1. Maki Itoh & Arisu Endo defeated Moka Miyamoto & Juria Nagano when Itoh submitted Nagano with the Itoh Punish (10:26).
2. 3 Way Match: Yuki Kamifuku defeated Mizuki and Haruna Neko when Kamifuku pinned Neko with a Cradle (8:53).
3. Yuki Arai, Raku & Pom Harajuku defeated Hyper Misao, Mahiro Kiryu & Kaya Toribami when Arai pinned Toribami with the Finally (13:08).
4. Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Suzume defeated Rika Tatsumi with a Crucifix Pin (11:10).
5. Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Miyu Yamashita defeated Nao Kakuta with the Skull Kick (9:21).
6. Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Yuka Sakazaki defeated Hikari Noa with the Magical Girl Splash (12:55).
7. Tokyo Princess Cup – Quarter Final: Miu Watanabe defeated Shoko Nakajima with the Tear Drop (16:34).

The Quarter Finals is where Shoko Nakajima’s run in the Tokyo Princess Cup ends this time around. Miu Watanabe has the achievement of eliminating the current Princess Of Princess Champion from the tournament! She avoided the Locomotion Northern Lights Suplex and blocked a Hurricanrana to pin Nakajima with the Tear Drop. Watanabe said before that she wants to defeat her seniors in Tokyo Joshi Pro and she got to do it today. She said there are still many difficult roads to travel but she will do her best to keep winning.

It was so close and yet still so far for Hikari Noa. She wasn’t able to beat Yuka Sakazaki despite putting out her best effort. She hit the Blizzard Suplex twice, the first one happening from the top rope. But both times she couldn’t pin Sakazaki quickly enough to get a three count. That cost her because Sakazaki got a second wind, did the Magical Merry-Go-Round and hit the Magical Girl Splash for the victory. Sakazaki said she feels a lot of pressure to win the tournament this year so did not want to lose here. She’s pretending to be ok but cannot deny that Noa is getting stronger.

Miyu Yamashita made up for her recent AEW defeat by beating Nao Kakuta to qualify for the Princess Cup semi final. Kakuta made it difficult by attacking Yamashita during her entrance. She quickly tried to set up the Shiden Kai but Yamashita fought out of it. She escaped the move a second time and hit her own signatures to advance to the final four. Yamashita believes this is the year she will finally win the tournament. She also said her time in AEW was a very good experience.

Perhaps the big upset of the round goes to Suzume for eliminating Rika Tatsumi! Tatsumi had control for most of the match and took her opponent to the limit. Suzume looked like she was out of it when she collapsed in the Dragon Sleeper. But she countered the Twist Of Fate and rolled Tatsumi into a Crucfix Pin to get the three count! The two hugged after the match and shook hands. Suzume made it her goal to surpass Tatsumi and this result is the breakthrough she needs. Her run through this tournament is earning her the title of “Rising Star” within the company. Tatsumi on the other hand accepts the result and has no excuse for losing. She is done with the tournament and wants to enjoy the rest of her summer by taking vacations and going to festivals.

The draw for the semi finals took place a couple of hours after the show. On 13th August Yuka Sakazaki takes on Suzume while Miyu Yamashita will fight against Miu Watanabe. The final takes place the next day on the 14th.

A couple of future match announcements were made at the start of the show. Max The Impaler’s first match in Tokyo Joshi Pro on 13th August will be against Pom Harajuku. There is one thing you need to know about Max. THEY. HATE. IDOLS! Also on the show is Arisu Endo Vs Mei Suruga.

The “TJPW INSPIRATION” show will return on 11th September. One of the matches taking place is The Magical Sugar Rabbits against the team of Pokotan and Demonio Uno. Two foreign wrestlers will also appear. Dalys from CMLL makes her return for the first time since 2020 while Stephanie Vaquer from Chile makes her TJPW debut.

7. DDT Extreme Title – Fluorescent Lighttube IPPON Death Match: Akito (c) Vs Joey Janela
8. Road To WRESTLE PETER PAN 2022! Special Tag Match: Kazusada Higuchi & Naomi Yoshimura Vs Tetsuya Endo & Jun Akiyama

The Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Gauntlet is back after a two and a half year absence. The match combines the Battle Royal with a Ladder match with the prize hanging above the ring. Usually there are several prizes on offer but for now DDT is saying there will be only one Gauntlet and the winner of the match is whoever retrieves it.

A new masked member of Pheromones showed up on yesterday’s show. There are guesses going around it is Michael Nakazawa because the mystery man pulled down his pants and used them to do the Ultimate Venom Arm. Pheromones are sort of denying it by saying it can’t be him because he should be doing his job in America. So either Nakazawa is getting a Pheromones style gimmick makeover or he is purposely being used as a red herring.

The new debut Takeshi Masada is having his first pro match after only three months of training. It will be the quickest amount of time any trainee has ever made their debut in DDT. The 21 year old from Osaka stands 180cm high and weighs in at 84kg. His athletic background is in both basketball and Shorinji Kempo.

7. DDT 25th Anniversary Special 6-Man Tag Match: Dick Togo, Daisuke Sasaki & KANON (w/ MJ Paul) Vs Konosuke Takeshita, MAO & Yasu Urano
8. DDT Universal Title: Masahiro Takanashi (c) Vs Yuki Ueno
9. KO-D Openweight Title: Kazusada Higuchi (c) Vs Tetsuya Endo

Now that Tetsuya Endo has recovered 100%, he is ready to give back to the fans for their support by reclaiming the KO-D Openweight Title. It is a match Kazusada Higuchi wanted more than anything else too.

No matter who came out of the DDT Universal Title match yesterday, Yuki Ueno is getting the next shot anyway. Yusuke Okada originally brought him up as the next challenger if he became champion. Masahiro Takanashi kept the belt instead but liked the idea enough to do the same. Takanashi’s reason though is because he is looking for challengers from the younger generation and Ueno may very well be the absolute best out of all of them. If Takanashi beats him then he will start looking outside of DDT for more young challengers.

Suzume versus Pom Harajuku is a first time singles match up between the two.

Miyu Yamashita will be in America during the same weekend as this show.

GANBARE☆PRO “CHUNGKING EXPRESS 2022”, 30/07/2022
Osaka 176BOX

1. GanPro Sanada Maru! Special Tag Match: Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie Vs Kazuaki Mihara & Kouki Iwasaki
2. ROMANCE DAWN Vs The 37KAMIINA: Shota & Soma Takao Vs Shunma Katsumata & Toi Kojima
3. GanPro Osaka Summer Team! Special Tag Match: Yumehito Imanari & Magnitude Kishiwada Vs Ken Ohka & Shinichiro Tominaga

Ganbare☆Pro visits Osaka so Yumehito Imanari can team with the region’s strongest pro wrestler Magnitude Kishiwada! He has a little bit of history with Ken Ohka. The last time he was in Ganpro was in 2018 where he faced Ohka one on one. Kishiwada won the match but Ohka convinced him to do an immediate rematch. Kishiwada won that too but Ohka again demanded another rematch to prove he could still fight over and over until he wins. Maybe that kind of fire will reappear here.

The 37KAMIINA are showing up in Ganpro and ROMANCE DAWN are waiting to meet them in the ring.

A challenge was thrown out by Kouki Iwasaki towards Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie. He wants a tag match against them and is bringing in his local buddy Kazuaki Mihara to be his partner.

Tsuyoshi Okada and Tyson Maeguchi will be on the show.

1. ROMANCE DAWN for the new world: Shota Vs Soma Takao
2. Yoshiko Hasegawa Re-Debut Match: Yuna Manase & Yoshiko Hasegawa Vs Moeka Haruhi & YuuRI
3. HARUKAZE 5th Anniversary Match: HARUKAZE Vs Makoto
4. Tatsuhito Takaiwa 30th Anniversary Match: Tatsuhito Takaiwa Vs X
5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Yumehito Imanari (c) Vs Shigehiro Irie

A comment made in the past is motivating Imanari to prove his doubter wrong. When he was part of a main event in Korakuen Hall back in October 2020, Shigehiro Irie singled him out as the only person in the match underserving of that spot. Now that Imanari has the Spirit Of Ganbare Title, he wants to defend it against Irie in Korakuen to prove him wrong. Irie was surprised to hear the challenge because they haven’t crossed paths that often since that show almost two years ago. He is impressed with Imanari’s new found confidence but warns when you fight Irie, you will lose both your confidence and your championship!

Tatsuhito Takaiwa is celebrating his 30th year as a pro wrestler. His anniversary match has not been decided yet.

There is another wrestling anniversary being celebrated on the show, although it is a lot shorter than Takaiwa’s. Haruka Kato has been wrestling for over a decade but it is her alter ego HARUKAZE who recently reached the 5 year milestone. She asked Makoto to be her opponent for the special occasion. The reason is because after Kato left Stardom, Makoto was the first person to get her a booking despite having never known her previously. Ever since then Kato credits Makoto for keeping her in pro wrestling.

The re-debuting Yoshiko Hasegawa was born in Saitama on 28th February, 1987. She is 150cm tall and weighs 47kg. She originally wrestled for Actwres girl’Z from 2019 to 2020 until a neck injury took her out of action for almost the entirety of 2021. She officially left Actwres right at the end of last year and made her wrestling reappearance at “WRESTLE SEKIGAHARA” earlier this month, signing with Ganbare☆Pro.

Shota will be going on an American excursion this September with not concrete plan on when to return. He decided to take a massive gamble and see if he can make it from scratch as a pro wrestler in America until he is all out of options. He has connections over there but right now has nothing guaranteed for him once he makes the trip. Ganpro is giving him a send off match against his own ROMANCE DAWN partner Soma Takao.

7. KO-D Openweight Title: Kazusada Higuchi (c) Vs X

For one night only Naomi Yoshimura is bringing together a DNA reunion! He asked DDT to give him a match teaming with Kota Umeda and Keisuke Okuda, saying long time fans will understand why. In DNA Yoshimura led a faction called the Naomi Kingdom. Okuda was a member of the unit and Umeda was their biggest rival. DDT agreed to Yoshimura’s request and gathered together a suitable trio of opponents. It’s Yoshimura’s old tag partner HARASHIMA as well as Yukio Sakaguchi & Hideki Okatani from Eruption!

Tokyo Princess Cup 2022 Brackets

July 11, 2022

A Tokyo Joshi Pro press conference was held in Shibuya today for the 9th annual Tokyo Princess Cup. All 20 participants were in attendance to take part in a lottery that filled out the bracket. Each of them then commented on their matches afterward.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 16/07/2022
Tokyo Ryogoku KFC Hall

1. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1A: Shoko Nakajima Vs Haruna Neko
2. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1C: Miyu Yamashita Vs Hyper Misao
3. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1E: Mahiro Kiryu Vs Yuki Arai
4. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1G: Pom Harajuku Vs Moka Miyamoto

Shoko Nakajima enters the tournament as one of the strongest favorites. She currently holds the Princess Of Princess Title and has a great history with this tournament, winning it once and reaching the final 5 times. However she thinks this year’s field is completely unpredictable so she is going to fight carefully in every match. She is a similar size to her opponent Haruna Neko and for that reason wants Neko to follow her lead. Neko is a bit scared to face Nakajima in the 1st Round but take the match seriously and give it her all to win.

While Nakajima has great luck in the Princess Cup, it’s the complete opposite for Miyu Yamashita. The ace of TJPW has never won the Princess Cup, has never reached the final and in some years was eliminated in the 1st Round. In fact the woman who knocked her out from Round 1 in 2016 is Hyper Misao and they meet again in the same place! Yamashita has since gotten her own back by eliminating Misao from the 2020 tournament but she cannot hide her displeasure over getting an unlucky draw. Misao even drew lucky No. 7 to get matched with her! That now gives her the confidence to beat Yamashita with a perfect performance score of 100%.

Yuki Arai wants to make up for getting eliminated in the 1st Round last year. She is riding high from winning the Princess Tag Team Titles this past weekend. Mahiro Kiryu notices that and thinks it is a good thing for herself. She has a chance to beat somebody really popular and raise her own stock!

Both Pom Harajuku and Moka Miyamoto are happy to be matched against each other. Harajuku is feeling good and will put that kind of energy into her match. Miyamoto is motivated to win because she wants to surpass her seniors.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 17/07/2022
Tokyo Ryogoku KFC Hall

1. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1B: Arisu Endo Vs Miu Watanabe
2. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1D: Nao Kakuta Vs Yuki Aino
3. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1F: Kaya Toribami Vs Yuka Sakazaki
4. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 1H: Yuki Kamifuku Vs Rika Tatsumi

Arisu Endo and Miu Watanabe are also having opposite thoughts over their luck in the draw. Endo doesn’t feel lucky to fight Watanabe but promises to do her best. Watanabe however praises Endo for the growth she showed at “SUMMER SUN PRINCESS ’22”. It makes Watanabe cautious not to lose her own focus when they face off.

Last year Nao Kakuta fought Yuki Aino to a 7 minute draw. It is a result that Aino does not want to repeat because she is full of energy right now. She is also looking ahead because the winner of this will face either a monster like Yamashita, a scary person like Misao or the third option even scarier than her! Kakuta isn’t worried about that. She said she is determined to win no matter who her opponent is.

Yuka Sakazaki sees a lot of potential in Kaya Toribami and is looking forward to playing with her. Toribami knows she is in for a tough fight. Even if she can’t win she wants to have a good match to keep her spirits up.

After this weekend there is nothing for Rika Tatsumi to be afraid of anymore. Even though she lost the Princess Title match she thinks she made a super amount of progress coming out of it. It won’t be easy but she will spend the summer aiming to win the Princess Cup so she can get another Princess Title shot. Yuki Kamifuku hates competing in tournaments. But she is about to reach the 5th anniversary of her debut match this August and she wants to do her best for that reason.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 18/07/2022
Tokyo Ryogoku KFC Hall

1. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 2B: Winner Of Match 1C Vs Raku
2. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 2C: Winner Of Match 1E Vs Hikari Noa

The winner of Yamashita Vs Misao faces Raku in Round 2, the scariest one of all! Raku said no matter which of them she faces, she will confuse them to win. The match schedule for Round 2 is a little bit out of bracket order because Yamashita will be wrestling in America around the same time. TJPW made sure the 2nd Round match she can qualify for is not clashing with her travel schedule.

Hikari Noa takes on either Kiryu or Arai. Noa thinks every year is going to be her year to win the Princess Cup so she is getting impatient over not making it come true. Her motivation this time is the chance to face Sakazaki further down the bracket.

TOKYO JOSHI PRO “TOKYO PRINCESS CUP”, 23/07/2022
Shinjuku FACE

1. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 2A: Winner Of Match 1B Vs Mizuki
2. Tokyo Princess Cup – Round 2D: Winner Of Match 1G Vs Suzume

Although Mizuki no longer has the Tag Titles, she still has plenty of dreams she wants to achieve as a singles wrestler. The two time Princess Cup winner is excited by the idea of facing Nakajima so soon in their block of the playoff.

Suzume has two very different potential opponents. She has never wrestled Harajuku one on one before and won’t be able to predict what Harajuku can do to her. She also recognises how strong Miyamoto is becoming and thinks she will be a scary opponent for her. However the thought of fighting and beating even stronger opponents like Kamifuku or Tatsumi in the next round after is something Suzume really wants to do.

1. Tokyo Princess Cup – Final: X Vs X

Last year’s winner Maki Itoh will be in America during this time wrestling in GCW. That is why she is not entering the Princess Cup this year. Juria Nagano also could not enter the tournament because of a busy schedule.

Tokyo Princess Cup 2022

June 23, 2022

The 9th annual Tokyo Princess Cup will consist of 20 wrestlers competing in 5 rounds across 7 shows. Last year’s winner Maki Itoh will not be entering the tournament because she has a booking with GCW in America on the same day as the final. Itoh’s priority with Tokyo Joshi Pro right now is to wrestle on behalf of the company overseas. Juria Nagano will also not be entering the tournament due to a busy schedule. Miyu Yamashita is entering the tournament while she has an American booking scheduled for 23rd July. For that reason the match schedule for Round 2 will not be decided until the brackets are filled up. That way if Yamashita has a Round 2 match it will not clash with her Garden State Pro booking. The semi-final pairings will be determined by a lottery.

Red Corner: Shoko Nakajima, Rika Tatsumi, Mizuki, Yuki Kamifuku & Miu Watanabe

Blue Corner: Yuki Arai, Suzume, Moka Miyamoto, Arisu Endo & Haruna Neko

The format of today’s show was built around a 5 Vs 5 series of singles matches randomly determined by lottery. On one side was the “1998 Class” of Tokyo Joshi Pro, all featuring wrestlers born around the year 1998. The other team consisted of Shoko Nakajima and the four women entering the No. 1 Contender’s match for the Princess Of Princess Title at “CYBERFIGHT FESTIVAL 2022”. It was almost a clean sweep for the veteran team. Only Miu Watanabe was unable to win her match, instead fighting Suzume to a 10 minute draw in the main event.

Nakajima against Yuki Arai was the spotlight match of the series. Although Arai lost she understood she got valuable ring time against the champion. She knows she can work hard with her friends in the 1998 Class to get stronger and someday beat her seniors. Nakajima thinks Arai’s mindset coming out of the match should be “My training is paying off.”

The TJPW debut of Rhio saw the English wrestler defeat Yuki Aino with a Modified Neck Screw she calls the Dreaded End. After winning her first match here, Rhio is already calling out Maki Itoh for a shot at the International Princess Title. Hours later in America, Itoh successfully defended the title against Mia Yim at a Prestige Wrestling show so Rhio has to wait for her response.

A new CyberFight project called Yume Pro Wrestling -dream on the ring- will begin on 3rd June. Four untrained women with backgrounds in the entertainment industry will compete in a weekly Youtube show to become pro wrestlers. The four contestants were introduced at the start of the show. They are Wakana Uehara, Ema, Himari Manaka and Risako.

The Dreams Surrounding The Championships, Unbreakable Rhio Coming To TJPW

May 19, 2022

So how about Konosuke Takeshita and Maki Itoh on AEW Dynamite last night? Not bad, eh? Takeshita faced Hangman Page in a non-title barnburner of a match while Itoh was the “Joker” entry in the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament fighting against a previous ally Britt Baker. Both lost their matches unfortunately but their positions on the show was a great sign of the relationship between DDT/TJPW and AEW.

7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles Tournament – Final: Daisuke Sasaki, MJ Paul & KANON Vs Kazusada Higuchi, Yukio Sakaguchi & Hideki Okatani

A press conference was held today featuring CDK, MAO and Asuka to promote both of their upcoming title matches. First up is the KO-D Tag Team Titles match involving all four wrestlers. Asuka thinks she and MAO have a deeper bond together than CDK does. She thinks their high flying skills will fuse together and she is looking forward to becoming the first female KO-D Tag Champion. MAO describes his team with Asuka is a challenging adventure and he wants to help her achieve her goal because as a former tag champion he has a special attachment for those belts.

Masahiro Takanashi appreciates the gesture because he once teamed with Emi Sakura for a KO-D Tag Title match. However he thinks the title are still better off belonging to CDK. Chris Brookes had just watched Takeshita on AEW so he is currently feeling emotional. This show might be the first DDT show AEW fans will watch so Brookes feels the pressure. However he is confident the other three wrestlers will show these fans how great DDT is.

A big run has been happening for Masato Kamino lately. He defeated Isami Kodaka last month and was the sole survivor of the 6-Man Tag Elimination match on the last show. He is the latest challenger to step up to Ryota Nakatsu’s impressive Union MAX Title reign.

The obscure CCW Canadian Heavyweight Title is being defended again. Takumi Tsukamoto was just about the better man against Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi in the Elimination tag match but now Hiroshi has a score to settle with him over it.

The press conference continued with MAO and Takanashi talking about the DDT Universal Title match. This will be Takanashi’s first singles championship match since the Union MAX Title defence in February 2020 when he got injured. Since coming back he wrestled the new generation of DDT wrestlers. He wants to win the Universal Title so he can defend it against those same wrestlers as well as the younger members of the BASARA roster. He also mentioned Kazusada Higuchi and Kota Umeda as potential opponents. There is also one more wrestler he would really want to defend the Universal Title against but he won’t say who it is.

MAO’s history of matches against Takanashi were mostly in NωA Vs Shuten-dōji 6-Man Tags. The fact that he and Takanashi are about to headline Korakuen Hall is like a tribute for wrestlers like KUDO and Makoto Oishi. MAO has his own dream opponent for a title defence. He definitely wants to defend the Universal Title against Mike Bailey!

5. Princess Tag Team Titles Next Challenger Decision Match: Suzume & Arisu Endo defeated Yuki Arai & Moka Miyamoto when Suzume pinned Arai with the Ring A Bell (12:42).
6. Nodoka Tenma Graduation Match: Shoko Nakajima & Miyu Yamashita defeated Nodoka Tenma & Yuki Aino when Nakajima pinned Tenma with the Diving Senton (20:27).

Today Tokyo Joshi Pro bid farewell to Nodoka Tenma. Her final pro wrestling match was obviously the final time The Bakuretsu Sisters were teaming together too. They had to take on the top two wrestlers in TJPW Shoko Nakajima & Miyu Yamashita. Tenma extinguished her big moves but the Bakuretsu Bulldog and the Back Flip could not get her the win. Instead Nakajima gave Tenma the Northern Lights Suplex and Yamashita followed it with the Skull Kick. Tenma was on the verge of being counted out but Nakajima stopped the referee so she could give Tenma a hug. She then gave her a DDT and hit the Diving Senton to pin her.

After the match Nakajima told Tenma that when they walk the same path they are teammates but when they walk different paths at the same time they are friends. Yamashita told her to keep watching TJPW while she is working on her farm and in return she will visit her to see it someday. Tenma asked everyone to take care of Yuki Aino for her but Aino said she won’t be on her own here without her. Aino gets inspiration from watching Yamashita and Nakajima lead TJPW that she now wants to be the leader too. She challenged Nakajima for the Princess Of Princess Title on 9th April!

Tenma’s graduation ceremony was slightly delayed when Hyper Misao and Pom Harajuku took Tetsuya Koda hostage. Misao said she never gave her approval for Tenma to graduate and she threatened Koda’s life if Tenma won’t change her mind. Tenma simply thanked Koda. Misao had to accept her decision but convinced her to take everyone’s signature moves one by one for the last time. Even Sayuri Namba got involved in the beating against her will. It ended with the entire roster all piling on top of Tenma for one final three count on her. The proper ceremony then took place with everyone saying their goodbyes to Tenma. She gave a speech telling stories about her time with the roster, a supporter of her class who passed away during the Covid pandemic and also her late grandfather. She ended by saying she wants to live a life with no regrets and that her time here is something she will treasure for the rest of her life.

Arisuzu are the No. 1 Contenders for the Princess Tag Team Titles. They earned the title shot by beating MokaYuki when Suzume pinned Yuki Arai. The result is revenge for their previous match from the Max Heart Tournament. Arai is disappointed but still wants to aim for the titles with Moka Miyamoto as her tag partner. Suzume called The Magical Sugar Rabbits into the ring afterward and told them she wants to see the sparkling world that they see. Arisu Endo said they have grown a lot more than they think so they want to make the belts theirs. Yuka Sakazaki agrees the team has grown but also thinks they still have a long way to go. They will have to show more or else they will never become champions. Mizuki warned that their world is more than just sparkles. When you enter it you will see what lies ahead for Tokyo Joshi Pro!

5. Spirit Of Ganbare World Openweight Title: Tatsuhito Takaiwa (c) Vs Shinichiro Tominaga

This is the match order for Ganbare☆Pro’s show tomorrow. The main event might be the culmination of Shinichiro Tominaga’s entire pro wrestling career. The “amateur” pro wrestler has always supported Ganpro even though he was never a full blown member of the roster. But if he was to beat Tatsuhito Takaiwa it would be a massive victory for the home team.

The bad blood between Saki Akai and Maya Yukihi has all been washed away but they are still going to be fierce opponents even though Yukihi requested to team up with Akai. She also has to deal with Antonio Honda for the first time ever. At the time of writing, Honda is today the latest Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion.

Footage of Honda winning the Iron Man Title has appeared online. The champion Lingling somehow lost the title to an apple during the filming of a CyberFight talk show on ABEMA. She was challenged to crush the apple with her bare hand but she couldn’t do it. When she told the referee she gave up, he took her words literally and declared the apple as the new champion. Honda then walked in and fought the apple, narrowly pinning it after a close fight to take the title.
