TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TJPW CLUB EX: CHAPTER PAUSE”, 15/02/2026
Tokyo Shinagawa Prince Hotel Club eX
1. Toga Vs Shion Kanzaki
2. Mahiro Kiryu Vs Sara Phoenix
3. MAX HEART After The Final: Yuki Kamifuku, Wakana Uehara, Miyu Yamashita & Kaya Toribami Vs Shoko Nakajima, Hyper Misao, Raku & Ren Konatsu
4. MAX HEART After The Final: Mizuki, Uta Takami, HIMAWARI & Shino Suzuki Vs Yuki Arai, Mifu Ashida, Kira Summer & Chika Nanase
5. MAX HEART Beyond The Bracket: Miu Watanabe & Rika Tatsumi Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro
6. MAX HEART Beyond The Bracket: Max The Impaler & Pom Harajuku Vs Suzume & Arisu Endo
The Max Heart Tournament is over for another year but before everything gets packed up, there’s one more day of matches for all of the teams to get involved in. Two matches happening tomorrow are both potential finals that could have been. Pompaler Vs Daisy Monkey and Daydream Vs Shunrai Rekka!! Prism Greed could have only happened in this year’s tournament if both teams had made it to the final. The other two matches are both 8-Women Tags featuring all the other teams from the winners right down to those who fell in Round 1.
DDT “JUDGEMENT 2026 ~29TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION 5 HOUR SPECIAL~”, 22/03/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. Shunma Katsumata Return Match: Shunma Katsumata Vs X
2. Dramatic Dream Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA Vs Kazuki Hirata
3. KO-D Openweight Title: Yuki Ueno (c) Vs KANON
As announced during The 37KAMIINA’s show earlier on today, Shunma Katsumata returns to action on 22nd March. He’s been out injured with a torn ACL since last July.
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”, 29/03/2026
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan
1. Special Tag Match: Yuka Sakazaki & KONOSUKE TAKESHITA Vs Hyper Misao & Super Sasadango Machine
2. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs X & X
3. International Princess Title: MIRAI (c) Vs Suzume
4. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Yuki Arai
It’s going to be a battle of pride and history over the International Princess Title in Sumo Hall next month. MIRAI has chosen Suzume to be her next challenger because both have grown stronger in their own different ways in the time that’s occured since MIRAI left Tokyo Joshi Pro. The two were classmates who both debuted in 2019 and had a short lived tag team called BeeStar. If that’s not enough, both of them are going into the match carrying the expectations for their respective companies on their backs. Suzume wants to win back the IP Title for TJPW while MIRAI is fighting for Michinoku Pro who have taken to her like family throughout her tenure there so far.
It has not been made official yet but Ober Eats are going to have their next Princess Tag Team Titles defence on this show. By winning the Max Heart Tournament they have virtually prevented any other team in TJPW from becoming the No. 1 Contenders for the time being. Yuki Kamifuku says she doesn’t care who she and Wakana Uehara will fight against but she would prefer it if TJPW can find a buzzworthy tag team that is cooler, sexier and more popular than them.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “THE 6TH “FUTARI WA PRINCESS” MAX HEART TOURNAMENT”, 31/01/2026
Shinjuku FACE
1. 3 Way Match: Hyper Misao Vs Raku Vs Shino Suzuki
2. HIMAWARI Vs Shion Kanzaki
3. Shoko Nakajima, Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro Vs Yuki Arai, Mifu Ashida & Kaya Toribami
4. Miu Watanabe, Rika Tatsumi & Ren Konatsu Vs Miyu Yamashita, Mahiro Kiryu & Kaya Toribami
5. MIRAI & Sara Phoenix Vs Toga & Chika Nanase
6. “Futari wa Princess” Max Heart Tournament – Semi-Final: Max The Impaler & Pom Harajuku Vs Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara
7. “Futari wa Princess” Max Heart Tournament – Semi-Final: Suzume & Arisu Endo Vs Mizuki & Uta Takami
Four teams are left in the Max Heart Tournament. Can Pompaler reach the final again for a second year in a row or will Ober Eats become the first reigning Princess Tag Team Champions to make it to the last two. Daisy Monkey are still on path to becoming the first two time winners but the wild card team of Mizuki & Uta Takami can continue to throw things off course.
MIRAI will make her first appearance back in Tokyo Joshi Pro since winning the International Princess Title. She and Toga will be gearing up for their title match next month with Sara Phoenix and Chika Nanase joining in the fun.
DDT “NEXT STEP GAME 2026”, 04/02/2026
Shinjuku FACE
1. Jun Akiyama & Danshoku Dieno Vs Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata
2. 3 Way 6-Man Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani & MJ Paul Vs Chris Brookes, HARASHIMA & Antonio Honda Vs Akito, Junta Miyawaki & Yuki Ishida
3. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, Shinya Aoki & Rukiya Vs MAO, KANON & Yukio Naya
4. D GENERATIONS CUP 2026 – B Block: Yuya Koroku (4) Vs Hinata Kasai (0)
5. D GENERATIONS CUP 2026 – B Block: Takeshi Masada (2) Vs Yuni (2)
6. D GENERATIONS CUP 2026 – A Block: Daichi Sato (4) Vs Kazuma Sumi (2)
7. D GENERATIONS CUP 2026 – A Block: To-y (3) Vs Ilusion (0)
A big shift is happening in DDT now that The Apex has joined Strange Love Connection, turning SLC from a tag team into a growing unit. The change it has for this show isn’t as big though. It’s just Yukio Naya and Rukiya swapping teams now that Naya calls MAO & KANON his allies.
DDT “NEPPA OVER FLOWERS 5 ~THE ONLY SAUNA IN THE WORLD~”, 14/02/2026
Shinjuku FACE
1. Special Single Match: Minoru Suzuki Vs To-y
The main event of The 37KAMIINA’s annual Valentine’s Day show has been announced. To-y is going to fight Minoru Suzuki! To-y is probably going to get murdered by Suzuki too.
Both Yuki Ueno and MAO will be wrestling on the show. Also Shunma Katsumata will be there taking on several roles from show producer to ring announcer to Sauna Health Advisor.
DDT “REMBRANDT HIGHWAY SERIES 2026 ~AYU COLISEUM IN ATSUGI~”, 15/02/2026
Kanagawa Rembrandt Hotel Atsugi Grand Banquet Sagami
1. Kazuki Hirata Vs Rukiya
2. Naomi Yoshimura & Yuni Vs Hideki Okatani & Ilusion
3. To-y, Takeshi Masada & Yuya Koroku Vs Yuki Ishida, Kazuma Sumi & Hinata Kasai
4. MAO, KANON & Yukio Naya (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Akito, Junta Miyawaki & Daichi Sato
5. Special Tag Match: Yuki Ueno & Jun Akiyama Vs Chris Brookes & Antonio Honda
6. O-40 Title – 4 Way Match: Daisuke Sasaki (c) Vs HARASHIMA Vs Danshoku Dieno Vs Tomomitsu Matsunaga
The grand plan to create a DDT Triple Crown didn’t work out for Daisuke Sasaki but he is now a double champion. His first defence for the DDT Universal Title hasn’t been decided yet but if it was up to him it would be against Ueno. Instead he has to go defend the O-40 Title in a 4 Way Match against HARASHIMA, Danshoku Dieno and Tomomitsu Matsunaga. Given what pro wrestling is like nowadays I doubt this is the oldest lineup a 4 Way Match has ever had.
DDT “HYBRID PERFORMER 2026 ~KAISEI TAKECHI 2ND ANNIVERSARY~”, 22/02/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. D GENERATIONS CUP 2026 – Final: Winner Of Block A Vs Winner Of Block B
2. Special 6-Man Tag Match: MAO, KANON & X (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Danshoku Dieno, Super Sasadango Machine & Akito
3. Kaisei Takechi 2nd Anniversary Match: Yuki Ueno Vs Kaisei Takechi
SLC have even more members coming to join the team. MAO was already planning to reveal their new stablemate before The Apex offered to join them. I think Kazuma Sumi would be the perfect choice given that he already fits in with MAO & KANON from previous tag matches and he has a little bit of history teaming up with The Apex as well.
BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “VOL. 28: BIG BEAT FROM BADSVILLE”, 24/02/2026
Tokyo ARENA Shimokitazawa
1. Special Single Match: Antonio Honda Vs Miyu Yamashita
2. Special Single Match: Chris Brookes Vs Yuta Oya
Chris Brookes was feeling down over his recent championship defeats but a brand new opponent emerging in Baka Gaijin + Friends has cheered him up. Yuta Oya is from Sportiva Entertainment and only debuted in July 2024 which made headlines because he is blind. He had cancer as a child that resulted in his right eye being removed and radiation therapy being needed to save his left eye. He had taken up judo in school and wanted to become a pro wrestler but had to give up that dream when he eventually lost sight in his left eye and became fully blind. He was then diagnosed with bladder cancer in his early 30s which made him want to become a pro wrestler to teach his son you need the determination to never give up while pursuing what you love.
Also making their Baka Gaijin debut next month is Miyu Yamashita! She has teamed up with Antonio Honda before, the most important time being the match against Kenny Omega & Riho at “ULTIMATE PARTY 2019”. This will be the first time Yamashita and Honda will be opponents.
DDT “JUDGEMENT 2026 ~29TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION 5 HOUR SPECIAL~”, 22/03/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. Dramatic Dream Match: KONOSUKE TAKESHITA Vs Kazuki Hirata
2. KO-D Openweight Title: Yuki Ueno (c) Vs KANON
The DDT 29th Anniversary main event has been set. Yuki Ueno defends the KO-D Openweight Title against KANON in a match that has more history behind it than it looks on the surface. When KANON joined DDT in 2022 his first loss in the company was to Ueno in that year’s King Of DDT tournament. KANON wants to get revenge on that loss while also taking the company’s top prize as somebody who has grown to love DDT. Ueno remembers that match and he also remembers all of the times KANON tried to hurt him as a member of DAMNATION T.A. Will the build up to this match result in fresh bad blood between them or will cooler heads prevail to focus on the big prize?
Meanwhile Kazuki Hirata is getting the biggest opponent DDT can throw at him and he doesn’t like it. Can he pull off an even bigger miracle than winning the KO-D Title last year by beating Konosuke Takeshita all by himself? I mean if Yota Tsuji can do it then Hirata certainly can. Right?
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”, 29/03/2026
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan
1. Special Tag Match: Yuka Sakazaki & KONOSUKE TAKESHITA Vs Hyper Misao & Super Sasadango Machine
2. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Yuki Arai
Look, even Super Sasadango Machine is surprised that the mystery team isn’t Shingo Takagi & Natsupoi. Instead Sasadango is being dragged into the match by Hyper Misao because she thinks a pairing as incomprehensible as them is what it will take to beat Yuka Sakazaki & Takeshita. Also Misao wants to get contracts from DDT, TJPW, AEW and New Japan all at the same time. She thinks winning this match will help her achieve that goal.
Natsume Nakayama from OCHA NORMA will be at the show as a special guest commentator. She does not seem to be the celebrity wrestler that Tetsuya Koda has been tasked with finding to be a big draw for the show.

Round 2 of the Max Heart Tournament has Daisy Monkey against K!SS// in one match, Shunrai Rekka!! Prism Greed versus Mizuki & Uta Takami in another, Daydream taking on Pompaler and Ober Eats having to face Kyoto Tag.
Something to look on the bright side over Shoko Nakajima being knocked out of the tournament so early is she now gets to give Sara Phoenix a first time ever singles match on the undercard.
Super Sasadango Machine will be at the show as part of his PR Ambassador role for “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”. He will give everyone a greetings message in the ring.

1. Yumehito Imanari & Keisuke Ishii Vs Shuichiro Katsumura & Yuya Susumu
2. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) Vs Shinichiro Tominaga
The upcoming snap elections happening in Japan’s House Of Representatives has caused an unintended side effect for Ganbare☆Pro’s next event. They are supposed to have a show in Takashimadaira Kumin Center on 31st January but the building will no longer be available on that date in order to be turned into a polling station for early voters. GanPro were able to act quickly and book Shin-Kiba 1st RING as the replacement venue for the same date and start time. They felt the need to go ahead with the show because they’ve already sold tickets and would find it difficult to reschedule the guest wrestlers they have booked for it.

7. D GENERATIONS CUP 2026 – A Block: To-y (3) Vs Ilusion (0)
There’s a two week pause in the D GENERATIONS CUP now that we’re at around the halfway point. Daichi Sato currently leads the A Block by himself while Yuya Koroku and Rukiya are both tied for first in the B Block. To-y, Yuki Ishida, Kazuma Sumi, Yuni and Takeshi Masada all still have fighting chances of making the final while Ilusion and Hinata Kasai are both out of the running.
Kazusada Higuchi has to take another leave of absence for now, this time because of a neck injury. There is no timeline yet for how long he will be out of action for.

1. Daichi Kazato Vs X
2. GRACE PROJECT Offer Match: Tomoya Hirata, Captain Grace & Violento Jack Vs Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga
3. Ryuichi Sekine, Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino Vs Ryota Nakatsu, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida
4. Isami Kodaka & Takeru Inoue Vs Minoru Fujita & Yasu Urano
5. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Takumi Tsukamoto & Daiki Shimomura (c) Vs SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken
6. Union MAX Title: Shuji Ishikawa (c) Vs FUMA
The Union MAX Title is throwing itself back to its origins now that Shuji Ishikawa is the new champion. His first challenger is FUMA who has held the title both in Union Pro and in BASARA. Ishikawa joked they should bring back an old Union gimmick and have this be a 1,000 Roses Death Match for old time’s sake. He’s taking things a bit more seriously after FUMA said he hunts down boars that are heavier than Ishikawa.
When it comes to dominant factions in BASARA, the Super Family has not been one of them. But they’ve become tenacious enough to earn SAGAT & Lil’ Kraken a shot at the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles. The new champs Takumi Tsukamoto & Daiki Shimomura don’t want to lose the belts to anybody and they especially don’t want to lose to the Super Family!
As he promised a while back, Isami Kodaka returns from his absence in time for BASARA’s anniversary.
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “THE 6TH “FUTARI WA PRINCESS” MAX HEART TOURNAMENT”, 14/02/2026
Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title: Mahiro Kiryu (c) Vs Aja Kong
2. International Princess Title: MIRAI (c) Vs Toga
3. “Futari wa Princess” Max Heart Tournament – Final: X & X Vs X & X
The prodigal daughter of TJPW MIRAI has come back to win the International Princess Title that was beyond her grasp in the past. Now she’s looking to the future where she sees an opponent with a similar smash heavy style as hers waiting to challenge her. Toga wants to show everyone she can get the job done without needing help from Yuna Manase or anyone else so she was the first one to ask MIRAI for a title shot.
The Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title just can’t get away from Mahiro Kiryu. Every time she loses the belt, fate makes sure she finds a way to win it back. She now has a pinfall over Aja Kong because of this but that means Kong now wants to fight Kiryu one on one! She knows she can easily take the belt from her whenever she wants but she has enough pride to do it in the ring with a proper wrestling match. The bout will still go ahead if Kiryu loses the title to someone else beforehand.
The two title matches booked for this show are why Toga and Kiryu are not competing in this year’s Max Heart Tournament.
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”, 29/03/2026
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan
1. Special Tag Match: Yuka Sakazaki & KONOSUKE TAKESHITA Vs X & X
2. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Yuki Arai
Second time’s the charm for Yuki Arai. She avenged her squash to Miyu Yamashita in the recent 6-Woman Elimination match and will now get to face Miu Watanabe for the Princess Of Princess Title. She couldn’t win the belt at Ota Ward Gymnasium last year but can she do it in Sumo Hall this year?
There are so many ways the Special Tag Match can go. It will be Konosuke Takeshita’s first time wrestling in TJPW (he was meant to be part of their US debut in 2020 but that show was cancelled due to covid) and he will be teaming up with his wife Yuka Sakazaki to make it a bigger deal. Their opponents have not been announced yet. The recent news of Shingo Takagi & Natsupoi led to some jokes about them being the other team in a battle of the happy couples. I think enough time has passed that the issue Sakazaki had with Natsupoi leaving TJPW years ago is now water under the bridge. The opponents are likely another mixed pair tag team though, one that doesn’t have to be romantically attached to each other.
The current list of guests who will wrestle on the show are Sareee, Lei Ying Lee, Aja Kong, Andreza Giant Panda and Minimo-chan with Mari Yaguchi accompanying it. Also Max The Impaler will be at the show.

7. Special 6-Man Tag Match: Yuki Ueno, MAO & Kazusada Higuchi Vs To-y, Kazuma Sumi & Yuki Ishida
Some last minute changes to tomorrow’s show have taken place due to the aftermath of Sunday’s show. Takeshi Masada has decided to leave SCHADENFREUDE International in order to start fresh for the new year. Before he leaves the unit on 3rd January, he’s going to face Chris Brookes one on one before he says goodbye.
The above match has led to a change in the main event. Brookes and Masada were originally booked for a tag match against Kazusada Higuchi & Yuki Ishida. Now Higuchi and Ishida are moved into the main event but they will be on different teams. Same goes for Yuki Ueno and To-y as well as MAO and Kazuma Sumi.

2. KO-D Openweight Title & DDT Universal Title – Irregular 3 Way Match: Yuki Ueno (c/c) Vs Daisuke Sasaki Vs Chris Brookes
The problem with having double the championships is you get double the challenges. Yuki Ueno has both Daisuke Sasaki and Chris Brookes wanting to fight him for championships next. Akito came up with a solution to do a 3 Way Match that will last for two falls. The first fall will be for the DDT Universal Title and the second will be for the KO-D Openweight Title!
The time has come for The Apex to try and take back the KO-D Tag Team Titles from Strange Love Connection. SLC won the belts from The Apex last month in Sumo Hall and MAO has been on Yuki Iino’s mind ever since. Yukio Naya and KANON have some singles match history together too.

6. KO-D Tag Team Titles: MAO & KANON (c) (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Jun Masaoka & Gaia Hox
7. KO-D Openweight Title – AXSEED Presents: Yuki Ueno (c) Vs Takeshi Masada
Tomorrow’s match order for the final DDT show in Korakuen Hall for 2025 has been decided on. Takeshi Masada has not done a good job convincing fans he has a chance of beating Yuki Ueno for the KO-D Openweight Title. I don’t think Christmas miracles can work that hard either.

1. Princess Of Princess Title Next Challenger Match: X Vs X
Not long after the dust settles from Watanabe Vs Suzume, a new challenger will be decided for the Princess Title. The match format and number of participants has not been decided yet. Most likely Tokyo Joshi Pro is waiting to see how the results on 4th January will turn out before deciding who deserves a chance at earning a title shot.

Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan
1. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs X
What has been confirmed is the next No. 1 Contender will get their title match at Sumo Hall for “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”! Watanabe’s current goal is to keep her title reign lasting long enough for her to be the defending champion at Ryogoku. If she gets past Suzume she will then be all clear to make that dream come true.

BASARA “BASARA 295 ~TAKAGARI 31~”, 27/12/2025
Tokyo Takashimadaira Kumin Center
1. ~Jun-chan’s Grilled Meat Voucher Contest~ East Vs West Knockout Match!: FUMA, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, SAGAT, Lil’ Kraken & Takeru Inoue Vs Ryuichi Sekine, Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino, Minoru Fujita & Banana Senga
2. 3 Way Match: Daichi Kazato Vs Ryota Nakatsu Vs Tsutomu Oosugi
3. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Kengo Mashimo & Ayumu Honda (c) Vs Takumi Tsukamoto & Daiki Shimomura
A grilled meat restaurant in Tokyo is sponsoring a competition during the show where the winning team will receive meal vouchers. I’m having trouble understanding what the rules are because the translation I am getting is it will consist of two matches followed by a knockout round. I can’t tell if that is correct or not. Whatever way the format turns out, it is possible that it can end before everyone can enter the match somehow.
GANBARE☆PRO “BEFORE SUNRISE 2025”, 27/12/2025
Tokyo Korakuen Hall
1. Mizuki Watase, Shigehiro Irie, Munetatsu Nakamura & Sentaro Motojima Vs Jun Kasai, Takuya Wada, Tyson Maeguchi & Shota Kawakami
2. Mixed 3-Way Tag Match: Ken Ohka & Mahiro Kiryu Vs Yuna Manase & Takashi Sasaki Vs Moeka Haruhi & Gabai Ji-chan Vs HARUKAZE & Hartley Jackson
3. Shuichiro Katsumura Vs Akira Shoji
4. YuuRI 5th Anniversary Match: YuuRI Vs Sareee
5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Tag Team Titles: Ryota Nakatsu & Takumi Tsukamoto (c) Vs Yumehito Imanari & Shinichiro Tominaga
6. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) Vs Keisuke Ishii
The Mixed Tag Match is now a 4 Way thanks to an extra team joining in. The other wrestlers involved all got to pick their partners. Ken Ohka chose Mahiro Kiryu after she earned his respect over playing Mahjong with the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title on the line. Yuna Manase convinced Takashi Sasaki from FREEDOMS to team with her and the two think they can go all the way to becoming champions together. Moeka Haruhi picked Gabai Ji-chan fully knowing that anyone who lays a finger on her elderly partner will get booed out of the building. The new entry is HARUKAZE who heard that Hartley Jackson wanted to take part in the match with her as his partner which means Lethal Weapon are back together for one night only.

4. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Shuji Ishikawa
This is the complete card for BASARA’s final show of the year. I might be in attendance for this if I arrive in Tokyo early enough in the day to get settled in and then comfortably travel to Shin-Kiba.

8. Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuki Kamifuku & Wakana Uehara (c) Vs Yuki Aino & Haru Kazashiro
9. Princess Of Princess Title: Miu Watanabe (c) Vs Suzume
The full lineup for Ittenyon is here. The Magical Sugar Rabbits are back together and teaming up with Yuki Arai for some extra sweetness. They will face what the Love Triangle would look like if Yuki Aino went all Incredible Hulk on everyone. Instead it’s Max The Impaler teaming with Raku & Pom Harajuku. Normally Raku sides with Aja Kong in the monster friendship chart but Kong will be wrestling earlier on the show in a 3 Way Match with Rika Tatsumi and Mahiro Kiryu. At the time of writing, Kiryu is back to being the current Iron Man Champion so expect that belt to come into play. The last time Kong won that title will be six years ago to the day when the match takes place.

Tokyo Takashimadaira Kumin Center
1. Iron Fist Tag Team Titles: Kengo Mashimo & Ayumu Honda (c) Vs Takumi Tsukamoto & Daiki Shimomura
Last month Daiki Shimomura got to face MJ2 for the Iron Fist Tag Team Titles at a 2AW show. He and Lil’ Kraken lost the match and the champions have no interest in fighting him again despite his demand for another shot. However Shimomura will have Takumi Tsukamoto as his partner this time and he is the kind of wrestler Kengo Mashimo & Ayumu Honda like to fight.

Another DDT throwback shows back for Super Japan’s next show. In the early 2000s Phantom Funakoshi wrestled in DDT using a masked gimmick called “Showa”. Now many years later Super Japan is debuting a “Showa” II who has inherited the gimmick alongside a new tag team partner named “Reiwa”. The two of them will be MIKAMI & Takashi Sasaki’s opponents.
BAKA GAIJIN + FRIENDS “VOL. 27: THE NIGHT THEY CAME HOME”, 13/01/2026
Tokyo ARENA Shimokitazawa
1. Special Single Match: Tokyo Ganesha Vs Princess Ram
2. Special Single Match: Chris Brookes Vs Shota
Recently Chris Brookes and Shota got to hang out in Malaysia together and got to reminisce about Brookes coming to Japan back in 2020. Both have grown a lot since then and they are approaching six years of being friends so they’re going to have a match against each other to celebrate.
A masked wrestler from India named Tokyo Ganesha first appeared last year in Michinoku Pro for their signature Fukumen World League tournament. He has made a handful of appearances in both M-Pro and ChocoPro (oh, I wonder why?) since then and will next make his debut for Baka Gaijin + Friends. His opponent will be Princess Ram.
Mr. Bueno, MAO and Dark King Ueki will all be on the show.

1. Daisuke Sasaki, Hideki Okatani, Demus & Ilusion Vs Toru Owashi, Danshoku Dieno, Super Sasadango Machine & Kazuki Hirata
2. 3 Way 6-Man Tag Match: Shinya Aoki, Yuki Iino & Yukio Naya Vs Kazusada Higuchi, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuki Ishida Vs Chris Brookes, Antonio Honda & Hinata Kasai

6. KO-D Tag Team Titles: MAO & KANON (c) (w/ KIMIHIRO) Vs Jun Masaoka & Gaia Hox
7. KO-D Openweight Title: Yuki Ueno (c) Vs Takeshi Masada
Some thievery as led to a confusing situation over the DDT Extreme Title. Earlier in the week Yasu Urano stole the title belt from To-y and then beat him in an unofficial match to declare himself the new champion. However the match and “title change” was not sanctioned by DDT so To-y remains the champion. The problem is To-y isn’t feeling like a champion right now because that loss to Urano still feels real to him. It doesn’t helpt that Urano is acting like the champ too and is willing to “defend” the belt against To-y, advising him to forget everything that has happened up to now and to take on a challenger’s mindset. For clarification, To-y is still the champ and if he wins here it will be the 6th successful defence of his reign (even though he wonders if his number of defences has been reset).
DDT is giving everyone the early Christmas treat of Minoru Suzuki fighting Jun Akiyama in a tag match.

1. Special Single Match: Ilusion Vs Kumadori
It’s taken a while for this match to happen. Ilusion Vs Kumadori was meant to take place back in July but a knee injury suffered by Kumadori cancelled it. The grudge between the two took some time to resurface but the last couple of weeks have sped it up to where the match can finally take place. Christmas Eve is the date for these two masked men to settle their differences one on one.

5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Masaaki Mochizuki (c) Vs Keisuke Ishii
Two guest wrestlers have been added to the show. It looks like Akira Shoji will stick around in Ganbare☆Pro for more than just one match. He’ll be at Korakuen Hall to test out Shuichiro Katsumura’s grappling skills. Also the GanPro Vs FREEDOMS rivarly is relaxed for the holidays, allowing Jun Kasai take part in an 8-Man Tag match filled with GanPro associated wrestlers on both teams.
TOKYO JOSHI PRO “GRAND PRINCESS ’26”, 29/03/2026
Tokyo Ryogoku Kokugikan
Three returning guests have been announced for the show so far. They are Yuka Sakazaki, Sareee and Lei Ying Lee. At the moment Lee is the TNA Knockouts World Champion and is being promoted as such by Tokyo Joshi Pro. The title has been defended in TJPW once before in Las Vegas earlier this year so maybe Japan can be where it gets defended in the company for a second time.

Not everyone will be welcoming OCHA NORMA in with open arms though. The group is often associated with tea but there are wrestlers in TJPW who much prefer to drink coffee instead. They are Yuki Kamifuku and Hyper Misao and they will be showing up to the event as the Coffee Breakers!
