag Titles against Ober Eats in America back in April and they won the match. She wants to know what has changed since then for Kamifuku & Uehara to think they should challenge them again? In fact if it wasn’t for Kyoraku Kyomei then Ober Eats wouldn’t exist! However she cannot deny that she just lost to Uehara so she accepted the challenge. Nakajima warned the challengers that they will get back at them 100 times worse! Backstage Uehara explained to Kamifuku that she was determined to go through with another challenge ever since today’s 8-Woman Tag Match was announced. She really loves teaming with Kamifuku and wants to pay her back for always giving her advice every night. Kong then suggested if Ober Eats become champions then she and Ashida can both challenge them for the belts!

Back in May 2021 when Yuki Arai made her pro wrestling debut, she lost to Maki Itoh in a tag match. In the aftermath Itoh encouraged Arai to continue trying to crush her no matter how many years it will take. Well it took a little bit over four years but today Arai was able to crush Itoh for the first time! It wasn’t easy though. When she gave Itoh the Finally kick, Itoh’s iron head blocked the move and she gave Arai a Headbutt afterwards. However Arai fought fire with fire and delivered a Headbutt of her own to Itoh before striking in hard with the Rookie Award. The damage weakened the iron head enough for the Finally to hit its mark the second time and keep Itoh down for the three count. As a show of respect after the match Itoh tucked in her middle finger and instead gave Arai a pinky shake. Backstage Arai said Itoh has been there for all of her big opportunities in wrestling and she has learned so much from her. She is happy to finally beat Itoh for the first time but knows there will be even more matches in the future so this isn’t over between them. Itoh didn’t have much to say other than today she left it all in the ring and it is up to everyone to think for themselves.

Totsugeki! Mizuki sort of found herself fighting in a Handicap Match because Pom Harajuku brought along an inflatable dolphin to use as a weapon against her. There was also a watermelon pool ring that Harajuku placed Mizuki on and dragged her around ringside with. Mizuki was armed with her trusty Pico Pico Hammer though and eventually threw the dolphin into the audience as well as Harajuku’s shoes. When Mizuki won the match with the Diving Foot Stomp she pretended to offer Harajuku a handshake only to stick her tongue out at her instead. She said backstage that Harajuku’s quirks are what she loves about her and she had a lot of fun fighting her today. Harajuku was left wondering why her stomach hurts and also wants to know where her dolphin Shachinoske went.

One of the teams in the 6-Woman Tag Match was built on inspiration. Rika Tatsumi was the inspiration for Suzume to become a pro wrestler and Suzume was the inspiration for Ren Konatsu to do the same. Meanwhile Yuki Aino was teaming with two teenagers who decided to get matching pigtails just because. And yet there was some inspiration hidden in that side too because Aino used herself as a prop for Haru Kazashiro to springboard herself onto Tatsumi just like how Aino would prop up Nodoka Tenma back when she was wrestling. When Aino pinned Konatsu with the Venus DDT to win, Tatsumi left ringside by herself in a temper. Backstage she wants to know where these young wrestlers are all coming from all of a sudden and also complained about her partners not following her lead. Konatsu said they could have won if Tatsumi hadn’t accidentally choked her near the finish. She told Konatsu not to use excuses and she has to try harder to win. However she gave Suzume more encouraging words and patted her on the back. Aino was happy to be back in Korakuen because it has been six months since Tokyo Joshi Pro was last in the building and today was a brilliant victory for her team. She also thought the sight of Kazashiro & Uta Takami dodging Tatsumi’s Hip Attack was like something out of a horror movie for kids.

Yuna Manase was brought in as a wall for Toga to try and climb over today. Sadly for Toga it is a challenge too tough for her to handle. She couldn’t hide her frustration after losing because when Manase tried to give her praise for the effort, Toga pushed her away and left the ring. She said she thought she had a lot of energy going into the match but Manase took all of it and beat her anyway. Manase reached out to her backstage with a suggestion that they should team up next time rather than be opponents. When Manase left TJPW five years ago it was a decision she made to inspire the TJPW wrestlers but today Toga really inspired her! Toga likes the idea and wants to learn from Manase by doing their best together.

The story spreading around the locker room heading into the show was about Juri Suzue’s skills when it comes to arm wrestling. So backstage Raku and Ram Kaichow approached the teen idol with Kaichow demanding an Arm Wrestling match for the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. Kaichow quickly learned just how strong Suzue is and was about to lose when Raku started using the power of love to aid her partner. And by power of love I mean distract both Suzue and Daisuke Kiso so Kaichow could use both of her hands to beat Suzue and win the belt.

Kaichow quickly had to make it down to the ring because she was now defending the title in the show opening Battle Royal. The entrances were done Rumble style so Kaichow had to wait for Raku to enter before the happy couple could start making their moves. They eliminated Chika Nanase together but then Raku tried to beat Kaichow to take the title from her! While Kaichow was threatening to divorce Raku over her betrayal, Mahiro Kiryu rolled her up from behind to become the new champion. Miyu Yamashita then entered the match and frightened Kiryu by kicking Kira Summer out of the ring to eliminate her. Suzue entered the match looking to reclaim her title and quickly formed an alliance with Yamashita to eliminate Shino Suzuki. They then did the same to Kiryu so Suzue could become the champ again. The alliance then fell apart and Suzue found herself in the middle of Yamashita and Raku fighting each other. The two of them went over the top rope onto the apron so Suzue used an Axe Kick she named the Suzue Power to knock both of them to the floor and win the match! However she would shortly lose the Iron Man Title again later in the day. Pokotan found her backstage and challenged her to an Arm Wrestling match. It then emptied out a bag of treats onto the table to distract Suzue so it could beat her and run off with the belt.

It was announced that Priscilla Kelly will be at “WRESTLE PRINCESS VI”. She had last done a tour with TJPW back in 2018 where she challenged for the Princess Title. In the time since then she had signed with WWE where she wrestled as Gigi Dolin in NXT.

There was an announcement at the beginning of the show about TJPW using a new leadership system behind the scenes. Miyu Yamashita was chosen to be the first “Leader” and she said she is ready to dedicate her life towards TJPW. Tokyo Sports have since reported that her role is essentially like being the chairwoman of a wrestlers association. She is expected to be involved with bringing all of the wrestlers in TJPW together as a united group.

When The Up Up Girls (Pro Wrestling) had finished their show opening concert, it was revealed that Uta Takami is getting her first homecoming show in Kanazawa on 22nd November!

Na-naaaaa na-na-na-na-na-na-na TJPW on the swing! A new collaboration sees TJPW teaming up with Bandai Namco to promote the new “Once Upon A Katamari” video game. Original art has been produced of Yuki Arai, Mizuki, Arisu Endo and Suzume all dressed up looking like the Prince and several of his cousins. While details of what this art will be used for have not been announced yet, unfortunately it has been confirmed that the designs will not be appearing in the new video game itself.
