He has been cursed by this city unlike Kodaira where he lived happily every day. This wrestler formed a bond with Sasaki years ago until Sasaki brought him to Nerima. He couldn’t stand how lewd the city was but he fell for a beautiful woman and spent a night with her. He woke up the next morning alone and in unbelievable pain. He understood immediately that he now has gout! This person has sworn revenge on Sasaki and everything related to Nerima including Nerima Japan Pro Wrestling!

Real GUTS Army sent out a statement demanding their match against Ganbare☆ Wrestling to be changed. Their ultimate goal is to unite the indies but that leaves the question as to what is the definitive style of independent wrestling? They believe the most fitting type of indy match is the Scramble Bunkhouse Street Fight! Ganpro accepted the stipulation and will fight the 6-Man Tag under those rules.

The main event lasted all thirty minutes and ended without a winner. Still, Keisuke Ishii was happy with the result and said it was great to make friends with the other wrestlers today. Ishii & Kouki Iwasaki thought they had the match won when they isolated Minoru Fujita. They hit him with the Kneel Kick, a Dragon Suplex, a Tiger Suplex and then a Moonsault but Fujita kicked out! Shuichiro Katsumura then trapped Iwasaki in the Cross Armbreaker when the bell rang to end the match in a draw. Fujita didn’t want himself or Katsumata to raise their hands along with Ishii & Iwasaki because he saw it as an admittance of defeat. Katsumura however convinced Fujita to join in.

The show ended with a 13 Vs 1 Handicap Match between Ken Ohka against everybody else on the card. Ohka was able to eliminated mostly everyone by throwing them out of the ring but HARUKAZE hid until he was the last one left and eliminated him from behind. She won the prize pack of melons that was originally meant to be given to the winners of the main event tag match. Ohka was given a lethally spicy chili pepper as a booby prize.

“Sunrise”, “GRAND SWORD”, “J”, “HOLD OUT” and “Subconsciousness” were the songs played during the Lariat Pro Wrestling match. The last one isn’t associated with Lariats but that didn’t stop Yuna Manase from doing the pose and screaming “Yeaoh!”

Ohka wanted to do the Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex in the joshi match but his own tag partner Moeka Haruhi stopped him because “it is Miss Toyota’s move.” Haruhi then kicked Ohka below the belt and HARUKAZE pinned him with a School Boy. Haruhi, HARUKAZE and Cherry kicked Ohka out of the ring afterwards but he had to get back in because the Lariat match was next.

In a show to celebrate big women, Yumehito Imanari booked a match between himself and Yuna Manase in the main event. At the start of the show Manase returned to her previous idol name Yuna Suzuki for a cheerleader dance. When she finished the dance she shook Imanari’s hand then gave him a Stunner. She then took off the costume and told Imanari she was going to take their match seriously.

Imanari described his match with Manase as the best feeling. When Manase lost she realised that she will never be the ace for companies like Tokyo Joshi Pro, Stardom, Actwres girl’Z or even this Pocchari Joshi offshoot Imanari has created. She is comfortable with her body size but she wanted to win so badly today. Imanari cheered Manase up by telling her how loved she is by everyone in the audience! Everyone in the show got together and sang “Let It Snow” while confetti shot everywhere. When it was over Imanari said everyone loves Manase because she is her own personality and that is what makes her an ace.

Nonoko was part of the show performing with comedy idol Metropoli-chan V. She also announced Manase’s ring entrance.

Today HEAT-UP was victorious over Ganbare☆Wrestling! The main event was an 8-Man Elimination Tag Match between the two promotions. Ganpro suffered a major blow early on when Ken Ohka was pushed off the top rope by TAMURA, eliminating him three minutes in. Hirohsi Watanabe pinned Shota with a Leg Roll Clutch but Shota was able to clasp onto Watanabe’s arms and pin his shoulders down in the process, resulting in a double pinfall. Kouki Iwasaki got rid of Keito Murota with a Crab Hold and Daisuke Kanehira pinned Shuhei Washida with a Knee Strike minutes later. It was all up to Iwasaki but even thought he got to eliminate TAMURA, Kanehira sent him packing to win the match for HEAT-UP.

As the promotion’s champion, Kanehira was going to announce the next show to take place in Tokyo BASEMENT MON☆STAR but Ohka interrupted him. TAMURA tried to calm Ohka down by telling him it’s time for the next generation led by Kanehira and Iwasaki to take over. TAMURA suggested that he and Ohka should retire right away but Ohka stopped him. HEAT-UP were given the chance to give the show closing speech but it devolved into another brawl between the two sides. Kanehira got the last words in and said BASEMENT MON☆STAR is heating up!

Since Keisuke Ishii and Yumehito Imanari are both hosting their own shows later today they faced off here. Ishii won with the Tiger Suplex and then the Double Arm Neck Lock.

Ohka announced early in the show that Moeka Haruhi was unable to appear today. Haruhi was standing beside him when he said this. She was “replaced” by the debuting “Reiwa”-ko. Haruhi was made to wrestle in different novelty masks that were bought from Don Quijote as the match went on.

Choun-Shiryu was given permission to use his weapons during his match with Shuichiro Katsumura. In return Katsumura put on heavy MMA gloves and they absorbed the impact from Shiryu’s Double Stomp. Katsumura gave him a Fisherman Buster then made him submit to the Ninja Choke.

Naomi Yoshimura was supposed to be on the show but family circumstances are preventing him from coming this weekend. He will be back in the ring wrestling again on the 14th.

I missed this but on 2nd April DDT announced that Keisuke Okuda will resign from the company at the end of the month and become a freelancer. His contract with DDT was originally just a one year contract but it turned out to be the shortest contract in the company’s history. Okuda is grateful for the opportunities DDT gave to him when he left IGF last year and he’s been a fan of the company since he was in junior high but he wants to move his career in a different direction and go on a new adventure. Okuda wants his big match before he leaves to be against Yukio Sakaguchi.

“Absolute” Ricky Starks is from Louisiana, USA and has been wrestling since 2012. Mike Rollins is from Ontario, Canada and has been wrestling since 2007. Rollins is normally a mild person but during matches he can switch personalities and turn into a mad man named “Psycho” Mike.

The current Right To Challenge Gauntlet holders are Kazuki Hirata (blue) and Keisuke Ishii (yellow).

It must have been fate for Tetsuya Endo to win the KO-D Openweight Title in New York. He was only there for around three days but to him it’s been three years and he has become a true born and raised New Yorker in that time. He wants to become the same kind of foreign KO-D Champion that Kenny Omega and El Generico were. To kick off his title reign, Endo is going to nominate his first challenger for a title defence on 28th April. He wants to pick an opponent he can beat 100 times out of 100. There is concerns among DDT management that Endo’s new American diet of hamburgers will result in him losing the high level physique that he’s been so proud of keeping up until now.

HARASHIMA and Antonio Honda will announce their stipulation match for the DDT Extreme Title on 16th April.

The Lucha Libre Classica match is supposedly going to take place in a hexagon shaped ring and wrestlers can be disqualified if they use a rope break five times. This stipulation was used once in a match between Sanshiro Takagi and Masahiro Takanashi for the Extreme Title back in 2008. Takagi wants Makoto Oishi to experience this match and convey the charm of llave wrestling.

West Army: Ryota Nakatsu, Akiyori Takizara, Takumi Tsukamoto, Fuminori Abe, Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga

An 8 Vs 8 Gauntlet match split the BASARA roster into two teams, one consisting of wrestlers from the west side of Japan and the other the east side of Japan. The number 8 was a constant theme of the competition with an 8 minute time limit, an 8 second ring out, an 8 second foul count and 8 total seconds of pinning the opponent to beat them.

Isami Kodaka Vs Fuminori Abe was team captain versus team captain and ended in a time limit draw. FUMA scored first for the East Army by beating Akiyori Takizawa. A second draw happened when FUMA and Banana Senga pinned each other during a Small Package spot. Ryuichi Sekine scored two eliminations by beating Takato Nakano and Masato Kamino one after the other. Tsutomu Oosugi stopped his run by countering the Let’s Combine into a cradle. Chaos broke out during Oosugi Vs Yasu Urano when wrestlers from both teams interfered in the match causing a double DQ. With the battle lines refreshed, Takumi Tsukamoto defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi then got into a double countout with Daichi Kazato for the third tie. Another time limit draw happened with SAGAT and Ryota Nakatsu. The outcome of that meant Daiki Shimomura was the last wrestler left so the East Army were going to win by default. However Abe asked for one final match with no time limit to properly determine a winner. It was accepted and Abe was able to beat Shimomura to crown the West Army as the winners! The show ended with Abe inviting all the wrestlers from north, south, east and west to count up to eight with him.
