1. Yukio Sakaguchi & Makoto Oishi defeated Soma Takao & Nobuhiro Shimatani when Oishi pinned Shimatani with the Miracle Ecstasy (8:13).
2. Asuka, Toru Owashi & Naomi Yoshimura defeated Akito, Antonio Honda & Tomomitsu Matsunaga when Asuka pinned Honda with the Moonsault Press (11:40).
3. Yukio Sakaguchi Marunage Match ~ Mascara Contra Cabellera: Ultraman Robin defeated Gota Ihashi with the Ultra Dynamaite (8:13). (Special Referee: Yukio Sakaguchi)
4. Kota Umeda, MAO & Yukio Naya defeated HARASHIMA, Kazusada Higuchi & Mizuki Watase when Umeda pinned Watase with the Umeda Driver (14:30).
5. Yuki Ueno defeated Daisuke Sasaki with a Crucifix Pin (16:08).
6. Nagoya Specialty! Miso Stew Special 3 Way Tag Match: Chris Brookes & Masahiro Takanashi defeated Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie and Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata when Brookes pinned Katsumata with the Praying Mantis Bomb (16:00).

The 3 Way Tag main event was crazy but Chris Brookes was able to navigate his way through the madness, picking off opponents when they didn’t expect it. When Konosuke Takeshita had Tetsuya Endo pinned in a Power Bomb position, Brookes broke it up with a Missile Dropkick. Brookes used another Swan Dive Dropkick to knocked away Endo while landing Senton style across Takeshita’s back. Brookes then took out Mad Paulie with an RKO before putting Shunma Katsumata away with the Praying Mantis Bomb. Afterwards Brookes again said that he doesn’t care if he’s facing Endo or Takeshita on 21st July. He will win the KO-D Openweight Title anyway! Brookes is also calling his team with Masahiro Takanashi the Calamari Drunken Kings.

There was a lot of shenanigans in the Daisuke Sasaki Vs Yuki Ueno match. Soma Takao tripped Ueno then later attacked him when the ref was down. Naomi Yoshimura got rid of Takao with a Lariat but Sasaki gave him a Low Blow when he wasn’t looking. Ueno rolled up Sasaki but the ref was still out of action. When he finally got up, Sasaki went for the Cross Facelock but Ueno countered it into a Crucifix for the upset victory. Ueno credited his warm up match before the show as the reason why he won against Sasaki.

Kazusada Higuchi was given a Choke Slam for the first time thanks to Yukio Naya. Higuchi called it an amazing move and a threat for when he faces Naya one on one. He is taking this match seriously and hopes it will be an attacker against another attacker.

Akito is warning Asuka that she does not know him as a singles wrestler and that version of him won’t show up until their DDT Extreme Title match. She also hasn’t experienced that kind of matches Akito fought in when he last helt the title so he is feeling relatively confident right now.

At the start of the show Ultraman Robin came out wearing a different mask than his usual design. He said his original mask was stolen and accused Gota Ihashi as the thief. During their match, Ihashi threw Robin into the special referee Yukio Sakaguchi. The clash was so painful that Sakaguchi was brought back to the locker room and Yukinori Matsui had to take his place. Ihashi had Robin beaten when suddenly another Ultraman appeared, this one wearing Robin’s mask. He put Ihashi in a Sleeper Hold. Ihashi pulled off the mask during the struggle to reveal it was Sakaguchi! He hit the God’s Right Knee to Ihashi and Robin finished him off with the Ultra Dynamite Lariat to win. Ihashi had to get his head shaved as part of the stipulation but only the middle was shaved of to match the mask’s centre ridge. Ihashi later reappeared with his head fully shaved.

The trainee Keigo Nakamura got to have an exhibition match with Yuki Ueno before the show began. It is not his official debut so a lot of the moves used were the basics.

3. I Am A Popular Man! Two Big Singles Match: Toru Owashi defeated Antonio Honda with a School Boy (11:12).
4. HARASHIMA, Yukio Sakaguchi & Kazusada Higuchi defeated Makoto Oishi, Kota Umeda & Yukio Naya when HARASHIMA pinned Oishi with the Somato (9:37).
5. Daisuke Sasaki Marunage Match ~ Nerima Japan Wrestling Raising An Army Series 3rd Round In Kasukabe: Nerima Sting defeated Kodaira Sting with the Scorpion Deathlock (10:57).
6. I Am A Popular Man! Two Big Singles Match: Soma Takao defeated Naomi Yoshimura with the Sorarina (11:09).
7. DAMNATION Vs ALL OUT!: Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata defeated Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie when Takeshita pinned Endo with a Crucifix Pin (16:23).

It was a bad day for Tetsuya Endo. First he was pinned by his enemy Konosuke Takeshita. An attempt to do a Handspring off the ropes was caught by Takeshita and turned into a Crucifix Pin for the unexpected three count. Then after the match Sanshiro Takagi entered the ring and gave Endo a Stunner. Hisaya Imabayashi asked if this meant Takagi was going to cash in his Right To Challenge Gauntlet. Takagi declined and said he only did it to tease Endo. When he left Endo said he will smash Takagi whenever he ues his title shot. And at “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019” when everyone is expecting him to be at 200% power, he will instead be at 300% power! When Endo left the ring, Takeshita gave the last word. He asked the audience if they wanted to see Takeshita Vs Takagi at Ota Ward? Only one person applauded. He then asked if they would rather have Takeshita Vs Endo? Most of the audience applauded. Finally Takeshita promised that if Endo is fighting at 300%, then he will be at 350%!

Soma Takao used a distraction with the referee to block Naomi Yoshimura’s Shonenba. Takao then kicked Yoshimura below the belt and pinned him with the Sorarina. Yoshimura and Yuki Ueno have said they will never forgive Takao for kicking both of them in the nuts during matches!

With Daisuke Sasaki out of action with food poisoning, Nerima Sting needed a new opponent. One was found from a nearby city, Kodaira Sting! Their match was interrupted by the surprise appearance of Man Man Kai Kind! He gave both Stings the Mandible Claw then left. Yukinori Matsui was later knocked out by a Nerima Stinger Splash which led to another surprise appearance. This time it was Dildo Love! Nerima easily got rid of him with the Scorpion Death Drop. Kodaira tried to put Nerima in the Scorpion Deathlock but Man Man Kai Kind reappeared to give him another Mandible Claw. Nerima then reversed the Scorpion Deathlock for the win.

The pairings of Yukio Naya and Kazusada Higuchi as well as Yukio Sakaguchi and Kota Umeda were provoking each other during Match #4. The two pairs have singles matches at Korakuen Hall on 30th June. Makoto Oishi encouraged Naya and Umeda to show their fire in those matches.

The match between Toru Owashi and Antonio Honda went off the rails when a chair was brought in. Honda placed the chair on top of Owashi then when he climbed the turnbuckles, Daisuke Kiso counted to three and declared the chair to be the new Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion! The match continued but with the chair still in the ring. A sudden game of musical chairs began and Kiso joined in. He sat on the chair when the music stopped and Yukinori Matsui then counted to three. Now Kiso is the Iron Man champion! Honda tried to use Gongistune on Kiso but Kiso used his own Gongitsune, tangling the two of them up in nipple pinches. Owashi gave them a double School Boy and Matsui counted the pin on both. That means Owashi pinned Honda to win the match and he also pinned Kiso to win back the title.

Asuka ignored Akito’s requests for a handshake before their match then booted him in the head after it was over. Akito’s thought process over their DDT Extreme Title match is an interview where Asuka said she can do anything. So Akito wants to use a match stipulation that Asuka has never been in before.

3. Hero Of Shizuoka, 40 Year Old Makoto Oishi! Trial Single Match!: Yukio Sakaguchi defeated Makoto Oishi with the Throat Sleeper Hold (7:10).
4. MAO Marunage Match ~ Falls Count Anywhere Tag Match: Hiroshi Yamato & Shunma Katsumata defeated MAO & Sanshiro Takagi when Yamato pinned MAO after Takagi drove into MAO with a car (17:45).
5. DAMNATION Vs DISASTER BOX: Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao defeated HARASHIMA & Yuki Ueno when Sasaki submitted Ueno with the Cross Facelock (13:56).
6. The World’s Most Healthy Numazu Specialty! Special Tag Match: Konosuke Takeshita & Akito defeated Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie when Akito pinned Paulie with an Inside Cradle (14:43).

Things were looking bleak for ALL OUT when for the second show in a row Tetsuya Endo threw Konosuke Takeshita over the top rope from the Torture Rack position to the outside. However Akito was the legal man and he successfully rolled Mad Paulie into an Inside Cradle to win the match out of nowhere. Endo still ran down Takeshita on the microphone. He’s gone past Yukio Sakaguchi, Keisuke Ishii and Makoto Oishi in his KO-D Openweight Title run so far. At Ota Ward Gymnasium Endo promises he will be at his maximum strength. Takeshita’s response is he will increase his own power levels on the road to “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019”. He will be at 120% when they wrestle at Kasukabe Hall next week then by the time they make it to Ota Ward he will be at 200%!

Takeshita also warned Endo about Sanshiro Takagi waiting for his chance to cash in his Right To Challenge Gauntlet. Takagi came out and told Endo he wasn’t cashing in today. He is instead acting mature and being patient. Akito closed out the show by promoting ALL OUT’s KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles shot against the Sendai Girls and also his next DDT Extreme Title defence.

Daisuke Sasaki continued to attack Yuki Ueno after their match. Naomi Yoshimura came to the rescue and scared off Sasaki. A chair was thrown into the ring by Sasaki but Yoshimura threw it back at him.

At first the new team Big Boss Express looked good together. Sanshiro Takagi used a marker to scribble on Hiroshi Yamato’s back while MAO attacked Shunma Katsumata with an umbrella. The match went outside where MAO stacked Yamato & Katsumata on a table and Takagi jumped off a van to splash through them. MAO held his opponents up while Takagi got in the van and drove towards them. Yamato & Katsumura broke free and got out of the way. MAO didn’t move in time and was hit by the van! He was then pinned right there on the road. Yamato & Katsumura returned to the ring after the match to sing a victory song.

Sakaguchi and Oishi bowed to each other after their match. Oishi can rest easily knowing that he isn’t on Sakaguchi’s kill list.

A Choke Slam from Yukio Naya put Kota Umeda down long enough for Masahiro Takanashi to grab the win. Naya and Kazusada Higuchi both said they had fun fighting each other and are looking forward to a singles match together.

Match #2 featured a lot of teased kissing spots. Yoshimura was left frozen for a kiss from Nobuhiro Shimatani that never came. He didn’t snap out until well after the match was over.

7. Road To Wrestle Peter Pan! Special 3 Way Match: Tetsuya Endo Vs Konosuke Takeshita Vs Chris Brookes

After their last KO-D Tag Team Titles defence, Daisuke Sasaki said that he and Soma Takao would pick who their next challengers will be. They went quiet for a few days until Sasaki emerged with an Amidakuji/Ghost Leg puzzle that decided DAMNATION’s next three challengers. Unfortunately the process was heavily flawed because the three teams picked were all impossible to book for one reason or another. Hisaya Imabayashi disregarded Sasaki’s choices and nominated proper teams instead. On this show Sasaki’s choice of challengers was himself and Yoshiaki Yatsu. Imayashi pointed out that Sasaki is already the champion so Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura are getting the shot. Oddly enough Imabayashi didn’t sound negative on the idea of Sasaki having to wrestle himself.

Danshoku Dieno is trying to become immune to all martial arts in order to defeat the MMA master Shinya Aoki. His plan to do this is pit himself in a gauntlet of matches against pro wrestlers with martial art and combat sport backgrounds. Now I know what some of you are thinking. Why is he fighting a swimmer? Because Aoki proved last year that he is just as dangerous in the water than he is in the ring. The inclusion of Kabaddi is Dieno thinking outside of the box too.

9. KO-D Tag Team Titles – Souken Holdings Presents: Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Tako (c) Vs HARASHIMA & Yasu Urano
10. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) Vs Konosuke Takeshita

Takagi ordered Imabayashi not to book him on the show unless he is in the main event. The only way that can happen is if he cashes in his Right To Challenge Gauntlet during or after that match.

Sasaki’s Amidakuji puzzle selected Joey Ryan & Candice LeRae as the KO-D Tag Title challengers for “WRESTLE PETER PAN”. That’s impossible because LeRae is signed to NXT and it is also too late to endorse her for a visa. Sasaki offered to sign her up for a tourist visa but shut down into depression when Imabayashi said she already registered her details with Johnny Gargano. HARASHIMA & Yasu Urano are the challengers instead, creating an unwanted Smile Squash reunion with Soma Takao.

If Ueno & Yoshimura win the KO-D Tag Titles on 30th June, then they will defend the belts against HARASHIMA & Urano. Sasaki & Takao will then be demoted down to teaming with Nobuhiro Shimatani in the opening match.

2. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao (c) Vs Joey Ryan & Hiroshi Yamato
3. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) Vs Chris Brookes

The last Amidakuji team was supposed to be the newly married celebrity couple Ryota Yamasato & Yu Aoi. Instead we’re getting Joey Ryan & Hiroshi Yamato. It is possible that this title match will be cancelled if Sasaki & Takao lose the championship before the show. What is most likely to happen is the new tag champs will defend the belts in their place but DDT has not ruled out getting rid of the match altogether.

One last thing, DAMNATION have a four year plan in place for his personal goals. In 2019 they want to defend the KO-D Tag Team Titles, in 2020 they want to win gold at the Olympics, in 2021 Sasaki wants to visit the moon and in 2022 Sasaki wants to get married to a divorced Candice LeRae in May of that year.

6. From Showa To Heisei And To The Reiwa! Matsuyama Famous Special 8-Man Tag Match That Keeps Running With The Times: Tatsumi Fujinami, Konosuke Takeshita, Akito & Shunma Katsumata defeated Yoshiaki Yatsu, Sanshiro Takagi, Yukio Naya & Rising HAYATO when Fujinami submitted Naya with the Dragon Sleeper (12:27).
7. KO-D Tag Team Titles: Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao (c) defeated Kazuki Hirata & Maku Donaruto when Takao pinned Hirata with the Reverse Gory Special Bomb (18:33).
*V2 for DAMNATION.
8. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) defeated Yukio Sakaguchi with the Shooting Star Press (14:31).
*V3 for Tetsuya Endo.

Yukio Sakaguchi’s roaring rampage of revenge has been stopped dead by Tetsuya Endo. The only times Sakaguchi was able to put Endo in a Sleeper Hold was once over the ropes and a second time quickly afterwards. Endo made his opponent even more angry when he hit a Low Kick to Sakaguchi’s back. Sakaguchi responded in kind. It took a combination of a Sit Down Power Bomb, the Swinging Torture Rack Bomb and a Handspring Leg Lariat to put Sakaguchi in danger. Endo then finished him off with the Shooting Star Press.

The “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019” on 15th July is now set. Endo will be defending the KO-D Openweight Title against his biggest enemy Konosuke Takeshita! That is unless Sanshiro Takagi cashes in the last remaining Right To Challenge Gauntlet and wins the belt before that. Takagi says he will cash in while Endo is in a perfect state. Takeshita is happy to wait a little bit and let those two fight over the title if it happens before “WRESTLE PETER PAN”. Endo called out Takeshita for being Takagi’s favourite and he promised to beat Takeshita inside Ota Ward Gymnasium.

It was a fair effort from Kazuki Hirata & Maku Donaruto but not enough to win the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Donaruto’s lewd exploits kept DAMNATION off their game. Stripping down to a gold thong and diving onto people can do that to an opponent. He wiped out Daisuke Sasaki with a Quebrada while Hirata and Soma Takao fought over the Viagra Driver. Takao got the upper hand and pinned Hirata with the Reverse Gory Special Bomb. DAMNATION’s next title defence will be at “WRESTLE PETER PAN” but Sasaki said they will decide who they will fight and also where. DAMNATION wants to decide everything by their ways.

ALL OUT had the honour of teaming with Tatsumi Fujinami for a special 8-Man Tag against a diverse team lead by Yoshiaki Yatsu. It was the first time Takeshita and Fujinami were in the ring together since their singles match back in 2013. Takagi tried adding lucha libre to the match and Rising HAYATO stepped in to help however he could. Yukio Naya stepped up to both Fujinami and Takeshita but the experience level was far too high for him to overcome. Fujinami would put him in the Dragon Sleeper to get the submission victory.

HARASHIMA was in a thankful mood as always. He was thankful to Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura for their part in DISASTER BOX’s victory today. He is also thankful for the fans for coming to see today’s big show in Matsuyama.

It was expected that Ryutaro Watanabe would lose to Hideki Suzuki but he went down fighting. He fought out of Suzuki’s Double Arm Suplex but Suzuki kicked him repeatedly until the referee stopped the match. Suzuki’s advice for Watanabe is to never run away if he wants to keep wrestling.

Saki Akai declined to shake hands with Mina Shirakawa until after their match. Akai rolled away from a Casadora and hit a High Kick, setting up the match winning Quetzalcoatl.

There were a lot of Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title changes on this show. After the opening match Danshoku Dieno was chased into the ring by Hiroshi Yamato and Pulp Bonjin. Dieno fought them off but Nobuhiro Shimatani snuck in and pinned him with a School Boy to win the title. Then in the Battle Royal the belt went from Shimatani to Mad Paulie to Asuka to the eventual match winner Makoto Oishi. The governor of Ehime Tokihiro Nakamura entered the ring for a congratulatory photo with Oishi but that was interrupted by an attack by Asuka and Toru Owashi. Governor Nakamura then surprised everyone by jumping on top of Oishi to become the new champion! Dieno chased the governor away then later came back to the ring with the belt, informing everyone he had won the championship backstage. Oishi gave Dieno a Low Blow and pinned him. Then Owashi gave Oishi a Choke Slam for the final title change of the day.

Former Shuten-dōji members Masahiro Takanashi and Kota Umeda faced off as one of Umeda’s final matches before he leaves DDT next month. Takanashi went for a bunch of Cradles until Umeda dropped him with the Umeda Driver.

4. DDT Extreme Title: Akito (c) Vs Asuka
5. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) Vs Konosuke Takeshita

What will Akito come up with for his first DDT Extreme Title defence? His previous run four years ago was filled with stipulations that inspired more technical and intelligent forms of wrestling. Is Asuka ready to play this game of human chess if Akito goes that route again?

DDT is looking for various companies to sponsor the show. Their first announced sponsorship is with a tax accounting firm for the dark match. It was the firm’s idea to sponsor the dark match because it has never been done before. They hope the match will be just as exciting as the main event.

Yoshiaki Yatsu, Joey Ryan, Chris Brookes and Mike Bailey will be on the show.

DDT “SUMMER VACATION 2019”, 21/07/2019
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Kota Umeda Great Match: Kota Umeda Vs X
2. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) Vs Chris Brookes

It was announced today that Kota Umeda will be leaving DDT when his contract ends on 21st July. The reason is Umeda will be concentrating on working for his family’s business in his home of Kumamoto. The 24 year old will not be able to wrestle while carrying this responsibility. His family is important to him so he is choosing them over pro wrestling. Umeda originally asked to retire as a wrestler but Sanshiro Takagi convinced him to resign from DDT instead. Umeda is so young that he may find the opportunity to wrestle again somewhere down the line. For example DDT runs a show in Kumamoto once a year (this year’s show is coming up in August) so maybe that spot could always be available for him to wrestle in front of his home crowd. Umeda is grateful to Takagi for the advice he gave him and promises to do his best for the last two months of his contract.

Hideki Suzuki, Jiro “Ikemen” Kuroshio, Joey Ryan and Mike Bailey will be on the show.

6. DDT Extreme Title – Yogi Yogi Death Match: Akito defeated Antonio Honda (c) with the Scorpion Lock (13:02).
*Antonio Honda fails in V1. Akito becomes the 45th DDT Extreme Champion!
7. Yukio Sakaguchi, HARASHIMA & Kazusada Higuchi defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie when Higuchi pinned Paulie with the Doctor Bomb (13:06).

DAMNATION used Mad Paulie’s collar and leash to choke Yukio Sakaguchi with. However Sakaguchi was able to render Daisuke Sasaki useless with a Sleeper Hold, hit Paulie with the God’s Right Knee and got rid of Tetsuya Endo with an Apron PK outside the ring. HARASHIMA kept a look out while Kazusada Higuchi pinned Paulie with the Doctor Bomb. Sakaguchi told Endo he wants to kill him right now but he’d rather wait until their match at Matsuyama. Endo feels the same way. He said the KO-D Openweight Title means everything to him because he won it from Sasaki.

The DDT Extreme Title match featured a stipulation that starts off peacefully but descends into mayhem if something goes wrong. Antonio Honda and Akito wrestled each other while bystanders Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi and Konaka = Pale One would meditate and do yoga next to them. The slightest touch to either Hiroshi or Konaka would send them into a rage and result in a sudden attack before they returned to meditating. The provoked attacks would continue until Hiroshi and Konaka touched each other, leading to a fight between themselves. When this happened Honda had enough space in the ring to hit the Diving Fist Drop to Akito. He went for the pin but Hiroshi broke it with the Yoga Ye to Honda! Akito put Honda in the Scorpion Deathlock and made Honda tap to win the Extreme Title. The trainee at ringside, Nakamura, accidentally made contact with Hiroshi and Konaka after the match. He suffered the consequences.

Akito thanked Honda for the match and was ecstatic to become the Extreme Champion again after five years. Asuka congratulated Akito and asked for a title match. She is starving for a championship ever since she lost the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title. Hisaya Imabayashi loved the idea and wants the match to happen at Ota Ward on 15th July. However Akito struggled to accept it and even argued with Imabayashi over the idea. He eventually gave in and will put the belt on the line against Asuka at “WRESTLE PETER PAN 2019”.

Soma Takao already had Kazuki Hirata beaten with the Gin And Tonic. He decided to add insult to injury by pinning Hirata with his own finisher, the Egoist Driver!

The returning Shunma Katsumata took the fall in Match #4. Konosuke Takaeshita said he’s been annoyed by how much Katsumata’s career had stalled this year because of his injuries. He asked him to do his best to start again from scratch. Katsumata promised to do that and also to do his best for ALL OUT’s upcoming series with the Sendai Girls.

It was announced that Chris Brookes will get a KO-D Title shot at the 21st July Korakuen Hall show.

Higuchi found out he will be facing Yukio Naya on 30th June. When they met in the ring for the announcement Naya shoved Higuchi. Naya doesn’t care about his bloodline. He wants to show everyone his power under his own terms.
