1. Washi Sakurai Trial Single Match: Yuma 24 defeated Washi Sakurai with the Takizawa Package (10:03).
2. Ganpro Send-Off Match – Yuna Manase Road To Tag Champion: Ken Ohka & Yuna Mizumori defeated Shinichiro Tominaga & Yuna Manase when Ohka pinned Tominaga with the Flame Spear (7:32).
3. Ganpro Special Tag Match: Keisuke Ishii & Shota defeated Shuichiro Katsumura & Yumehito Imanari when Shota pinned Imanari with the Gannosuke Clutch (14:32).
4. The Young General Will Avenge The General’s Death! Special Single Match: Ikuto Hidaka defeated Kouki Iwasaki with the Stray Dog High Kick (19:45).
5. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Asuka (c) defeated Moeka Haruhi with the Modified Capture Buster (16:15).
*V2 for Asuka.

Asuka praised Moeka Haruhi for giving her a tough challenge today. She wants the two of them to get along within Ganbare☆Pro and create exciting matches together. Haruhi shook her hand and said it doesn’t matter that they’re both freelancers. All the women here are Ganbare☆Joshi! Asuka agreed and told the audience there is one Ganpro show left on the schedule this year. However she will continue to be on Ganpro shows throughout 2021 to increase the value of the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title.

Backstage after the show, Shota approached Asuka and congratulated her for a good match. He said he was supposed to visit Mexico for an expedition this year but he had to cancel those plans. The only other goal he made for 2020 was become the Independent Jr. Champion. Since there is only one Ganpro show left in 2020 he wants a title shot on 26th December. Asuka wasn’t interested. Shota then said who knows what will happen to the world after December? Fortunes could change for anybody. Also Shota whispered to Asuka that she has beaten him before so it would be an easy defence. Asuka changed her mind and accepted the challenge.

Ikuto Hidaka is still undefeated in Ganpro after his win over Kouki Iwasaki. The High Kick combo that ended with the Stray Dog High Kick was too much for Iwasaki to handle.

Shota showed off his KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Title belt to the crowd after his match. He pinned Yumehito Imanari with the Gannosuke Clutch after a missed Clothesline from Shuichiro Katsumura hit Imanari by mistake. Shota talked about winning the championship with a team of wrestlers all representing Young Communication. Another wrestler from that generation is his tag partner for today Keisuke Ishii. He told Ishii that Young Communication will be holding a special reunion show on 16th January and it would not be possible to do it without Ishii being there. Ishii told him he is free that day so he will be there.

Ken Ohka gave words of encouragement to Yuna Manase and Yuna Mizumori after their match. He didn’t know the match was a send-off for them but could see the passion they displayed. He said Ganpro has climbed up out of the basement floor and now feels like a hot spring. He told W☆YUNA to go carry the soul of Ganpro when they enter tomorrow’s tag tournament in Actwres girl’Z. If W☆YUNA become champions then Ohka and Shinichiro Tominaga will have a match against them when they come back! Manase thanked Ohka for the speech but would have preferred if she got the pin in her own send-off match. The point was for her to win and get momentum! Still, she will be sure to win the tournament with Mizumori.

In a last minute change, Yasu Urano was unable to compete due to poor physical condition. Taking his place was Yuma 24, previously just known as Yuma from K-DOJO. He wore a flashy jacket during his entrance and was accompanied to the ring by Shota. He seemed to care more about showing off than trying to win which meant Washi Sakurai had a more even fight than expected. At one point Yuma did the People’s Elbow with some robot dancing mixed in. Sakurai tried fighting back but Yuma got him pinned with the Takizawa Package to win.

HARUKAZE greeted the fans before the show. She wanted to do a magic trick to make up for not being able to wrestle today but gave up because the trick was too small for the entire audience to see. She then announced the show was starting but was told by the other wrestlers she was too early.

2. Bonus Track: DJ Nira defeated Danshoku Dieno with Yamata no Orochi (12:26).

Remember that dress rehearsal from September? Well plans change. That entire show went so well that it cannot possibly be repeated with the same results. So Muscle Sakai had to come up with something else for today’s performance. The goal of Muscle is to merge together the worlds of reality, mange and pro wrestling. For example, manga panels of Sakai coming up with a new script was shown on the screen. Then The Finisher Boys appeared in the ring all representing different elements of Boys Love manga. Konosuke Takeshita represented hugging from behind, Yuki Ueno represented kissing, Akito represented choke play, Shunma Katsumata represented head petting and Kazuki Hirata represented the missionary position.

The line between reality and manga was blurred even further when The Steel Chair Boys (Kazusada Higuchi, Mizuki Watase, Choun-Shiryu, Shota & new member MAO) showed up for their own dance number. The only way to decide what is reality was for the two sides to use the Go To Reincarnation Campaign!

The Finisher Boys (minus Hirata) went to a DDT (Domestic Dotacan Team) tryout with Poison Hayashi, Jaya Tokubayashi (Hisaya Imabayashi), Super Systema Power (South River Minamikawa) and Camera☆Imanari (Yumehito Imanari) all observing their performances. After an exhibition match, the big president Shichihashiro Nayagi (Yukio Naya) walked in with Vice President Yuki (Yuki The Rock) by his side. Only two trainees would be hired but all four were so good that Nayagi decided to hire them all.

The next scene took place in a bar. We find out that Nobuhiko Sunada (Danshoku Dieno) and Kazuo Nirayamazaki (DJ Nira) were both fired in order to fit The Finisher Boys onto the DDT roster. They complained about the current style of DDT because they have wrestlers who use magic spells and computer programs in their matches. VP Yuki overheard them and agreed with the complaints. He also thinks DDT’s wrestling is strange. Why do the wrestlers bounce off the ropes? Why do they let opponents do moves on them? Why does a pinfall need to be a 3 count to win? He has an idea for a new promotion to beat DDT. It is called Uki Double F International! Or Uki-Inter for short. He already has sponsors, celebrity endorsements and wrestlers from DDT willing to jump ship. With Sunada and Nirayamazaki by his side they can rule pro wrestling! They get into a business alliance with The Folding Chair Boys who need the income because the Coronavirus was cutting into their finances.

Uki-Inter and The Folding Chair Boys launch their attack on DDT, crashing the main event of “NEVER MIND 2020”. The match becomes a 4 Vs 4 inter-promotional war. Uki-Inter gets the upper hand until Tetsuya Endo came down for his one contractual run in per Muscle show. He could have fought off the invaders by himself but he told The Finisher Boys it is their duty as DDT trainees to defend their seniors from the enemy. Endo left and both sides agreed to a way that would settle their confrontation.

The match will now be a 2.9 QUINTET survival contest! Both teams get five fighters and they will have 1 Vs 1 elimination grappling matches until one team is left standing. The matches took place in a ring with no ropes attached with Shinya Aoki on commentary. One by one the matches happened and in the end Uki-Inter won with two fighters left to spare.

The story was over and Muscle Sakai came out to give a closing speech. He explained that it’s been difficult for fans to express themselves at shows during the epidemic because they cannot cheer or boo for safety reasons. So he wanted to dedicate 10 minutes for the audience to tweet about the show and the wrestlers would vanity search them. Meanwhile Danshoku Dieno and DJ Nira would wrestle a match to pass the time. When the match ended and everyone finished retweeting the fans, Sakai announced that “HIRAGANA MUSCLE 4” will take place Spring 2021.

2. Popularity Death Match: Danshoku Dieno Vs Sanshiro Takagi ended in a No Contest (8:00).
3. Konosuke Takeshita & Jiro Kuroshio defeated Akito & Shunma Katsumata when Takeshita pinned Katsumata with the Exaggerated School Boy (13:56).
4. Junretsu Vs DISASTER BOX!: HARASHIMA, Yuki Ueno & Kazuki Hirata defeated Jun Akiyama, Makoto Oishi & Hideki Okatani when Hirata pinned Okatani with the One Shot Miracle Cradle (9:54).
5. DDT UNIVERSAL Title: Chris Brookes (c) defeated Naomi Yoshimura with the Modified Octopus Stretch (13:45).
*V2 for Chris Brookes.

The return of DDT TV SHOW saw the show inside a new studio without an audience. Chris Brookes headlined the show beating Naomi Yoshimura in his second DDT UNIVERSAL Title defence. It was his focus on the Octopus Stretch that wore Yoshimura down until Brookes could latch it on even further to make the challenger give up. Brookes wouldn’t let go until Yuki Ueno pulled them apart.

Afterwards Brookes said Yoshimura was lucky to pin him at Korakuen Hall last month and he is too weak to become the UNIVERSAL Champion. Brookes then said Ueno never pinned Brookes at the Korakuen match so Ueno must be even weaker than Yoshimura. If he wants to prove him wrong then he should come and try to take the title from him. Ueno spoke to Brookes in English and said Yoshimura is not weak. He then told Hisaya Imabayashi that he wants to challenge Brookes for the title to shut his foul mouth. Imabayashi accepted and made the match for “ULTIMATE PARTY 2020”! Brookes and Ueno shook hands but Brookes then put Ueno in the Octopus Stretch.

Oh boy, now Jun Akiyama gets to deal with Kazuki Hirata. The Hirata GO! glasses came out and Hirata was going to show his style of wrestling to Akiyama. Makoto Oishi blocked him and said Hirata is 100 years away from ever getting to dance in front of Akiyama. However, Akiyama stepped in and allowed Hirata to wear the glasses. Hirata declared that pro wrestling is dance, he started dancing and Akiyama hit him with a Running Knee. But Hirata got the last laugh by pinning Hideki Okatani to get the win for DISASTER BOX.

The last time Jiro Kuroshio was in DDT, he was throwing Shunma Katsumata over a railing into a pool of water. Katsumata never forgave him for that and wanted revenge! He chased Kuroshio up the studio stairs and when they reached the railing, Kuroshio tried to throw Katsumata over it again! Thankfully he came to his senses and the two of them returned to the ring to start the match. Konosuke Takeshita used an overpowered School Boy lift and slam to pin Katsumata.

Takeshita spoke to Kuroshio after the match and joked about they already had their final singles and tag matches together. Kuroshio is like the scam shop that is always running a “Closing Down” sale. But if Kuroshio really is going to live overseas soon, then he will do so as a member of ALL OUT. In fact, Kuroshio is getting his own branch of the unit called ALL OUT Takenotsuka. Kuroshio said it is always fun to mess around with Takeshita in a DDT ring. He never belonged to DDT but he is grateful to wrestle in it.

The Popularity Death Match allowed anyone who admires Sanshiro Takagi or Danshoku Dieno to interfere in the match. Keigo Nakamura appeared in Takagi’s corner but it was a trick and he was really on Dieno’s side. Takagi had paid Nakamura 50 yen to support him but Dieno outbid him with 500 yen. Luckily for Takagi, the cameraman Yumehito Imanari decided to help him even the numbers. That fell apart and Imanari sided with Dieno to make it 3 on 1. Takagi called for help but nobody came. Takagi then promised to double the salary of anyone who helped him so Hisaya Imabayashi and Inoue Mic came to the rescue. Dieno gave Takagi the Danshoku Driver but Takagi flicked 10,000 yen over to Yukinori Matsui so he wouldn’t count the pin. Daisuke Kiso ran in to count but Matsui Elbow Dropped him. The two referees started fighting each other and chaos broke out. Akito had to stop the match since he was the only one with authority in the room who had not lost his mind.

Akito asked everyone what are they doing to the sacred pro wrestling? Nobody was showing any desire in the ring, they were just doing things for money. He ordered all of them to go back to their normal roles. Everyone left until Akito told Dieno to stay. He wanted to know if Dieno is really okay with his recent work or if he is past his best. Akito had always wanted to fight Dieno in his prime, it was why he became a pro wrestler. Only he and Dieno can wrestle against each other in a way that no one else can. They wrestled in Shin-Kiba 1st RING and Korakuen Hall before. Now Akito wants to wrestle Dieno at a bigger stage like Ota Ward Gymnasium. Dieno accepted Akito’s challenge at “ULTIMATE PARTY 2020”! by grabbing Akito’s crotch. Akito grabbed Dieno’s crotch in agreement.

The show opened up with Kazusada Higuchi versus Yukio Naya in a heavyweight showdown. Higuchi shrugged off Naya’s Lariat and knocked him down with one of his own. Naya kicked out of a Power Slam but another Lariat from Higuchi ended the match.

4. THE HALFEE Vs A Beautiful Woman, A Beautiful Man & A Pervert – GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Katsuzaki Shunosuke, Moehiko Harumisawa & Washi Sakurai (c) defeated Asuka, Hagane Shinno & Shinichiro Tominaga when Harumisawa pinned Tominaga with the Chaka Chaka (10:49).
*V1 for THE HALFEE.
5. Engraved In The Man You Admire, The Fight Of Ganpro! Special Single Match: Ikuto Hidaka defeated Ken Ohka with the Stray Dog High Kick (13:14).
6. A Burning Bond Or A Bond Thicker Than Blood!: Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie defeated Shinjiro Otani & Yumehito Imanari when Ishii pinned Imanari with the Kneel Kick (27:31).

At the beginning of the show, Ken Ohka told the audience that when he was growing up in the countryside, he could only go see live pro wrestling once a year. He couldn’t wait for pro wrestling to come to his town because of this. For Ganbare☆Pro the promotion had to wait TWO years before they ran Korakuen Hall again. Today’s big show in the venue is not the destination for Ganpro, it is only the beginning. The aftermath will create momentum needed for Ganpro to run Korakuen again next year and the year after that.

In the main event Yumehito Imanari teamed with Shinjiro Otani. This was a partnership born from Imanari wrestling in ZERO1 over the last few months. This bond was on show when Otani and Imanari entered together with Imanari wearing a jacket Otani had made for him. Otani had faith in Imanari’s efforts against Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie, going so far that he wouldn’t tag in when he felt Imanari could still fight. When Otani did get involved, he was prepared for Irie in particular. Both agreed it’s been a long time since they last fought and then they went straight into Elbow Smashing each other. When Otani did his trademark Facewash on Ishii, Imanari grabbed Irie on the floor and held him in place for Otani to boot instead of Ishii. Imanari used the Death Valley Bomb and the Chubby Knee Kick on Ishii but only got a two count. His momentum was cut off with the Beast Bomber from Irie. Ishii got a nearfall with a Tiger Suplex and was almost pinned himself when Imanari countered a second Tiger Suplex into a Samson Clutch. But the end came when Ishii hit the Kneel Kick and Imanari was pinned. Both team received a year’s supply of Coroblock from the show sponsor.

Irie and Otani faced off after the match. Imanari tried to step in but Irie knocked him down and left the ring with Ishii. Otani gave encouragement to Imanari. No matter how much he struggled today he never gave up and the fans appreciate that. Those in the audience who saw Imanari get back up again and again will be inspired to do their best tomorrow. That is what pro wrestlers are capable of, to send their energy to the fans. Otani is proud of Imanari today and he will learn that the one who keeps losing will eventually win in the end. Imanari thanked Otani for the speech and thanked the fans for coming to see the show while the Coronavirus is around. He will treat wrestling like a marathon and run towards his goal.

Ohka’s attempt to surpass Ikuto Hidaka ended in defeat. It was the High Kicks that brought down Ohka and he fell to one too many. Hidaka asked the fans if the Ohka they saw today is the one they want to see? They all applauded positively. Ohka is 43 and Hidaka is 48 but age is just a number. Ohka said he will never quit even if he is 60 or 70 years old. He won’t leave the ring until he defeats Hidaka! When Ohka left, Hidaka admitted he liked what he heard so he will continue to fight in Ganpro! Next time he promises to get Ohka in the Shawn Capture.

THE HALFEE achieved their goal of defending the GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles in Korakuen Hall. It was a close call and they got over it thanks to a missed Moonsault from Shinichiro Tominaga. While he scrambled to recover, Katsuzaki Shunosuke hit him with a Jumping High Kick and Moehiko Harumisawa rolled him over with the Chaka Chaka (Bridging Backslide Pin) to get the three count. Harumisawa was so pleased to win against a team of wrestlers associated with the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title that she now wants to challenge for that championship. She asked Asuka for a title shot at the next Ganpro show. Asuka said Tominaga lost today’s match, not her. However she accepts the challenge from Moeka Haruhi for 23rd Nevember.

It took the Running Three from Takumi Iroha to put Yuna Manase away. There was a show of respect afterwards when Iroha formed the letter S with her hands and Manase did the same in response. Backstage Iroha told Manase to carry Ganpro on her back like she does with Marvelous. That way they can carry each other and improve together.

The team of Chris Brookes & Yuna Mizumori came here today representing ChocoPro and even carried that promotion’s entrance curtain to the ring with them. They went on to beat Shota & HARUKAZE. Brookes set the finish up with a Vertical Drop Brainbuster and Mizumori finished the job with the Mushakaeshi.

Kota Umeda returned and it’s good to see he still has a chip on his shoulder. He slapped away Kouki Iwasaki’s handshake offer after their match. As for Iwasaki, he said his next target is Ikuto Hidaka!

3. GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Katsuzaki Shunosuke, Moehiko Harumisawa & Washi Sakurai defeated Ken Ohka, Yumehito Imanari & Miss Mongol (c) when Shunosuke pinned Imanari with the PK (17:05).

4. Ganpro Type Tag Match Style Single Match: Ikuto Hidaka (w/ Minoru Fujita) defeated Shota (w/ Hagane Shinno) with the Shawn Capture (12:02).
5. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Asuka (c) defeated Shinichiro Tominaga with the Moonsault Press (17:03).
*V1 for Asuka.

Asuka gained new found respect for Shinichiro Tominaga after their match. She thought he was just a salaryman with low monthly wages who couldn’t do anything. But today Tominaga showed her the true strength of the salaryman! After they shook hands, Asuka told the fans that she is now a Triple Crown champion because she currently holds the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title, the WWWD World Title from Diana and she also found her KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Title belt at her home recently. She wants to win more championships so she is now targeting the GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles! The new champions THE HALFEE came out and told Asuka she’ll need to find two partners to challenge them. Asuka said Hagane Shinno is on her team. That was news to him. She also picks Tominaga as her other partner and decided the title match will happen at Korakuen Hall on 6th October. Katsuzaki Shunosuke (Shuichiro Katsumura) admitted he wanted to be in a singles match at Korakuen but since the challenge is coming from a champion he will accept it.

Shinno was in the building because Shota wanted him in his corner for his match against Ikuto Hidaka. Hidaka had Minoru Fujita seconding him and the match allowed tags even though it was a singles match. Yasu Urano was also in Hidaka’s corner but he played no part in the match. To make things even more confusing, Hidaka and Fujita had trouble getting along so Hidaka had to wrestle the match 1 against 2 at points. He was still able to win and everyone got along in the end.

Hidaka was challenged by Ken Ohka to a match at Korakuen. He has a great admiration for Hidaka going back to watching his matches in Battlarts. Hidaka was flattered but not feeling the idea. When he had his first match in Ganbare☆Pro last month he told everyone his age is just a number and he pushed himself to be the best he could be. Meanwhile Ohka lost to Tominaga at the same show. Isn’t Ganpro supposed to be Ohka’s promotion? It doesn’t feel like it. The two argued until Fujita came out. He understands the feelings both wrestlers have which to him means it makes sense for them to fight. He made the decision that Ohka Vs Hidaka will happen at Korakuen.

THE HALFEE defeated Ganpocha-gun to become the new GWC 6-Man Tag Team Champions. When they celebrated, Shunosuke said there are four members of THE HALFEE and he pointed to Shunma Katsumata standing over in the lobby. Moehiko Harumisawa (Moeka Haruhi) said now they got the belts, the next stage is defending them at Korakuen Hall. Washi Sakurai thanked the fans for supporting him.

Yuna Manase is working hard to prepare for her match with Takumi Iroha. Being in the ring against Keisuke Ishii helped her. She claimed to have learned the Lariat from watching Ishii do Lariat Pro matches so she used the move on him. She wants to throw stronger Lariats that she can use against Iroha.

4. STREET FIGHT CLUB Special Match ~Royal Traditions Match~: Jun Akiyama defeated Yukio Naya with the Exploder Suplex (12:04).
5. Street Fight Scramble Bunkhouse 6-Man Tag Death Match: Atsushi Onita, Yuko Miyamoto & Rocky Kawamura defeated Takashi Sugiura, NOSAWA Rongai & Kaz Hayashi when Onita pinned Rongai with a Chair Attack (15:49).

Normally in a Scramble Bunkhouse, both teams stand in opposite sides of the room, wait for a countdown and then charge down to the ring to grab the weapons first. Atsushi Onita’s team didn’t have the patience for that and he attacked Takashi Sugiura during Sugiura-gun’s entrance. Chairs were whacked over heads, people were thrown into barbed wire boards and NOSAWA Rongai smashed a guitar over Onita’s head. Yuko Miyamoto and Kaz Hayashi briefly brought some athleticism into the match but other than that it was a brawl. Rocky Kawamura got some punches in on Sugiura. In the end, Onita hit NOSAWA with chairshots until NOSAWA couldn’t get back up. After the match, Onita said he might have broken some ribs so he couldn’t do his usual Onita Theatre ending where he spits water into the crowd. That’s the reason along with the Coronavirus. Onita assured everyone he tested negative before the show but he wouldn’t risk passing along the virus that way.

Jun Akiyama was surprised to see the rest of Junretsu standing in Yukio Naya’s corner for their match. Makoto Oishi explained to him it was only for today. Naya got a nearfall with a Running Kneelift. Akiyama hit his own one then lowered his kneepad down before doing it again. Naya was able to kick out but he was done for after the Exploder Suplex.

An electric shaver came into play for Match #3. El Lindaman bought it before the show but it went missing. Seigo Tachibana revealed he snuck into the locker room and stole it from Lindaman’s bag. They demanded the match be made No DQ and threatened to shave each other’s heads. T-Hawk and Jiro Kuroshio did the same when they faced off. Lindaman grabbed the shaver and chased after Yukinori Matsui until the ref gave him a Lariat. Tachibana went to give Lindaman a Back Drop but Tachibana escaped by shaving a straight line through the middle of Tachibana’s hair! When Tachibana figured out what happened he was left in a shocked state. It was easy pickings for Lindaman to pin him with the German Suplex. He shaved off more of Tachibana’s hair after the match.

Chris Brookes created a new double team move called the Holy Diver. It involves picking up Miyako Matsumoto and Crucifix Power Bombing her onto the opponent through a plastic box. They tried it on Yuna Manase but Manase rolled out of the way and Matsumoto crashed through the box on her own. She still had enough fight left to counter the Suzuki Dynamic into a Roll Up but Manase hit the move on the second attempt to win. After the match Yumehito Imanari called Brookes and Matsumoto crazy. He wants both Gake no Fuchi Joshi and Pocchari Joshi to show the world how crazy they are.

The debut of Mecha Pandita shows the robot has plenty of kinks that need to be worked out. Controlled by Onita from the locker room, Pandita tried locking up when Shunma Katsumata was nowhere near it. When Pandita was able to attack properly, Katsumata placed it outside the ring and hoped it would get counted out. Pandita got back in on time and took over. It missed a 450 Splash allowing Katsumata to Body Slam it despite being a heavy robot. Katsumata grabbed a cold spray and climbed the top rope, expecting Pandita to follow him. His guess was right and Katsumata froze Pandita with the cold spray, causing it to fall down to the canvas. Katsumata landed a Diving Body Press and got the three count. Backstage Katsumata said the next time he fights Pandita he will destroy it. And someday he will fight Onita too!

Daisuke Kiso was officiating some of the matches so he is safely out of self-isolation.

There is no timetable on when he can wrestle again yet so he cannot be involved in the DISASTER BOX Vs DAMNATION series of matches taking place throughout September.

6. DDT UNIVERSAL Title – No DQ Match: Chris Brookes (c) Vs Drew Parker

It is Chris Brookes’ 29th birthday today and his best friend Drew Parker got him a Studio Ghibli mug for his present. However Brookes isn’t letting their friendship get in the way of their No DQ Match so he smashed the mug to pieces! They are about to have an important match for the DDT UNIVERSAL Title. It’s more important than their 6 or 7 years of friendship. Parker thinks success in Japan has gone to Brookes’ head.

Tetsuya Endo will announced his official opponent for “ULTIMATE PARTY 2020” on this show. More on this below but he has several candidates in mind. They’re probably all gravure models. If that doesn’t work he is also open to anybody he hasn’t considered yet to make their case.

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “HONJITSU WA SEITEN NARI 2020”, 12/09/2020
Tokyo Itabashi Green Hall

1. POWER OF DREAM Vs Shawn Capture: Kouki Iwasaki Vs Ikuto Hidaka
2. GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Ken Ohka, Yumehito Imanari & Miss Mongol (c) Vs Katsuzaki Shunosuke, Moehiko Harumisawa & Washi Sakurai
3. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Asuka (c) Vs Shinichiro Tominaga

The Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title has been saved. The hard work begins now for the new champion Asuka because she already has somebody targeting her. Shinichiro Tominaga is the first challenger and his goal is to be the first Amateur pro wrestler (as in college club wrestling, not actual amateur wrestling) to win the Indy Jr. Title. He’s not afraid to attack from behind or cheap shot his way to victory either, as shown by his win over Ken Ohka and what he did to Asuka after challenging her.

The GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles were last defended in February when THE HALFEE were a newly formed trio challenging for the titles. Ganpocha-gun defeated them and done nothing with the belts since then. A lot has changed since then and Moeka Haruhi wants her team to get another title shot. If THE HALFEE wins this time then they aim to defend the titles at Korakuen Hall in October.

Kouki Iwasaki and Ikuto Hidaka got into a fight after their tag match on the last show. The singles match is the obvious solution to this.

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “BAD COMMUNICATION 2020”, 06/10/2020
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Ganpro Young General Vs Mad Dog Who Came Back!: Kouki Iwasaki Vs Kota Umeda
2. The Fate Of The Stars You Can Meet In Ganpro!: Yuna Manase Vs Takumi Iroha
3. A Burning Bond Or A Bond Thicker Than Blood!: Shinjiro Otani & Yumehito Imanari Vs Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie

Ganbare☆Wrestling returns to Korakuen Hall to hold their third show in the building. Yumehito Imanari’s current infatuation with ZERO1 results in Shinjiro Otani returning to Ganpro after his match with Imanari last November. This time they’re teaming up against two thirds of the former Team Dream Futures. It looks like Keisuke Ishii is in a slump after losing the Indy World Jr. Title. Shigehiro Irie’s Ganpro appearances have all been him coming and going at his own leisure.

Months ago Yuna Manase tweeted a picture of Takumi Iroha making an entrance, commenting on how cool she looks. Fast forward to now and she will get to wrestle her! They’ve had one singles match against each other and a tag match teaming together over in Stardom but they were way back in 2014. Things are way different with both of them nowadays.

Kota Umeda emerges from the shadows again. He was last seen wrestling in BASARA back in January. He has a lot of history with Kouki Iwasaki when they were in DNA together so it will be fun to see the sparks fly when they fight each other again.

DDT “ULTIMATE PARTY 2020”, 03/11/2020
Tokyo Ota Ward Gymnasium

1. Special Tag Match: HarahiMarafuji Vs CimaSoma: HARASHIMA & Naomichi Marufuji Vs CIMA & Soma Takao
2. Special Single Match: Jun Akiyama Vs Konosuke Takeshita
3. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) Vs X

Here is the update to Endo picking Kenny Omega as his next KO-D Openweight Title defence. Omega is unable to enter Japan while the Coronavirus pandemic is happening so the match will not take place at “ULTIMATE PARTY 2020”. When Omega is able to travel to Japan again, that is when Endo Vs Omega will happen in DDT. Until then, Endo has to pick another wrestler to defend the KO-D Title against at Ota Ward Gymnasium in November. As already mentioned above, Endo will pick his opponent on 7th September.

Omega sent a video to Endo responding to the challenge. Omega said Endo is not on the same level as him no matter how much Endo models himself after Omega. He sees that Endo is the top superstar in DDT who got everything he wanted. But Omega has conquered wrestling all over the world. When he goes back to DDT he will be Endo’s teacher again and will give Endo a lesson he will never forget. He will spank Endo until he cries to Konosuke Takeshita, HARASHIMA, Sanshiro Takagi and Yukinori Matsui for help. And when Omega wins the KO-D Title, the fans will thank him for saving DDT from Endo.

Endo gave his response after watching the video. He said Omega hasn’t changed since anything since the time they lived in the same dormitory. Omega’s story isn’t interesting. If he can’t got to Japan then maybe Endo will go to America and quarantine himself for two weeks to make the match happen.

1. Ganpro Vs FREEDOMS All Out Battle!: Tomoya Hirata defeated Washi Sakurai with the German Suplex (9:14).
2. 6 Men And Women Summer Story! Special Mixed 3 Way Tag Match: Shunma Katsumata & Moeka Haruhi defeated Yumehito Imanari & Yuna Manase and Shota & HARUKAZE when Haruhi pinned Shota with a Cradle (10:54).
3. First Single! Toyama’s Strongest Decisive Match!: Shinichiro Tominaga defeated Ken Ohka with the JK (12:26).
4. Teacher & Student Tag Vs Aikata Tag: Ikuto Hidaka & Minoru Fujita defeated Keisuke Ishii & Kouki Iwasaki when Hidaka pinned Ishii with the Iwami Ginzan (14:30).
5. Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Asuka defeated Hagane Shinno (c) with the Modified Capture Buster (16:17).
*Hagane Shinno fails in V1. Asuka becomes the 31st Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Champion!

She did it! Asuka achieved her goal of becoming the youngest person to ever win the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title. She showed confidence at the beginning, sitting on the top turnbuckle so she was looking down on Hagane Shinno. The positions were reversed during the match when Shinno sat on the turnbuckle the same way before hitting a Diving Cross Body. Asuka had counters for Shinno’s late offence with a Kneel Kick and German Suplexes. Shinno kicked out of the Moonsault so it took Asuka pulling out the Capture Buster to beat him.

Asuka’s title win means the belt will not be sealed. She didn’t think she would beat Shinno today so she didn’t have a victory speech planned. She thanked Shinno and said he has a cool personality. So much happened to Asuka during the first half of the year. Her best friend died and she couldn’t travel to wrestle overseas. She was left wondering if she should end her pro wrestling career. Shinichiro Tominaga interrupted her speech, singing “Harmony At The End Of Summer” as he entered the ring. He congratulated Asuka then challenged her for the title. The title has its first ever female champion. Next it should get its first ever “Amateur” champion! Asuka wasn’t convinced so Tominaga brought up his victory over a former 2 time champion Ken Ohka earlier in the show. Asuka accepted and the two approached for a handshake. Tominaga instead Dropkicked Asuka in the knee and hit her with the JK. Tominaga shouted he will be standing in Korakuen Hall as an independent champion! He will be the first “Amateur” pro wrestling champ!

Ikuto Hidaka provoked Kouki Iwasaki to get into a fight after the semi-main event. Hidaka pinned Keisuke Ishii while Hidaka was taken out by Minoru Fujita. Afterwards Hidaka walked over to Iwasaki and celebrated in his face for added insult, causing the fight. Iwasaki told Hidaka if he enjoys being in this ring so much they should wrestle one on one. He then got a Big Boot in before they were separated again. Hidaka accepted the challenge and the match was booked for 12th September.

Part of the reason Tominaga beat Ohka was because he ambushed him during the entrances. Tominaga hit an Enzuigiri and a Moonsault for a nearfall. Ohka recovered and fought back with the Kamikaze Roll and the Fire Spear. However Tominaga would stop him with the JK to the back of the head. He hit another JK from the front and it was enough to win. Ohka did move his shoulder during the pin but it did not raise high enough to break the 3 count.

Shuichiro Katsumura had to pull out of the show with an ankle injury. Shunma Katsumata replaced him in the 3 Way Tag Match, teaming with Moeka Haruhi to form Fake HALFEE. Katsumata said afterwards he would like to appear in Ganbare☆Wrestling again as a hitman. When they won the match, Haruhi told Yumehito Imanari that she wants to win the GWC 6-Man Tag Team Titles. She was going to challenge Imanari, Ohka & Miss Mongol at Korakuen but Imanari already has a match booked on that show. Imanari offered THE HALFEE a title shot on 12th September instead. Haruhi is happy with that idea. It means if THE HALFEE win the titles then they can defend them at Korakuen!

Washi Sakurai and Tomoya Hirata went hell for leather in the opener. They collided into each other with Shoulder Blocks and Knee Lifts. Sakurai tried using a Cobra Twist to control the tempt after Hirata gave him an Oklahoma Stampede. Hirata took him down with a Spear and pinned him with the German Suplex.

At the start of the show it was announced that Ganpro will return to Korakuen Hall on 6th October. This will be Ganpro’s third show in the building. Matches announced so far include Yumehito Imanari & Shinjiro Otani Vs Keisuke Ishii & Shigehiro Irie, Yuna Manase Vs Takumi Iroha and Kouki Iwasaki Vs Kota Umeda.

3. Dress Code 3 Way Match: Antonio Honda Vs Mizuki Watase Vs Yumehito Imanari ended in a Triple KO (11:30). (Special Referee: MAO)
4. “Danshoku-ryu” Are You Really ALL OUT!?: Akito defeated Shunma Katsumata by Disqualification (1:42). (Special Referee: Danshoku Dieno)
4a. Rematch: Akito Vs Shunma Katsumata ended in a No Contest (9:06). (Special Referee: Danshoku Dieno)
5. Smile Nishinari Yankee First Formation!: HARASHIMA, Konosuke Takeshita & Yuko Miyamoto defeated Kazusada Higuchi, Keigo Nakamura & Hideki Okatani when Miyamoto pinned Okatani with the Moonsault (14:14).
6. Nautilus Vs Makoto Oishi & Jun Masaoka♡: Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura defeated Makoto Oishi & Jun Masaoka when Ueno pinned Oishi with the WR (18:22).

Vice President Akito praised everyone in the main event and thanked them all for being here. He complimented Nautilus for main eventing wrestling shows two days in a row, he thanked Jun Masaoka for coming in on short notice and he mentioned it was Makoto Oishi’s idea to bring him in. Today’s show makes Akito excited for the future of BOYZ.

Sadly there was no dance ending planned for the show. They couldn’t find the time to practice their dance routines because of the Coronavirus. Kazuki Hirata took the blame and apologized alongside Akito. Chris Brookes entered the ring trying to tell them not to apologize but was still adamant that he wasn’t going to dance. Akito and Hirata began to cry so Brookes whispered something into Hirata’s ear. Hirata excitedly brought in entrance robes and Tokyo GO! glasses. Brookes reluctantly put them on and began dancing with Hirata! Akito thanked him for saving the show.

The team of Kazusada Higuchi, Keigo Nakamura & Hideki Okatani all wrestled dressed as high school students armed with textbooks. Their behaviour was the opposite of HARASHIMA, Konosuke Takeshita & Yuko Miyamoto acting like yankees. The act was thrown away when Higuchi’s team all gave the yankees Low Blows. The yankees recovered and Miyamoto pinned Nakamura with the Moonsault.

Danshoku Dieno took his referee job today seriously and was too strict to a fault. He quickly counted to five on Akito after Shunma Katsumata reached a rope break. Akito convinced him not to end the match. Dieno then quickly counted out Katsumata for standing on the top turnbuckle. This time the match did end. Akito and Katsumata agreed to an immediate rematch and were very careful not to do anything Dieno would consider a foul. Dieno got accidentally knocked out after bumping into Akito so Yukinori Matsui replaced him. When Dieno woke up he attacked Matsui to take his spot back. While those two fought each other, Akito and Katsumata continued wrestling and knocked each other out. Dieno kicked Matsui in the crotch but Matsui fell head first into Dieno’s groin. All four people in the ring were knocked out so MAO ran in wearing a referee shirt and called off the match.

MAO also showed up in the Dress Code 3 Way Match as the referee. Antonio Honda, Mizuki Watase and Yumehito Imanari all wrestled in tuxedos and the goal was to strip down your opponents. All three of them stripped each other down to their underwear. By the end they were all beaten and tired so MAO began counting them out. They all grabbed MAO at 9 to try and pull themselves up but instead MAO’s pants were pulled down revealing he was wearing a loincloth underneath. MAO reached 10 and ended the match as a Triple Knockout draw.

The theme of this month’s opening ceremony was “Apron”. Every wrestler walked out looking like they were ready to cook. Some made it look sexy, others looked like they were ready to work a shift at Ebisuko Tavern.
