The pro-wrestling streaming service WRESTLE UNIVERE will migrate ad become a completely new website, on October 1, 2021!

Keep Chihiro Hashimoto around. She’s great. This upcoming match is her first meeting with Saki Akai in over two years. The two of them were part of the only all women KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles match in history.
The KO-D 6-Man Team Titles were vacated after DAMNATION lost the DRAMATIC SURVIVOR tournament. New champions will be crowned in November and one of the teams is already picked. Pheromones did their thing and “convinced” Hisaya Imabayashi to put them into the match despite having no previous success as a unit. They don’t care who they are put against to become the next champions.

1. 3 Way Match: Tetsuya Endo and Akito defeated Hideki Okatani with a Double Rope Assisted School Boy (8:06).
2. Yuji Hino & Mad Paulie defeated Yukio Naya & Tomomitsu Matsunaga when Paulie pinned Matsunaga with the Reverse Splash (10:05).
3. Danshoku “Dandy” Dieno, Yuki “Sexy” Iino & Yumehito “Fantastic” Imanari defeated Shunma Katsumata, Yuki Ueno & Kazuki Hirata when Imanari pinned Hirata with the SEX Tape Press (10:57).
4. Jun Akiyama, Yusuke Okada & Mizuki Watase defeated Yukio Sakaguchi, Naomi Yoshimura & Yuya Koroku when Watase pinned Koroku with the Back Drop (13:46).
5. Special Tag Match: Takumi Tsukamoto & Yasu Urano defeated Daisuke Sasaki & Soma Takao when Urano pinned Takao with the Modern Times (19:50).
6. Yokohama Specialty Special Tag Match: Chris Brookes & HARASHIMA defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Keigo Nakamura when HARASHIMA pinned Nakamura with the Somato (16:45).
Konosuke Takeshita was almost able to put Chris Brookes in the Plus Ultra but HARASHIMA quickly broke the hold. Brookes later held Takeshita in the Octopus Hold outside the ring while HARASHIMA pinned Keigo Nakamura. Takeshita was ultimately able to escape from the move but it was too late to make the save. After the match Brookes told Takeshita their match today did not involved The 37KAMIINA. Just like how they won’t be there on 26th September when Brookes wins the KO-D Openweight Title! The info Brookes is learning from these matches makes him confident he will win.
With Minoru Fujita still in quarantine he was absent from today’s show. Daisuke Sasaki had to change his focus to Takumi Tsukamoto instead. Yasu Urano wanted to use the SAYONARA on Soma Takao as a shout out to Fujita but Sasaki stopped him. Sasaki got rid of Tsukamoto and left the match up to Takao. However during the scramble of cradle moves, Urano caught Takao in the Modern Times to get the three count. Sasaki was hoping to study Fujita so much that he could write a book about him but now he has nothing to prepare for.
The growing power of Pheromones was on display among other things with their new member Yumehito “Fantastic” Imanari. He won their tag match with the SEX Tape Press, which is a Lou Thesz Press. After the match Pheromones asked Hisaya Imabayashi to put them in the upcoming match on 3rd November to determine the new KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions. Imabayashi rejected them because they have no achievements as a team. Danshoku Dieno said his team do have achievements… of the XXX variety! Yuki Iino pulled down his tights and Pheromones then started harassing Imabayashi until he finally accepted their request.
The opening 3 Way Match saw Tetsuya Endo and Akito come up with the same idea. They both dodged a charging Hideki Okatani and together used a School Boy for the pin. They even placed their feet on the ropes at the same time. Yukinori Matsui didn’t see the cheating but did recognise the two of them both got the pin. So he decided both of them were the winners.
A new rookie is debuting at Korakuen Hall on 12th October! Yuki Ishida was part of the Nihon University Sumo Club, the sumo team that has won the National Student Sumo Championship the most times in history! It is only fitting that his opponent for his debut match is Kazusada Higuchi.

The last day of Jacket Matches were a mixed bag for Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. He won one and lost one, leaving him stuck at #8 in the rankings. His latest opponent Shiori Asahi is currently ranked #15.

Both Konosuke Takeshita and Chris Brookes are aiming high for their KO-D Openweight Title match. Brookes is calling this the most important match in his 14 year career and he will not waste his opportunity. Takeshita wants his rivalry with Brookes to be the peak for this era of DDT, just like Kota Ibushi Vs Kenny Omega was for a previous era.
DDT is collaborating with “Record Of Ragnarok” for a special match. The series is about Humanity fighting for its very survival in a deadly fighting tournament against Gods. It has a manga, a Netflix produced anime and will soon launch a live action stage show. One team led by Daisuke Sekimoto will represent the Gods from the anime and will wrestle in special costumes made for the match. If that’s not enough, Riki Choshu will also be there to provide special guest commentary.

Two more title matches are now official. NEO Biishiki-gun have still shown interest in getting Mizuki to join them. She refuses and along with Yuka Sakazaki wants to regain the Princess Tag Team Titles.
Yuki Aino bounced back from her clean loss to Miyu Yamashita by pinning Hikari Noa in a tag match. With her recent record against champions, Aino has enough claim to challenge for the International Princess Title. Noa isn’t afraid to take the match to dangerous levels in order to keep the belt over her shoulder.
The complete card for “WRESTLE PRINCESS II” will be revealed tomorrow.

1. Toru Owashi & Yoshihiko defeated Yuki Ueno & Antonio Honda by TKO when Yoshihiko used a Sleeper Hold on Honda (9:19).
2. Danshoku “Dandy” Dieno & Yuki “Sexy” Iino Vs Sanshiro Takagi & Mizuki Watase ended in a No Contest when Yumehito “Fantastic” Imanari interfered (10:36).
3. Naomi Yoshimura & Yusuke Okada defeated Yuji Hino & Mad Paulie when Yoshimura pinned Paulie with a Lariat (13:08).
4. Jun Akiyama & Hideki Okatani defeated HARASHIMA & Yuya Koroku when Okatani pinned Koroku with the Double Arm Suplex (12:59).
5. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Darkunesu K when Endo pinned K with the Darkness Driver (8:00).
6. Asakusa Specialty Special 6-Man Tag Match: Konosuke Takeshita, Shunma Katsumata & MAO defeated Chris Brookes, Yukio Sakaguchi & Yukio Naya when Takeshita submitted Naya with the Plus Ultra (16:46).
The other members of The 37KAMIINA interviewed Konosuke Takeshita in the ring after the main event. They asked him what it was like fighting Chris Brookes today? Takeshita was surprised by how intense Brookes threw chops at him. But he has the momentum right now and if he can beat Brookes while teaming with Keigo Nakamura on Saturday then he will definitely have his challenger figured out. Backstage Brookes said today was his own homecoming match because he used to live in Asakusa two years ago. The positive he is taking from today’s match is Takeshita couldn’t put him in the Plus Ultra, proving he hasn’t made any progress.
Nakamura was missing from today’s show. Instead Darkunesu K took his place declaring he will not let DAMNATION split up! At first he was willingly teaming with Kazusada Higuchi to fight Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo but he ended up turning on his partner with a signboard attack. That didn’t mean anything to DAMNATION because Endo beat him anyway.
The whiff of Pheromones surrounding DDT is only getting worse. Danshoku Dieno interrupted the show opening speeches by warning that the third member of the group was here today and it could be anyone. Sanshiro Takagi became paranoid and suspected it was Hisaya Imabayashi. That made him determined to destroy Pheromones before they could get any stronger. During the tag match Mizuki Watase kept blowing his moves, hitting Takagi by accident. Dieno then revealed Watase is the third member! Takagi hit Watase with a Lariat but Dieno then gave him a Low Blow and laughed. It was a trick! Imabayashi ran in for the rescue but accidentally hit Takagi with an Axe Bomber. Takagi grabbed him only to receive another Low Blow from Dieno. Takagi got his second wind and fought off Dieno & Yuki Iino until suddenly, the cameraman Yumehito Imanari entered the ring and hit Yukinori Matsui with the camera! He then attacked Takagi causing the match to end without a winner. He stripped down to his underwear and said he felt “Fantastic!” Yumehito “Fantastic” Imanari has joined Pheromones! He can use his camera to shoot Pheromone’s sexy matches as the naked director!

The Ganbare☆Climax tournament returns for the first time in three years. The single elimination tournament will consist of three shows in October and November. The last tournament winner was Yumehito Imanari in 2018.
Shinjiro Otani fractured his left forearm during Sunday’s match against Kouki Iwasaki. The injury requires surgery and he will not be at any of Ganbare☆Pro’s upcoming shows in September and October.
