2. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Konosuke Takeshita, Shunma Katsumata & Yuki Iino (c) Vs Isami Kodaka, Ikuto Hidaka & Fuminori Abe
Time to spend another summer at the Beer Garden. ALL OUT kicks off this year’s series with their first KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles defence. Their opponents are the trio of Isami Kodaka, Ikuto Hidaka & Fuminori Abe. Not quite Team BASARA, not quite Team ZERO1. It’s somewhere inbetween.
Sakura Hirota gets to come back for DDT after her impressive comedy work at the ALL OUT x Sendai Girls show.
1. DDT Grand Sumo Summer Place: HARASHIMA Vs Tomomitsu Matsunaga Vs Keisuke Ishii Vs X
2. DISASTER Joshi Vs ALL OUT Joshi ~Shinjuku Super Whirlwind!~: Hara Shimako, Kazuko Hirata & Yuko Ueno Vs Keiko Takeshita Jr., Akiko & Shun❤️Carousel
Kazuki Hirata’s distant cousin Kazuko Hirata won the rights to book a show for T2Hide last March. However that unit doesn’t exist anymore so DISASTER BOX will offer their spot to her and her cast of other wrestlers’ distant relatives. The regular DISASTER BOX unit gets to do some Sumo in the meantime.

1. Some Kind Of Dark PowerPoint By Super Sasadango Machine: X Vs X
Normally we get a scary ghost story during Beer Garden week but this time it sounds like Super Sasadango Machine is going to tell it instead of Hisaya Imabayashi. Speaking of Imabayashi, his rivalry with the DDT and Tokyo Joshi Pro GM Tetsuya Koda reappears in the pre-show match.

1. Last Man Standing Match: Daisuke Sasaki Vs Masahiro Takanashi
The last couple of years have always featured a match between Daisuke Sasaki and Masahiro Takanashi that was just an excuse for both men to drink their misery away. This year’s Last Man Standing stipulation is going to push their limits of how blackout drunk they can get.

4. DDT Megaton Class One Match: Mad Paulie defeated Yukio Naya with the Reverse Splash (8:30).
5. 2 Count Fall Match: Akito & Shunma Katsumata defeated Asuka & Kazusada Higuchi when Akito pinned Asuka with a Cradle (9:22).
6. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated HARASHIMA & Chris Brookes when Sasaki pinned HARASHIMA with the Sasaki Hurricanrana (13:26).
7. Yuki Ueno Marunage Match ~BRAND NEW TOMORROW~ Classmate Farewell Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & Kota Umeda defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Nobuhiro Shimatani when Ueno pinned Shimatani with the Frog Splash (21:28).
Every wrestler in the main event was born in the fiscal year of 1995. A lottery determined the two teams, Konosuke Takeshita & Nobuhiro Shimatani on one and Yuki Ueno & Kota Umeda on the other. While Takeshita and Umeda fought outside the ring, Shimatani almost beat Ueno with a Fisherman Suplex. But Ueno fought back with a Wrist Clutch Suplex and won with the Frog Splash. Ueno thanked the others for taking care of him when he entered DDT through the DNA brand. Both he and Takeshita joked about feeling lonely once Umeda leaves wrestling. Shimatani said today will be an unforgettable day for him. However the good feeling was disturbed at the end when Umeda slapped away Takeshita’s offer of a handshake.
DAMNATION’s cheating got them the win over HARASHIMA & Chris Brookes. When the referee was distracted by Tetsuya Endo, Daisuke Sasaki threw a chair at HARASHIMA, kicked him between the legs and hit the Sasaki Hurricanrana to get the pin. HARASHIMA came out of the match thinking he needs to be more cautious at the KO-D Tag Team Titles match. Brookes respects HARASHIMA too much to blame him for today’s tag loss, unlike yesterday’s tag loss that was totally Takeshita’s fault if Brookes is to be believed.
Akito asked for his tag match against Asuka to be turned into a 2 Count match to make the bout more interesting. The rule was agreed to and Akito was able to pin Asuka after blocking the Moonsault Pin with his feet. Asuka admitted the match idea was really fun and she went to shake Akito’s hand. Instead Asuka spate in Akito’s face and struck him with a right hand. When she left the ring Akito said he will make Asuka cry with the IPPON Fluorescent Lighttube Death Match.
Yukio Naya isn’t going to let today’s loss to Mad Paulie keep him down. He is already moving his attention over to his match with Hideki Suzuki on 15th July. He isn’t guaranteeing a win or even a good performance against Suzuki. But Naya really wants to hit him with everything he’s got.
In the 4 Way Match Maku Donaruto was too busy kissing Hiroshi Yamato to stop Soma Takao from beating Mizuki Watase.
It turns out Kazuki Hirata’s truce with and Yuni was a ruse all along. Minutes into the match Hirata turned on Yuni, joining forces with Masahiro Takanashi & Antonio Honda to surround the youngster. The match was called off then restarted with new teams. Honda tried to summon Gongitsune but was too weak. He called upon the other wrestlers to combine all of their Gongitsune hands together. This also led to some of the ringside reporters getting involved. Together the group charged at Yuni but missed and hit Hirata instead. Yuni then pinned Hirata with an Inverted Hurricanrana.
When the match was over Hirata began complaining about the punishment he received yesterday for losing his match. He refuses to hitchhike to Hiroshima next month. Sanshiro Takagi came in and changed the subject. He brought up how around a year ago Kazuko Hirata won the rights to produce a T2HiJoshi show. Hirata said the idea can still happen but T2Hide doesn’t exist anymore. How about giving the Beer Garden week a DISASTER BOX Joshi Day instead! He asked HARASHIMA for permission and HARASHIMA agreed. After all, there will be a lot of “distant relatives” coming to see DISASTER BOX anyway.

6. Yuki Iino Triumph Match ~No Side Game If You Finish Fighting!~: Kazusada Higuchi defeated Yuki Iino with a Diving Body Press (14:50).
7. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Chris Brookes when Endo submitted Takeshita with the Modified Yurikamome Hold (20:38).
With “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019” just over a week away, Tetsuya Endo delivered a major setback to Konosuke Takeshita’s title hopes. Endo made Takeshita submit to the Modified Yurikamome Hold! Chris Brookes was unable to make any rescue attempt because Daisuke Sasaki wiped him out with a Topé Suicida. After the match DAMNATION gathered together and gave their intent to win all their matches at Ota Ward Gymnasium. Endo said he will defend the KO-D Openweight Title against Takeshita, Sasaki & Soma Takao will successfully defend the KO-D Tag Team Titles, Mad Paulie will win the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title and Nobuhiro Shimatani will complete the most important task of all, carry around the DAMNATION signboard!
The hometown returns for Yuki Iino and Yumehito Imanari were sadly not ones filled with triumph and glory. Iino lost to Kazusada Higuchi while Imanari was pinned by HARASHIMA in a tag match. Iino thought his recent KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles win gave him what he needed to beat Higuchi but he was proven wrong. The show was also kind of a homecoming for HARASHIMA because he spent his college days hanging around Seisekiaura Hall. Imanari thanked Takao for teaming with him today and called him BIMA, his old college wrestling club gimmick.
The Marunage match had Sanshiro Takagi doing whatever he could to help Toru Owashi even though he was supposed to be the impartial referee. The match also had somebody else dressed as Owashi and wearing his rubber face mask run in and attack Kazuki Hirata. He was unmasked and revealed to be Hisaya Imabayashi. Hirata got rid of him but got pinned with La Magistral Cradle. Takagi then revealed there was a punishment for losing. When DDT tours the west of Japan in August, Hirata won’t be allowed to travel on the company bus! Hirata will be forced to hitchhike to all of the venues instead and film his journeys for DVD and social media footage.

Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao are all set to defend their KO-D Tag Team Titles at Ota Ward Gymnasium. But their next challenge has Soma Takao going back into his past to a place he would rather forget. He spent a year teaming with HARASHIMA & Yasu Urano as part of Smile Squash before he joined DAMNATION. Whatever memories he has of that time makes him upset so Sasaki has promised to help him remove those memories by beating his old teammates.
The IPPON Fluorescent Lighttube Death Match is back. Akito’s specialty death match features only one lighttube and the goal is to break it over your opponent or throw them through it. It is something Asuka has never been in before which is what Akito promised when he was choosing what kind of match they should have.

Calbee is celebrating its 70th year in business this year as well as the 10th anniversary of their partnership with Frito Lay. DDT will host a special match sponsored by the companies that will also promote their new brand of Dragon Potato crisps. The match will feature the debut of two masked wrestlers on opposite teams: King Potato Chips (orange mask) and Dragon Potato Mask (blue mask). Dragon Potato is a fan of Ricky Steamboat and his moves include the Dragon Potato Sleeper and the Dragon Potato Suplex. He also does the Dragon Potato Ring In jump when he enters the ring. King Potato Chips doesn’t know what his moves are because none were written on his script and he wasn’t able to improvise any pun names.
In completely unrelated news, Antonio Honda and Toru Owashi will not be at the show. Honda has family responsibilities that day and Owashi will be busy with his part time job as a pool guard.

7. Road To Wrestle Peter Pan! Special 3 Way Match: Konosuke Takeshita defeated Chris Brookes and Sanshiro Takagi when Takshita pinned Takagi with the German Suplex (23:21).
With “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019” just over two weeks away, a preview of the big main event was scheduled to headline this show with champion Tetsuya Endo, challenger Konosuke Takeshita and future title contender Chris Brookes facing each other in a 3 Way Match. Endo pulled out of the match a while ago citing a heel injury suffered at the Pool Wrestling show. Sanshiro Takagi took his place and completely changed the match dynamic. When Yukinori Matsui was taken out of action, Takagi called for plastic boxes to be brought into the ring. The Dramatic Dream bicycle also made an appearance with Brookes cycling it into a ladder pressed against Takagi’s crotch. Brookes hit a Maki Itoh style falling Headbutt to confirm his membership in the Itoh Respect Army. He tried to put Takagi through a stack of cases with a Diving Senton but Takagi rolled out of the way. Takagi went for the pin but Takeshita broke it up with a Diving Body Press. Brookes later used Matsui as a shield to prevent Takeshita from hitting the Fable, then gave Takeshita a Low Blow after Matsui was pushed out of the way. Brookes had the match won with the Praying Mantis Bomb to Takeshita but Takagi pulled Matsui out of the ring mid-count. Brookes went for a Topé Suicida but Takagi smacked him with another plastic case in mid-air. Takagi set up the finish by putting Takeshita on a table then leaping off the ladder with a plastic case. Takeshita got away and Takagi crashed through both the case and the table. Takeshita won the match by deadlifting Takagi and German Suplexing him for the pin.
After the match Takeshita promised Brookes that the 21st July Korakuen Hall show will have them fighting each other for the KO-D Openweight Title. He then thanked Takagi for the match and called for Endo to meet him in the ring right now. Endo came out with his left heel wrapped up and he was using a crutch to support himself. Takeshita told Endo he doesn’t know what condition his ankle is in but he is still looking forward to their match at Ota Ward Gymnasium. Endo agreed but just when it looked like things were becoming okay between the two, Endo struck Takeshita with the crutch! He then did the Torture Rack Bomb to show that his heel is completely healthy. He ended the show by saying there are two people here, one is the KO-D Champion and the other is just a stupid challenger who was fooled by his appearance.
Experience and craftiness were the keys for Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao to win today. Their latest KO-D Tag Team Titles defence was against the youngster team of Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura. The challengers knew when to look out for Sasaki’s Low Blow but they didn’t have Takao scouted. When Yoshimura lifted Sasaki up from the Pedigree, Takao blinded him with the Red Mist. Sasaki hit the Pedigree for a nearfall but the Cross Facelock got Yoshimura to give up.
The result means DAMNATION will be the ones defending the Tag Titles against HARASHIMA & Yasu Urano on 15th July. HARASHIMA thanked DAMNATION for including their names in the Amidakuji chart. Urano reintroduced himself to the DDT fans just in case they forgot who he was after he went freelance two years ago. Sasaki asked if their team was called Smile Squash which suddenly made Takao burst into tears. Sasaki told them that Takao has many bad memories from his time in Smile Squash to they will dispose of them at Ota Ward. It won’t just be a title match, it will be a memory cancellation match!
Danshoku Dieno put himself through a gauntlet of different martial arts to prepare himself for Shinya Aoki. Each round was a one minute match against a wrestler representing a different sport. The time limit wasn’t enough for a result to happen until the end. Super Sasadango Machine used his match with Dieno to host a PowerPoint presentation about the most powerful forms of sleeping techniques. He described Aoki’s Sleeper Hold as a top level sleeping technique. He is worried he may have to retire if Dieno loses to Aoki. But if Dieno wins Sasadango will be happy to continue offering his PowerPoint services to him. Whatever happens, he fears that Dieno Vs Aoki will end up as disturbing as the infamous 4th January Shinya Hashimoto Vs Naoya Ogawa match. The last entrant in the gauntlet was Mad Paulie and Pokotan appeared to cheer Dieno on to victory. Dieno pinned Paulie with a School Boy five seconds over the limit (if you want to explain the concept of time to Mad Paulie then be my guest) then promised he will have the most ridiculous match with Aoki. Suddenly Pokotan grabbed Dieno and choked him out with the Sleeper Hold. Its head fell off revealing it was Aoki underneath! Aoki politely told an unconscious Dieno that he doesn’t like that idea then left.
Yes, Yukio Sakaguchi and Kota Umeda kicked the shit out of each other. Sakaguchi escaped from the Umeda Driver and hit a High Kick before submitting Umeda with an Armlock inside a Triangle Choke. The two walked side by side together to the back after the match. Sakaguchi said in his interview afterwards that the match brought back memories of their time together in Shuten-dōji. He asked him to tag together one last time before Umeda leaves pro wrestling on 21st July. Umeda said he will continue fighting while he still can.
All this fear over Aoki’s Sleeper Hold only gives him the chance to surprise everyone with other moves in his arsenal. He and HARASHIMA got the win over The Moonlight Express when Aoki countered MAO’s Facelock into a Backslide Pin for the three count.
Big lads collided when the rookie Yukio Naya fought Kazusada Higuchi. A battle of Elbow Smashes ended with Higuchi hitting a Lariat and putting Naya away with the Doctor Bomb. Naya was disappointed with the result and made it his goal to beat Higuchi as revenge for the loss. On the bright side, he feels at home in DDT. Higuchi admits that Naya in his current state has a scary amount of power. He wants to wrestle him more and more.
Asuka sent Akito a big message by pinning him with the Moonsault Press in their tag match. Akito had to send a bigger message afterwards so he told her he made his decision for their DDT Extreme Title match at Ota Ward. It will be a Fluorescent Lighttube Match! Asuka told Akito she loves that match and asked how many lighttubes there would be. 100? 200? No, Akito answered there will only be one lighttube! That’s right, it’s the return of the IPPON Lighttube Death Match! Akito then asked Hisaya Imabayashi if they have permission from the venue to do that match. Otherwise Akito won’t defend the title!
What a bad slump Mizuki Watase is in. Stuck in the pre-show and he can’t even win that. Shota came in to replace a sick Nobuhiro Shimatani and caught Watase with a Casadora to get his hand raised.
At the beginning of the show Imabayashi read through the recent DDT news announcements like new merchandise and upcoming show dates. Afterwards Mr. Nakano from Soken Holdings entered the ring to complain about only have 10 followers on Twitter and having none of the DDT wrestlers follow him back. Imabayashi cheered him up by asking him to be the official witness for the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title Battle Royal at Ota Ward. He called out Toru Owashi to confirm it. Someone looking like Owashi but in a much thinner form came out carrying the title belt. Mr. Nakano snuck up on him and pinned him with a School Boy. He thought he was the new champion but the real Owashi then walked out. It turns out this was all a marketing stunt to advertise the brand new Owashi rubber masks that will be sold at Ota Ward. If only they told Mr. Nakano that before the real Owashi knocked him out.

5. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Konosuke Takeshita, Shunma Katsumata & Yuki Iino defeated Meiko Satomura, Chihiro Hashimoto & DASH Chisako (c) when Takeshita pinned Satomura with the German Suplex (19:12). *Sendai Girls fail in V2. ALL OUT becomes the 39th KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions!
This has been gearing up for a long time. ALL OUT and the Sendai Girls have battled over the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles twice in the last 12 months. The first time in July 2018 ALL OUT successfully defended the belts then in March of this year Senjo beat them in the rematch to take the championships. Today a final full fledged clash was held. There was five matches between the two sides with the last being for the trios gold. Konosuke Takeshita and Meiko Satomura spoke on behalf of their units at the beginning of the show. Takeshita promised amazing matches and also said he would pin Satomura in their match. Satomura told him to be prepared because her team will show the strength of the Sendai Girls in every match. She also thanked Sakura Hirota for coming in as Mika Iwata’s replacement on short notice.
Hirota was so dedicated to taking up Iwata’s role that she wore handmade Iwata ring gear, covered her face in white makeup, used Iwata’s entrance music, copied her movements and would only answer to her name. She told Akito that she had some trick up her sleeve. It involved removing a turnbuckle pad, getting the DDT trainee Keigo Nakamura involved in the match and attacking Akito’s backside with Kancho butt pokes. What she didn’t expect was for Akito’s rear end to become resistant to the Kancho and also be strong enough to flip her off her feet. Akito did a Kancho of his own then put Hirota in the Figure 4 Leg Lock for the victory. Both Akito and Hirota shook hands while holding onto their butts after the match.
Chairs was placed in the ring before the Hardcore Match between Shunma Katsumata and DASH Chisako began. Chisako quickly armed herself with a bamboo sword to take the early advantage. Katsumata placed a trash can over Chisako and struck her with the cane. He then brought out a box of Lego and spilled it inside the ring. That backfired when he missed a Moonsault and landed on the blocks. Chisako Sunset Power Bombed Katsumata from the top of a ladder, broke a chair over his head and hit the Hormone Splash from the Ladder to get Senjo their first win of the show.
Yuki Iino and Chihiro Hashimoto reignited their power versus power confrontation from the March 6-Man Title bout with a singles match today. When the bell rang they immediately charged each other for Shoulder Blocks. Iino got the upper hand early and went for the Haka Elbow but Hashimoto reversed the moment and did a taunting Elbow Drop of her own. She nearly put Iino away with a Spear followed by a Rolling Senton. Iino turned the tables by avoiding the Albright and hitting a Backflip followed by the Haka Elbow for a nearfall. Hashimoto recovered and got Iino in the Albright Suplex, getting the three count and two wins in a row for Senjo.
The last match to take place before the championship main event was between the two team leaders. Takeshita and Satomura went hell for leather on each other. Satomura put Takeshita through a table with a Death Valley Bomb from the ring apron to the outside. She brought him back in the ring to hit the move more times but that gave Takeshita a moment to give Satomura the Blue Thunder Bomb. With only a twenty minute time limit given, the final seconds saw Takeshita do a German Suplex only for Satomura to absorb the blow and hit the Scorpio Rising before the bell rang. Both of them were spent but still had one match left to take part in.
ALL OUT waited until just before the title match began to announce which three of them would be challenging for the 6-Man Tag Titles. It was Takeshita, Katsumata & Iino. While there was a variety of different pairings throughout, the finish involved the same three matchups presented earlier in the show. Katsumata took out Chisaki with the ¡Hasta la vista!, Iino got rid of Hashimoto with the Spear and Takeshita pinned Satomura with the German Suplex to crown new 6-Man Tag Team Champions!
The Sendai Girls were about to leave defeated when Takeshita called out to them on the microphone. He said they just had an unprecedented series of matches between men and women that ended with both sides getting two wins, two losses and a draw. He asked if they will continue this challenge someday. Satomura thanked DDT and ALL OUT for accepting today’s showdown since the Senjo fans were also looking forward to it. The show ended with Takeshita thanking everyone for supporting DDT and Sendai Girls.
DDT “POOL WRESTLING 2019 IN SUMIDA SPORTS HEALTH CENTER”, 19/06/2019 Tokyo Sumida Sports Health Center Pool 200 Fans – Super No Vacancy Full House
1. Falls Count Anywhere 5 Way Tag Match: Chris Brookes & Mizuki Watase defeated Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo, Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata, HARASHIMA & Kazuki Hirata and Michael Nakazawa & Gota Ihashi when Brookes pinned Nakazawa with the Praying Mantis Bomb (33:35).
-. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) defeated Sanshiro Takagi with the Shooting Star Press into the pool (13:47). *V4 for Tetsuya Endo. Sanshiro Takagi cashes in his Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Gauntlet.
Before the match began Hisaya Imabayashi warned the crowd of fans not to run or push and they would also probably get wet. Every wrestler had their own preparations for the match. Chris Brookes was in his normal wrestling gear, Mizuki Watase was dressed as a pool guard, HARASHIMA wore goggles, Kazuki Hirata wore a swimming cap and Michael Nakazawa showed everyone Gota Ihashi’s newly bald head. Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata admitted they both cannot swim so they brought along inflated floats. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo were the last to enter and they were armed with a deck broom and a bucket. Sasaki was also drinking.
When the bell rang Sasaki threw a bucket of water and Yukinori Matsui. HARASHIMA attacked others with the boogie board. Watase blew his whistle in Nakazawa’s ear. Takeshita threw Sasaki into the pool with a Back Body Drop. More wrestlers ended up in the pool while Endo used the broom to pull Sasaki out. Sasaki then threw another bucket of water at Matsui.
Endo wound up getting knocked into the pool along with Nobuhiro Shimatani. Over at one of the edges HARASHIMA propped up Nakazawa onto two ledges and jumped on him into the water with a Double Foot Drop.
Watase stopped fighting with Hirata and told him he came here to swim. Hirata agreed. Together they took off their clothes to reveal they were wearing swimming trunks underneath. They found MAO with trainee Keigo Nakamura nearby and challenged them to a swim race. Hirata won.
DAMNATION brought the broom back and used it as a weapon against the others. Brookes climbed a rail and hit a Senton onto Takeshita. The fighting then moved over to the waterslide.
Some of the wrestlers were knocked down the slide. HARASHIMA and others used it to do a Sliding Kick into Ihashi one after another. Brookes applied a Figure 4 Leg Lock on Katsumata but both of them fell down the slide with Katsumata reversing the submission on the way down. Nakazawa and Sasaki were the last to slide down.
Fifteen minutes into the match Katsumata gave Watase a Running Bulldog into the pool. A chain of Headscissors is formed along the wrestlers ending with Sasaki rolling all of them into the pool. Watase attacked Katsumata with the boogie board that was taken from MAO.
Brookes jumped off another rail this time to give Takeshita an RKO into the water. He and Watase asked some of the fans to help them get out but they instead pulled the fans into the water.
More wrestlers were Suplexed into the pool then when things got quiet “Tokyo GO!” suddenly played over the speakers. Hirata performed a one man synchronized swim to the song in the middle of the pool for all to enjoy.
Ihashi tried to attack Hirata after the dance but Hirata fought back. He got out of the pool and did a Moonsault back in onto Ihashi. He tried to pin him on the surface but Katsumata broke it up with a Diving Dropkick.
The next spot featured in the match was a bridge where Katsumata and Brookes fought. Katsumata was knocked off but he held on to the bridge and was left dangling backwards over the water. Brookes climbed over the rail and Double Stomped Katsumata into the pool!
Takeshita tried to get Nakazawa on the bridge but Sasaki of all people came to the rescue. Sasaki attempted the Pedigree but Takeshita fought out of it and dropped Sasaki crotch first onto the bridge rail. He then gave Sasaki a Brainbuster into the pool.
Endo was next to step up to the bridge but HARASHIMA met him there and knocked him into the water with two High Kicks. HARASHIMA then dove off the bridge to hit the Somato on Endo. He went for the pin but Nakazawa broke it up.
Ihashi wanted to one up that spot by doing a Moonsault but everyone swam out of the way.
All that was left on the bridge was Brookes and Nakazawa. Brookes avoided the Ultimate Venom Arm and he put Nakazawa in an Octopus Hold. He then hit the Praying Mantis Bomb to win the match for himself and Watase. Brookes used a megaphone to tell everyone he won the pool match today, next he wants to win the KO-D Openweight Title at Korakuen Hall!
The victory celebration was short lived when all of a sudden Sanshiro Takagi’s music played. Takagi came out and said he was going to cash in his Right To Challenge Gauntlet at the most immature time and that means right now!
Takagi rushed towards the pool and jumped in with a Dropkick to Endo. He ordered Hirata and Ihashi to hold Endo in place while Ihashi slipped down the waterslide for a rocket attack. Endo reversed his position with Hirata and Hirata took the blow. Takagi reappeared on the Dramatic Dream Cycle, Clotheslining Endo as he cycled past him. Takagi went for it again but Endo knocked him into the pool and threw the bike in there along with him when he found out the chain snapped off.
Endo put Takagi in a Crab Hold, pressing Takagi’s head beneath the water in the process. Takagi was able to fight it and escape the hold. He gave Endo a Stunner then set up a table with a ladder at poolside. Takagi jumped off the ladder to put Endo through the table! Takagi went for the pin but Endo kicked out at two!
Takagi climbed the ladder again to finish the match but Endo got up and climbed the other side. Endo grabbed Takagi and gave him a Brainbuster from the ladder into the pool! He went for the pin but Takagi also kicked out at two.
Both champion and challenger crawled up the bridge and charged each other. Takagi went for the Sit Down Himawari Bomb but Endo escaped. Endo turned the tables and lifted Takagi up in the Torture Rack. He then threw him off the bridge into the pool! Endo then jumped off the bridge and hit the Shooting Star Press! Endo was able to pin Takagi in the water for a successful KO-D Title defence.
With the chaos over, Takagi praised Endo for the victory. Endo then went back to the bridge one last time to confront Takeshita. With no more Right To Challenge Gauntlets, these two are now confirmed to face each other in the KO-D Title match at “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019” on 15th July. Endo said he’s been waiting for Takeshita. If Takeshita is at 500% power at Ota Ward then Endo will be at 1000%! Takeshita offered a fist bump but Endo gave him the middle finger instead.

6. Nagoya Specialty! Miso Stew Special 3 Way Tag Match: Chris Brookes & Masahiro Takanashi defeated Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie and Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata when Brookes pinned Katsumata with the Praying Mantis Bomb (16:00).
The 3 Way Tag main event was crazy but Chris Brookes was able to navigate his way through the madness, picking off opponents when they didn’t expect it. When Konosuke Takeshita had Tetsuya Endo pinned in a Power Bomb position, Brookes broke it up with a Missile Dropkick. Brookes used another Swan Dive Dropkick to knocked away Endo while landing Senton style across Takeshita’s back. Brookes then took out Mad Paulie with an RKO before putting Shunma Katsumata away with the Praying Mantis Bomb. Afterwards Brookes again said that he doesn’t care if he’s facing Endo or Takeshita on 21st July. He will win the KO-D Openweight Title anyway! Brookes is also calling his team with Masahiro Takanashi the Calamari Drunken Kings.
There was a lot of shenanigans in the Daisuke Sasaki Vs Yuki Ueno match. Soma Takao tripped Ueno then later attacked him when the ref was down. Naomi Yoshimura got rid of Takao with a Lariat but Sasaki gave him a Low Blow when he wasn’t looking. Ueno rolled up Sasaki but the ref was still out of action. When he finally got up, Sasaki went for the Cross Facelock but Ueno countered it into a Crucifix for the upset victory. Ueno credited his warm up match before the show as the reason why he won against Sasaki.
Kazusada Higuchi was given a Choke Slam for the first time thanks to Yukio Naya. Higuchi called it an amazing move and a threat for when he faces Naya one on one. He is taking this match seriously and hopes it will be an attacker against another attacker.
Akito is warning Asuka that she does not know him as a singles wrestler and that version of him won’t show up until their DDT Extreme Title match. She also hasn’t experienced that kind of matches Akito fought in when he last helt the title so he is feeling relatively confident right now.
At the start of the show Ultraman Robin came out wearing a different mask than his usual design. He said his original mask was stolen and accused Gota Ihashi as the thief. During their match, Ihashi threw Robin into the special referee Yukio Sakaguchi. The clash was so painful that Sakaguchi was brought back to the locker room and Yukinori Matsui had to take his place. Ihashi had Robin beaten when suddenly another Ultraman appeared, this one wearing Robin’s mask. He put Ihashi in a Sleeper Hold. Ihashi pulled off the mask during the struggle to reveal it was Sakaguchi! He hit the God’s Right Knee to Ihashi and Robin finished him off with the Ultra Dynamite Lariat to win. Ihashi had to get his head shaved as part of the stipulation but only the middle was shaved of to match the mask’s centre ridge. Ihashi later reappeared with his head fully shaved.
The trainee Keigo Nakamura got to have an exhibition match with Yuki Ueno before the show began. It is not his official debut so a lot of the moves used were the basics.

7. Saki Akai, The 4th Local Triumph! Kyoto Specialty Special Tag: HARASHIMA & Saki Akai defeated MAO & Asuka when HARASHIMA pinned MAO with the Somato (17:44).
Saki Akai got to join in with HARASHIMA’s usual show closing speech.
A Lariat from Konosuke Takeshita was meant to be for Tetsuya Endo but he dodged it and Akito took the hit instead. Endo then took over with Shunma Katsumata and pinned him with the Spinning Torture Rack Bomb followed by a Swan Dive Firebird Splash.
The debuting Chris Brookes got to mess around with Makoto Oishi as the two tried to one up each other with little tricks and holds. Brookes said the match was just him adjusting himself so he can get ready for “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019”. He has seen Takeshita and Endo’s matches before and thinks he can beat either of them for the KO-D Openweight Title. But first he wants to concentrate on tomorrow’s 3 Way Tag Match with Masahiro Takanashi as his partner.
Both Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura are so sick of being kicked in the balls by Daisuke Sasaki that they figured out when he sets up the move. Sasaki pulled Daisuke Kiso into Yoshimura’s way but when he went for the Low Blow, Yoshimura had him scouted and struck Sasaki down with a Lariat. He hit the Throwaway Power Bomb and Ueno recovered Kiso to count the pin. Ueno said he and Yoshimura will definitely win the KO-D Tag Team Titles and bring the belts to DISASTER BOX.
The battle of the DDT mascots saw Yukinori Matsui somehow getting the brunt of the attacks. With the ref down, Pokotan brought in a chair but couldn’t use it because Matsui was about to get up. So instead Pokotan took off its head, made a dent in it, put it back on and passed the chair over to Doradori-kun. The trick worked and Matsui disqualified Doradori-kun, thinking he attacked Pokotan with the chair. This match was booked by Kazusada Higuchi. He said he couldn’t be in the venue to see it but somehow he showed up at the end of the show to lead the audience to the exit…
Yukio Naya gets his first direct win in DDT. He wants to gradually release his strength as time goes by. Tomorrow in Nagoya he will be even stronger.
