Hot Shot, IRON FIST Semi Final, Extreme Title 4 Way

October 3, 2025

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW AUTUMN VICTORY IN SHINAGAWA”, 04/10/2025
Tokyo Shinagawa Prince Hotel Club eX

1. Next Generation Tournament ’25 – Round 1B: Uta Takami Vs Ren Konatsu
2. Next Generation Tournament ’25 – Round 1A: Kira Summer Vs Chika Nanase
3. Rika Tatsumi Vs Raku
4. Arisu Endo, Suzume & Mahiro Kiryu Vs Miyu Yamashita, Hyper Misao & Kaya Toribami
5. Yuna Manase & Toga Vs Yuki Arai & Mifu Ashida
6. Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara Vs Mizuki & Pom Harajuku
7. Miu Watanabe & Shino Suzuki Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro

Yuna Manase & Toga have chosen a name for their tag team. They can now be called Hot Shot whenever they team together. They think it is the perfect name for them because it’s a phrase used for athletes who both excel in sports and can attract attention.

A fan vote that was done on Tokyo Joshi Pro’s Twitter has Uta Takami as the favorite to win the Next Generation Tournament ahead of Kira Summer. Although Chika Nanase didn’t finish last in the vote (that was Ren Konatsu), her low score as well as being left out of TJPW’s second season of the Next Generation Youtube series and also not having a homecoming show yet is convincing her she is the tournament underdog.

All of Harimao are getting together for an 8-Man Tag Match. Their opponents are filling up a similar size dynamic with The Apex and Jun Akiyama being there as the heavyweights alongside little Rukiya as… not the heavyweight.

The match order for the show has not been decided yet for everything except Match #2. Now that Kazuki Hirata is no longer the KO-D Champion, DDT is sending him right back home to the second match of the card. They’re making a series out of it so he won’t feel bad.

GANBARE☆PRO “BAD LIEUTENANT 2025”, 13/10/2025
Tokyo Takashimadaira Kumin Center

1. Mizuki Watase Vs Rukiya
2. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Ryota Nakatsu & Takumi Tsukamoto (c) Vs Keisuke Ishii & Shota Kawakami
3. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) Vs Shuichiro Katsumura

The Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles are now held by a BASARA team. The two top brass from the rival promotion will be coming back to defend the belts in Ganbare☆Pro and there is already a pair of wrestlers wanting to fight them. Keisuke Ishii made the challenge and wanted one of the other GanPro veterans to team with him but instead Shota Kawakami was able to convince him that they should challenge together instead.

In a good move for speeding up Rukiya’s progression, he is heading over to GanPro for a match with Mizuki Watase. It’s the kind of match that will teach him how to wrestle while wearing his heart in his sleeve.

DDT “NARAHA TOWN COME ON! ROJO PRO WRESTLING IN ASAKUSA”, 04/10/2025
Tokyo Asakusa Broadway Shopping Arcade

1. Falls Count Anywhere 3 Way Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & To-y Vs Kazusada Higuchi & Yuki Ishida Vs Kazuma Sumi & Rukiya

It is now three years since To-y became an unofficial immigration ambassador for Naraha Town. He is still in an incredible amount of debt to the area that is nowhere near close to being paid off so he is eager to promote the place as hard as he can which includes getting DDT to hold Falls Count Anywhere matches over there every once in a while. Naraha’s mascot Yuzutaro will be in attendance, partially because he is To-y’s debt collector.

9. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Yuki Aino

The next big arena supercard show scheduled for Tokyo Joshi Pro will be over at Sumo Hall in March. The promotion wants its locker room to to start preparing for it straight away so they’ve come up with a “LEVEL UP TRIAL” for three of the lesser experienced wrestlers. Shino Suzuki, Haru Kazashiro and Uta Takami have been tasked with taking on Miyu Yamashita, Mizuki and Shoko Nakajima respectively in three singles matches. The goal of this challenge is for the younger side to win two of them.

The 5 Way Match will have special rules applied but they haven’t been decided on yet. It will like become an Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title match too if Mahiro Kiryu is still the champion on the day of the show.

Rika Tatsumi and HIMAWARI won’t be at the show because they will be wrestling each other over in China that day instead.

DDT “WRESTLING HARVEST ~UNDER THE RED SKY~”, 19/10/2025

2. Jun Akiyama & Tomomitsu Matsunaga Vs Daichi Sato & Rukiya
3. Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Takeshi Masada Vs Danshoku Dieno, Super Sasadango Machine & Akito

7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Yuki Ueno, To-y & Kaisei Takechi (c) Vs Minoru Suzuki, HARASHIMA & Yuya Koroku

DDT held a press conference today to announce the upcoming title matches involving Yuki Ueno and Minoru Suzuki. Yes there’s more than one because it turns out Ueno’s fun idea for his first KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles defence is to nominate Suzuki as one of the challengers! Kaisei Takechi is just as excited by the idea because as a pro wrestler he wants to overcome all kinds of threats no matter how scary they can be. To-y feels like he has no choice but to fight Suzuki too. Suzuki first said he could fight all three champions by himself but Hisaya Imabayashi told him that wouldn’t be possible. Suzuki then asked if he could invite wrestlers like Lance Archer or Chris Jericho to team with him? Imabayashi couldn’t find an answer but Suzuki understood that would be too difficult to set up on short notice. Imabayashi decided he will choose who Suzuki will team up with, eventually picking HARASHIMA & Yuya Koroku to be on Suzuki’s team.

DDT “ULTIMATE PARTY 2025”, 03/11/2025
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan

1. Sanshiro Takagi Return Match – Special Single Match: Sanshiro Takagi Vs Hinata Kasai
2. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Jun Akiyama, Shinya Aoki & Yuya Koroku Vs Tetsuya Endo, HAYATA & Junta Miyawaki
3. DDT Extreme Title – 3 Way Match: To-y (c) Vs Akito Vs Super Sasadango Machine
4. Special Tag Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA & Kaisei Takechi Vs X & X
5. Dramatic Dream Match: Zack Sabre Jr. Vs Chris Brookes
6. KO-D Openweight Title & DDT Universal Title: Yuki Ueno (K/c) Vs Minoru Suzuki (U/c)

Double title matches aren’t anything new in pro wrestling lately. In fact they’ve kind of become a bit too common. At least here it will be the first time the KO-D Openweight Title and DDT Universal Title will both be on the line in the same match. This whole thing started with Ueno luring Suzuki to DDT by using the Universal Title only to lose it to him. At the press conference, Suzuki even blamed Ueno for thinking he could beat him with just youth and momentum. He came to DDT to become a dominant champion and now that he sees Ueno with the KO-D Title he is coming to take that too. Ueno admits that this match was always his plan to get revenge on Suzuki. He felt the best way to get the rematch was to win DDT’s most important title and put it on the line against him. With that said, Ueno can’t find it in himself to hate Suzuki. He also said if he loses this match he will never challenge Suzuki again. Suzuki then started pretending he was a reporter for “Weekly Piledriver” and asked Ueno questions about why he wanted this match so badly so Ueno then did the same to him as a “Weekly Sauna Kamiina” reporter. Eventually the two almost got into a fight over the belts and had to be seperated.

“YASU URANO 25TH ANNIVERSARY BOX OFFICE”, 16/11/2025
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Yasu Urano Vs Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi

We’ve had twenty five years of the bandana boy Yasu Urano bouncing around the Japanese indies. DDT was his home for a lot of that period but he’s been a freelancer for a long time now with BASARA being one of his regular spots. Urano is putting together his own show to celebrate his anniversary but BASARA have been promoting it pretty strongly so for all intents and purposes I’m lumping the show in the BASARA category on this site.

Urano has picked Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi to be his opponent but several other wrestlers have already been booked for the show. They are Minoru Fujita, HARASHIMA, Toru Owashi, Antonio Honda, Daisuke Sasaki and Fuminori Abe with more to come.

He also originally wanted to book Los Tranquilos de Japon but didn’t know where to contact Tetsuya Naito or BUSHI. He even asked Tokyo Sports if they had Naito’s contact details.

6a. If You Spit It Out It’s Over!! Contains Milk. Death Match!!: Super Sasadango Machine (1) defeated To-y (0) when To-y pat out his Milk (2:10).
6b. You’re Going In The Trash Can. Trash Can Death Match!!: To-y (1) defeated Super Sasadango Machine (1) when To-y put Sasadango into the Trash Can (4:30).
6c. Sena 100 Chop Death Match!!: To-y (2) defeated Super Sasadango Machine (1) when To-y did the 100th Chop To The Back (9:36).
*Super Sasadango Machine fails in V3. To-y becomes the 63rd DDT Extreme Champion!

Normally whoever holds the DDT Extreme Title gets to decide on the stipulation match for their defences. However Super Sasadango Machine felt he had enough of an advantage going into today’s show because it was being held in his home city of Niigata. It wouldn’t impress his own people if he were to beat To-y using rules that tipped the match in his favour. So he gave To-y one day’s notice to come up with three stipulations for the fans to vote on. When the show began Sasadango admitted he liked all three of To-y’s ideas so he decideded to have a Best 2 Out Of 3 Falls match for the title.

The 1st Fall had Sasadango and To-y wrestle each other while their mouths were full of milk. Whoever spat out their milk first would lose the fall. Sasadango was able to drink the milk through his mask and he then removed the mask to reveal he had his face painted like Aja Kong! To-y couldn’t help but spit out his milk in surprise. The 2nd Fall was a Trash Can Death Match. You won when you put your opponent into a trach can. They started off using an aluminium bin that was too small so Kong used it as a weapon like Kong’s steel can. Sasadango then gave To-y the Lehmann Shock into a plastic box but it broke apart so it didn’t count. Sasadango found a big plastic pin and wedged it between the ropes but To-y sent him falling into it with a Hurricanrana to win the fall. The 3rd Fall was a 100 Chop Death Match. The match would continue until total amount of 100 chops to the back happened. Whoever did the 100th chop would win and get the Extreme Title. When they reached up to 99 chops Sasadango laid down on his back to defend himself. To-y tricked him into rolling over by pretending to do a Diving Body Attack only to stop and throw the 100th chop to become the new Extreme Champion! He shouted out that he is going so crazy he will run all the way home from Niigata. He told fans to keep watching his crazy Extreme Title matches and when he comes back to Niigata, the show will be sold out again!

Kazusada Higuchi made Antonio Honda give up to the Claw as a warning to Chris Brookes. The two had a staredown after the match but neither said anything. Instead Yuki Ishida spoke on Higuchi’s behalf backstage. He said Higuchi is definitely going to win the KO-D Openweight Title. Brookes better get his act together because the real match happens at Korakuen Hall.

After Match #4 Yuki Ueno got on the microphone and spoke about his support for the D GENERATIONS. He told Yuya Koroku that before he knows it there will be a day when he is no longer a young person and he will wonder what can he do in the future. The good thing is according to Ueno, Koroku has the power to do what he wants and enjoy it as he likes. In pro wrestling you will have friends, teams and opponents but a big aspect is having to work hard by yourself.

Parts of the undercard were changed when Soma Takao fell ill and was unable to wrestle on the show.

DDT “ROAD TO PETER PAN 2024 TOUR IN NIIGATA” Results

July 14, 2024

DDT “ROAD TO PETER PAN 2024 TOUR IN NIIGATA”, 14/07/2024
Niigata Higashi Ward Plaza Hall
284 Fans – Super No Vacancy

1. Yuni, Keigo Nakamura & To-y defeated Chris Brookes, Ilusion & Kazuma Sumi when To-y pinned Ilusion with the Kojima Impact (10:08).
2. Special 3 Way Match: Daisuke Sasaki defeated Akito and Takeshi Masada when Sasaki submitted Masada with the Crossface Lock (9:11).
3. Jun Akiyama & Yukio Naya defeated Yuki Iino & Yuya Koroku when Naya pinned Koroku with The World’s Best Back Drop (10:16).
4. Special Single Match: HARASHIMA defeated KANON with the Somato (13:17).
5. Sanshiro Takagi Indefinite Rest Road ~ Special Tag Match: Sanshiro Takagi & Super Sasadango Machine Vs Danshoku Dieno & Kazuki Hirata ended in a No Contest (12:09).
6. The 37KAMIINA Vs BURNING?: MAO & Tetsuya Endo defeated Yuki Ueno & Shunma Katsumata when MAO pinned Ueno with the Iai Kick (20:46).

In the final prelim match before Sumo Hall next week, MAO at last won against The 37KAMIINA and scored the pinfall on Yuki Ueno. He has spent the last few weeks teaming with different units and his success came from being on BURNING’s side. All he cares about is he has now proven he can beat Ueno for the KO-D Openweight Title. His partner today Tetsuya Endo could tell MAO wasn’t comfortable teaming with him but they can now all move on to Sumo Hall.

So much happened during Match #5. Kazuki Hirata unmasked Super Sasadango Machine. Sasadango got his mask back and poured a bottle of ketchup over Hirata’s head. He then pulled out a fork and pressed it against Hirata’s forehead to make it look like he was being violently attacked. Danshoku Dieno then announced he was going independent from DDT in order to create a brand new wrestling company called Marigo-Round. The decision made Sanshiro Takagi so angry at the thought of his wrestlers being poached that he fired Dieno on the spot. Sasadango pulled out a barbed wire bat that was supposedly rigged with explosives. He accidentally hit Takagi with it, causing the vice president to “explode”. Takagi fired Sasadango and Hirata in response. Then a bunch of wrestlers from the local Niigata Pro Wrestling promotion invaded the building and attacked everyone at ringside. They admitted it was because Sasadango asked them to do it. The match to be called off and everyone settled down afterwards, taking back all of the rash decisions they made.

The KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles are a complete set again. HARASHIMA defeated KANON and Smile Squash then fought off DAMNATION T.A to reclaim the third belt that was stolen from them.

Yuki Iino was made aware of Go Shiozaki winning the ZERO1 World Heavyweight Title at yesterday’s NOAH show. That news does not intimidate him and he is ready to defend the KO-D Tag Team Titles against Shiozaki.

Tomorrow’s Tokyo Joshi Pro card has been shortened down to five matches because of a few absences. Nao Kakuta has an injured back and cannot wrestle. However she will still be attending the show along with Hyper Misao and Haruna Neko for a talk segment between the three of them. Moka Miyamoto is feeling unwell and cannot wrestle tomorrow. Miyu Yamashita was already announced to be wrestling in England this weekend.

6. Iwate Specialty Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & Shunma Katsumata Vs MAO & Keigo Nakamura

The DDT card also has a few changes but that’s because so many of the young wrestlers want to fight Sanshiro Takagi before his break. Takagi came up with an idea to face them all in a gauntlet of two minute singles matches one after the other. If any of them can beat him in two minutes he promises to increase their pay as a reward! The wrestlers lining up to face him are Takeshi Masada, Yuni, Keigo Nakamura, To-y & Kazuma Sumi.

The KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles are still missing one of the belts after Smile Squash’s attempt to rescue them was only partially successful. They have two of the belts back but KANON still has possession of the third one. Good thing HARASHIMA has a match with him already scheduled so he can try and get it back by force.

2. Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Match II: X Vs X
3. Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Match III: X Vs X

DDT last used the Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere prize in 2022. After putting the concept on the shelf for a year it is back for 2024 and this time three prizes will be up for grabs. The participants and match stipulations have not been decided on yet. BASARA “BASARA 254 ~ICHIMIDOUSHIN~”, 04/08/2024

DDT/GCW “NEVER ENDING NOISY SUMMER”, 12/08/2024
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

Jordan Oliver has pulled out of the GCW Japan tour due to a torn ACL in his left knee. Marcus Mathers will be replacing him for the tour which includes the DDT show.

BASARA “BASARA 254 ~HIEN~”, 13/08/2024
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

Something BASARA tweeted out today is their plan to separate between the two kinds of “UTAGE” shows they will be producing from August onwards. The “HIEN” shows are now labelled as “Hard Mode” events. The tweet compares the term to “Bati Bati” and they later ruled out doing Hardcore Matches on these shows when a fan responding to them got the two mixed up. So it sounds like BASARA might be giving Battlarts style wrestling a go when using that name. The “SOUEN” shows are now labelled “Fudangi BASARA” and will be no different to the regular “UTAGE” shows they’ve been doing up until now.
