DDT “DDT LIVE! MAJI MANJI SUPER ROJO PRO WRESTLING IN ABEMA TOWERS”, 29/03/2019
Tokyo Abema Towers

1. X Vs X

In 2017 DDT went to CyberAgent headquarters to cause some havoc with their Rojo Pro Wrestling show. Some time has passed and DDT is ready to create more havoc in the workplace, this time over in Abema Towers. The reason for this is because Danshoku Dieno once again wants to search for the CyberAgent president. The last time he did this his plot was to frame the president with a gay love scandal so the company stock would plummet. Dieno would then buy up the stock and rebuild the company in his own image.

Wrestlers advertised to appear on the show include Shiro Koshinaka, Sanshiro Takagi, Danshoku Dieno, Konosuke Takeshita, HARASHIMA, MAO, Isami Kodaka and Miyu Yamashita. Other guests include Tenshin Nasukawa, Kurochan and gravure idol Yuka Kuramochi.

The wrestlers who are not going to America next month for DDT’s show in New York have been given the book for their own show taking place in Shin-Kiba 1st RING on the same day. With Hisaya Imabayashi guiding them, the wrestlers have held regular meetings to put their card together. DDT management have been so impressed by the project so far that they are giving more chances for wrestlers to book their own matches on future shows.

DDT “SOUKEN HOLDINGS PRESENTS MAX BUMP 2019”, 28/04/2019
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. DDT Extreme Title: HARASHIMA (c) Vs Antonio Honda
2. KO-D Openweight Title: Konosuke Takeshita (c) Vs X

There are three definite KO-D Openweight Title matches on schedule for the next few months, no matter who the champion is. If Konosuke Takeshita can beat Jiro Kuroshio at the end of this month and survive any Right To Challenge cash ins, then his next defence will be on 28th April.

There is nothing more exciting in wrestling for Antonio Honda than fighting for the DDT Extreme Title. So when he had the chance to challenge HARASHIMA for the belt he wasted no time in taking it. That mean Honda entered the ring wearing only his shirts, underwear and socks. Now that’s commitment.

Hiroshi Yamato and Asuka will be on the show.

1. Falls Count Anywhere Match: Shinya Aoki defeated Keisuke Okuda with a Sleeper Hold inside the Cool Bath (3:51).

Over the last week Shinya Aoki and Keisuke Okuda have been arguing with each other over Twitter and agreed to have a Falls Count Anywhere Match at an outdoor sauna in Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. That area was chosen because Aoki was already planning to go there and Sanshiro Takagi liked the idea of a Sauna Pro Wrestling match. However one of the terms was to not advertise a date or time for the match to take place because the attention it would cause would only get in the way of the fight. On 23rd January, Okuda grabbed Daisuke Kiso and the DDT video crew then went to the Corona Winter Sauna to have the match with Aoki.

Okuda entered the sauna area and called for Aoki to come out and face him. Aoki popped his head out of his tent and told Okuda to wait a moment so he could put his gear on. When Aoki stepped out ready to fight, Okuda attacked him with a bucket and the match began.

Okuda applied a Choke to Aoki and dragged him out to the street where they traded Middle Kicks. Okuda knocked Aoki down near and fence and stepped on his face against it. Aoki got out and put Okuda in a Sleeper Hold until Okuda grabbed the fence. That counted as a rope break and Aoki had to let go.

Aoki dragged Okuda back into the sauna area where he held him underneath a cold shower. Aoki then pulled Okuda over to the cool bath where the water was 5 degrees cold. Aoki stepped in because he could handle it but Okuda fought to avoid it. Aoki threw Okuda into the cold water and tried to pin him but only got a two count. Aoki then applied a Sleeper Hold in the water and Okuda had to tap out. The cold eventually got to Aoki and he quickly went back into his sauna tent to relax after his victory.

*Chinsuke Nakamura becomes the 1,343rd champion.

A packed monorail train of 24 fans got to take a trip with DDT across the Chiba line. The Battle Royal began with Sanshiro Takagi, Hiroshi Yamato and Konosuke Takeshita duking it out as the monorail left Chiba Station. With slams prohibited for the safety of the monorail and everybody onboard, the wrestlers had to think up of other ways to fight. Takeshita quickly came up with the idea to hang off of the train handles to Dropkick his opponents without having to land on the floor.

When the monorail made its first stop at Chiba Park Station a salaryman walked on board reading a newspaper. It was Ippanjin Munenori Sawa! Takeshita attacked Sawa and purposely ripped the sleeve on Sawa’s suit jacket. Sawa however used one of the train handles to trap Takeshita in a Wristlock.

Akito & Yuki Iino entered the match at Sakusabe Station. Iino put Yamato in an Argentine Backbreaker while Akito traded Anklelocks with Sawa.

Chaos broke out when another man in a suit started attacking the wrestlers and acting lewd. It was Danshoku Dieno! The wrestlers were put into a linked chain of Headscissors for Dieno to do the Danshoku Nightmare along the entire monorail.

With no eliminations yet the car got even more packed when DISASTER BOX got on board at Anagawa Station. HARASHIMA, Toru Owashi & Yuki Ueno got caught up in Dieno’s shenanigans. It still continued when Takeshita hit Dieno with the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title belt. Dieno just fell into Iino and got his hands all over him even more.

ALL OUT were so focused on Dieno that they didn’t see DAMNATION coming on board at Dobotsukoen Station. Soma Takao, Tetsuya Endo & Nobuhiro Shimatani kicked every member of ALL OUT as well as Dieno out of the monorail and the doors closed on them, eliminating ALL OUT from the match!

Isami Kodaka was ready for a fight when the monorail reached Mitsuwadai Station. For a few moments we got the dream matchup of HARASHIMA Vs Kodaka inside a monorail. Meanwhile Ueno put Endo in a Cobra Twist.

Familiar music played at Tsuga Station for the entry of the one, the only, Chinsuke Nakamura! Kodaka hit Nakamura with a knee to the back of the head and pinned him for the quick elimination. YeahOh!

Gota Ihashi got on board at Sakuragi Station. The other wrestlers welcomed Ihashi by forming arches with their arms for Ihashi to walk through. The arches guided Ihashi to the door at the other end of the monorail. Kodaka and Endo then kicked him out before the door closed to eliminate him.

Chaos broke out again when everyone decided to gang up on Shimatani. Even Takao and Endo got involved even though Shimatani is on their side! Takagi and Sawa also clashed with each other during the melee.

The final entrant was Antonio Honda at Chishirodai Station. He immediately wanted to give up because he was standing out in the cold for so long. Yamato dropped his guard while listening to the story so Honda used Gongitsune to pinch him in the nipple.

The monorail was still at the Chishirodai Station so some of the wrestlers took the fight outside to the platform. Yamato, Owashi and Honda found a ladder then suddenly began singing a song from Galaxy Express 999. This lured DJ Nira out from the shadows to grab the ladder with the other three and join in with the song. Kodaka and Ueno jumped on top of the group and used the ladder to pin all of them at the same time for the three count.

Nearby Sawa hit Takao with the Shining Wizard and placed him on a table. Takagi climbed a ladder beside it and put Takao through the table with a Diving Body Press. That was enough for Takagi to eliminate him by pinfall.

The eliminations then came thick and fast on the platform. Endo did a Moonsault from the stairway railing onto Takagi and Sawa to pin both of them.

Kodaka then rolled up Endo with a School Boy to pin him with some extra help by HARASHIMA & Ueno.

Shimatani dashed from one end of the platform to the other yelling “I am Nobu!” Whatever he wanted to do didn’t happen because Ueno rolled him into a Cradle for the three count.

Kodaka went and found a tag team partner to face HARASHIMA & Ueno. It is the Chiba Monorail mascot Mono-chan! HARASHIMA was surprised to discover how easily Mono-chan overpowered him.

Kodaka tried to Brainbuster HARASHIMA down a flight of stairs but HARASHIMA reversed it! Kodaka tumbled down the steps while Ueno chased after him. When Kodaka reached the bottom it was an easy three count for Ueno.

So the match came down to HARASHIMA and Ueno as the final two. Ueno shook HARASHIMA’s hand but it was a trap to roll him into a pin. HARASHIMA got out of it and hit Ueno with a High Kick. He then hit the Somato to win the match!

The match was over but HARASHIMA was suddenly approached by an exhausted looking Takeshita. He ran the entire way from Dobotsukoen Station chasing after the monorail! Chinsuke Nakamura snuck up behind Takeshita and hit the Low Blow. Chinsuke then pinned Takeshita with a School Boy to become the new Iron Man Champion! Chinsuke ran off yelling “YeahOh!” HARASHIMA called today the best wrestling match on a type of transportation DDT has done yet.

1. Falls Count Anywhere 3 Way Tag Match: Kazusada Higuchi & Kota Umeda defeated Sanshiro Takagi & Yuki Iino and MAO & Mizuki Watase when pinned Watase with a Diving Body Press from the Ladder onto the Dream Go Wreckage (27:55).

For DDT’s return to the Handmade In Japan Fes in 2019, Sanshiro Takagi prepared something new and special for the occasion. He constructed the Dream Go, a giant figure made out of plastic cases to be used as a secret weapon at February’s Sumo Hall show. However it is only 80% complete and Takagi wanted to use today’s match at the festival to search for the remaining parts he needs. Unfortunately the Dream Go collapsed and broke apart into pieces when the crew tried to lift it off the stage.

When the match began, MAO & Mizuki Watase attacked Iino with a skateboard and mostly target his ass. Watase also encouraged some kids in the crowd to step forth and chop Iino in the ass. The match moved into the market where the wrestlers bumped into Makoto Oishi and Misaki Ohata. The couple were there as customers but Oishi joined in the fun of attacking wrestlers with skateboard while Ohata watched with a confused look on her face. The wrestlers then trapped each other in a line of Headscissors that Iino flipped over into a massive Crab Hold. Takagi escaped and purchased some items from the market stalls. MAO got angry when he found out Takagi was passing the bill on to DDT instead of paying for them with his own money. The wrestlers then went beer tasting. Takagi bought a bottle so he could hit MAO with it. Watase ended up getting drunk enough to yell at everyone for attention. That stopped when Iino tackled him from behind. MAO found a large sphere to do a Moonsault off of. Everyone went down except for Takagi who went missing.

Takagi was found back at the stage repairing the Dream Go. He placed Watase on a table below then with Iino threw the Dream Go at Watase! Watase rolled out of the way and the Dream Go hit the table and broke into pieces again. Iino Speared MAO and Kota Umeda into the remains. Watase was thrown onto the table again and had the cases placed on top of him. Kazusada Higuchi climbed the ladder and hit a Diving Body Press on Watase, crushing him through the table and beneath the Dream Go! Higuchi pinned Watase to win the match for himself and Umeda.

After the match Higuchi found out that the Handmade In Japan Fes is held twice a year with the second one taking place in the summer. He asked the event organiser if DDT can come back for it. The organiser said he will consider it.

1. Falls Count Anywhere Throws Prohibited Battle Royal: Sanshiro Takagi Vs HARASHIMA Vs Konosuke Takeshita Vs Hiroshi Yamato Vs Shinya Aoki Vs X

Back in April 2017 DDT held a Battle Royal inside of a moving train circling around Nakano. Next month they will be trying the experiment again this time on a Chiba City Monorail. The plan is for two wrestlers to begin the match inside the monorail at 7 pm. A new wrestler enters the match at every stop on the journey. The monorail cars are attached below the track and can be held quite a distance above ground so all moves that involve throws, slams and downward shocks are prohibited for the safety of absolutely everything. DDT accepts that most of the match will have to consist of strikes, grapples and submission moves because of this. The seating capacity of the monorail is 24 people so only 24 tickets will be put on sale.

Hiroshi Yamato is one of the guest wrestlers taking part in the match. He promotes and wrestles regularly around Chiba ever since going freelance last April. Earlier this year he heard the monorail company was looking for an event so he came up with this idea and wanted DDT to get involved because of the success of their train match. Sanshiro Takagi is excited by the opportunity. He convinced Shinya Aoki to enter the match because the restricted rules will favour his fighting style.

DDT brought along two Mat Pro Wrestling matches to this year’s Tokyo Ramen Show. Unlike the usual Street Wrestling matches, today’s bouts kept themselves within their boundaries next to the stage. After all, today’s priority was promoting the DDT’s ramen restaurants, not to cause chaos for the rest of the festival. Konosuke Takeshita said that a person who eats nothing but ramen everyday is not suitable to be in a super body unit like ALL OUT. They were here today to get rid of ramen and replace it with pasta. Akito disagreed and teamed with Kazusada Higuchi & Mizuki Watase to defend ramen’s honour. After Akito pinned Shunma Katsumata with the Kinniku Buster, Takeshita couldn’t understand how his team could lose to a bunch of ramen eaters. Akito told him his team lost simply because they don’t eat ramen everyday! Ramen is power food with high calories and high protein! ALL OUT must eat more ramen if they want to power up!

1. Falls Count Anywhere 4 Way Match: Sanshiro Takagi defeated Akito, Yumehito Imanari and Yuto Shimohigashi when Takagi pinned Imanari with a Diving Body Press onto a Table (38:30).

The DDT family is all over the place today with matches and shows being held in Tokyo, Osaka and Shiga. One of the matches in Araki, Shinjuku was a Rojo Wrestling event with Sanshiro Takagi, Akito and Yumehito Imanari taking part in a 4 Way Match. The fourth participant is Yuto Shimohigashi, the owner of the “LIEN” bar located in the neighborhood and a recent newcomer to pro wrestling. There was one more special guest involved. Former DNA wrestler Suguru Miyatake worked as the referee for the match.

The match began on a blue mat but everyone quickly moved over to the lower east part of the street when Takagi spotted Banri Kaieda from the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan hanging around. Akito held the other wrestlers and invited Kaieda to chop them, which he did.

Everyone moved into an alley where Akito and Takagi put Shimohigashi and Imanari in Scorpion Deathlocks next to the vending machines. They saw that the LIEN bar was nearby and started singing karaoke outside it.

Akito then decided he wanted to go bowling. He grabbed a bowling ball and rolled it into the other three on the ground.

Akito continued his rampage by crashing a bike into Takagi.

When everyone fought their way back to Araki Park, they came across kickboxer Tyson Maeguchi. He was encouraged to kick the wrestlers in front of him. Takagi and Akito fought back. Takagi gave Maeguchi a Body Slam and Akito Suplexed him.

Imanari brought a chair into the match but Akito took it off him and hit Shimohigashi over the head with it. He then gave Shimohigashi the Hanamasa onto the chair but Takagi broke the pin.

Takagi brought a ladder out and placed Imanari on a table. Takagi jumped off the ladder and put Imanari through the table with a Diving Body Press for the three count.

Takagi thanked everyone for their involvement in today’s match given how sudden it was to set up. The local organisers told Takagi they would like to do this again next year.
