Tokyo Ryogoku KFC Hall
365 Fans – Super No Vacancy

1. SAGAT defeated Daiki Shimomura with the Zero Distance Goregrind (8:49).
2. Aiseki Tag Vs Speed Of Sounds!: Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga defeated Fuminori Abe & Ikuto Hidaka when Oosugi pinned Abe with a Cradle (7:44).
3. 3 Way Tag Match: Ryota Nakatsu & Akiyori Takizara defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & Yasu Urano and Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino when Nakatsu pinned Nakano with the V Slider (11:20).
4. Special Single Match: Daichi Kazato defeated Best Stretchman V3 (Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi) with the Explosive Axe Bomber (10:58).
5. Double Dragon Vs Sakigake!! Iron Family ~ Hardcore Tag Match: Ryuichi Sekine & Ryuji Ito defeated FUMA & Yusuke Kubo when Sekine submitted FUMA with the Combine (14:47).
6. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Final: Isami Kodaka defeated Minoru Fujita with the Isamiashi Zan (18:59).

The all Sento Minzoku final in the Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ was won by Isami Kodaka! In the semi-finals both Kodaka and Minoru Fujita won their matches with the Samson Clutch so the move was expected to show up here. Kodaka used it first but Fujita was able to kick out of it. The same result happened when Fujita used the same move. Fujita went for the Fire Spear but Kodaka cut it off with a Knee Strike and won the match with the Isamiashi Zan. Kodaka called Fujita his master thanked him from the bottom of his heart. And since the 500,000 yen prize originally belonged to Kodaka anyway, he decided to give the money over to Fujita so he can put together his own BASARA show on 24th July. Fujita accepted the money but admitted there isn’t much time for him to prepare his plans. The show ended with all of Sento Minzoku standing together wishing everyone “PEACE & Fxxk!”

Ryuji Ito’s visit to BASARA had him and Ryuichi Sekine facing FUMA & Yusuke Kubo in a Hardcore match. Chairs, steel cans and a ladder were used by both teams to pummel each other. Ito hit FUMA with a chair so hard across the back that the chair’s frame bent. FUMA & Kubo gave Sekine the Crucifixion Of Death onto the ladder. Sekine Superplexed FUMA onto the steel cans. He finally put FUMA away by blocking a chair attack and applying the Combine to make FUMA give up.

The transformation of Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi into Perfect Best Stretchman V3 meant that Daichi Kazato had to fight his own creation. Kazato used his stretching submission moves but found out that Stretchman was able to withstand them. Stretchman took out a spare Best Stretchman hood and forced it onto Kazato’s head. However Kazato’s will was too strong and he was able to rip it off. He went to hit an Axe Bomber when Stretchman suddenly removed his own hood, turning himself back into Hiroshi. He told Kazato he was now free from the Stretchman’s power but it was a trap! When Kazato dropped his guard, Hiroshi put the hood back on and struck Kazato with a Trigger Point strike. He went for the Stretch Bomber but Kazato countered it with the Rider Kick. He unmasked Stretchman again and hit the Explosive Axe Bomber for the three count.

Kazato said he finally surpassed Best Stretchman V3 but he could still hear V3’s voice in the hood. He leaned in to listen closer and the hood one again found its way onto Kazato’s head! V3 said he can die many times but will always return. But there is nothing to fear. It turns out Kazato has passed V3’s challenge! His reward is the ability to use the power of Best Stretchman without the need to wear the hood. Kazato tested it out by stretching the referee to great effect. Excited with his newly gained powers, Kazato chose the next person he must surpass. Hiro Tsumaki, aka FUMA!

The 3 Way Tag was used by Ryota Nakatsu to prepare for the annual BASARA Vs Dove Pro summer series. The team of Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino did well together despite their lack of experience compared to everyone else. But in the end Nakatsu pinned Nakano with the V Slider.

It will take more than a Rabbit Punch to take out Banana Senga. He still had the wherewithal to block Fuminori Abe and set up Tsutomu Oosugi to Cradle him. Speed Of Sounds also did a good job keeping Ikuto Hidaka at bay.

SAGAT was able to counter the Orange Sunset into a short range Goregrind to beat Daiki Shimomura. With this result SAGAT avenged the pin he took from Shimomura at last month’s tag match.

BASARA “BASARA 94 ~BANQUET~”, 23/04/2019
Shin-Kiba 1st RING

1. Daiki Shimomura & Tsutomu Oosugi Vs Naoki Tanizaki & Akiyori Takizawa
2. Takumi Tsukamoto, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Yasu Urano Vs Takato Nakano, Masato Kamino & Jun Masaoka

For years now Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga have been rivals in the court. They get along when they are away from the criminal justice system so let’s see how they work as a tag team.

Jun Masaoka doesn’t want to get along with anybody but he is pretty much a part of the current BASARA rookie generation. Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino have been teaming together anyway. A third partner for them wouldn’t hurt.

DDT “SOUKEN HOLDINGS PRESENTS MAX BUMP 2019”, 28/04/2019
Tokyo Korakuen Hall

1. Toru Owashi & Kazuki Hirata Vs Masahiro Takanashi & Pokotan (w/ Danshoku Dieno)

5. DDT Extreme Title: HARASHIMA (c) Vs Antonio Honda
6. KO-D Tag Team Titles – 4 Way Tag Match: Daisuke Sasaki (c) & Soma Takao Vs Konosuke Takeshita & Shunma Katsumata (?) Vs MAO & Mike Bailey Vs Ricky Starks & Mike Rollins
7. KO-D Openweight Title: Tetsuya Endo (c) Vs Makoto Oishi

For his first KO-D Openweight Title defence, Tetsuya Endo has chosen Makoto Oishi to be his opponent because he is guaranteed to beat him. That was proven over the weekend when Endo submitted Oishi in the main event of Sunday’s show. Oishi thinks he has a chance because he could outsmart Endo with his wrestling knowledge. Endo thinks he has everything in his arsenal to beat Oishi anyway no matter how Oishi uses his head when they wrestle.

There is a lot of craziness surrounding the KO-D Tag Team Titles match. Konosuke Takeshita challenged the new champions DAMNATION because he wants to get revenge for losing the KO-D Title to Daisuke Sasaki in New York. The Moonlight Express want to get their rematch because they are the former champions. Newcomers Ricky Starks & Mike Rollins saw an opportunity to get involved in the title picture and also want to be in the match. So we are getting a 4 Way Match for the belts. Now there is a new bump in the road for ALL OUT because it was announced today that Shunma Katsumata is out of action for an undetermined amount of time with a left ankle injury.

The mascot Pokotan wrestles in a DDT ring for the first time since its debut at “JUDGEMENT 2019”.

With Marika Kobashi taking a break from wrestling soon to focus on her education, this may be the last time the Muscle JK Strikers will team together for a while.

Thunder Rosa makes her Tokyo Joshi Pro debut here.

2. Sakisama & Misao Vs Rika Tatsumi & Miu Watanabe
3. Special Single Match: Aja Kong Vs Maki Itoh
4. TOKYO Princess Tag Team Titles: Yuka Sakazaki & Mizuki (c) Vs Natsumi Maki & Hikari Noa
5. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title: Miyu Yamashita (c) Vs Shoko Nakajima

With 10 defences under her belt and two championships over her shoulders, Miyu Yamashita has been looking mighty unbeatable lately. Yuka Sakazaki has been the same and both of them have more overseas bookings they’re looking forward too. Sadly for Shoko Nakajima when it comes to the most established power trio of Tokyo Joshi she’s been feeling left out. Well no more! Nakajima has challenged Yamashita for the TOKYO Princess Title at Korakuen Hall. Will Anguirus topple Godzilla?

Misao is constantly telling everyone that Hyper Misao is dead and never coming back. Rika Tatsumi doesn’t believe her and is willing to fight her to prove the superhero is still alive in there somewhere. Miu Watanabe has been constantly fighting and losing to NEO Biishiki-gun ever since Misao joined the unit. With the Up Up Girls now down one member and her other partners currently taking separate paths, she gets another chance to stand up to Sakisama.

3. Special Tag Match ~Dramatic Dream~: Konosuke Takeshita & HARASHIMA Vs Shigehiro Irie & Kazusada Higuchi

Kikutaro’s original opponent Kuishinbo Kamen cannot compete because of an injury so the match has been cancelled. Antonio Honda has asked to be Kikutaro’s new opponent because it is what he wants more than anything else in his life.

1. DDT Pro Wrestling Vs Ganbare☆Wrestling!: Shuichiro Katsumura & Keisuke Ishii defeated Kota Umeda & Keisuke Okuda when Ishii submitted Umeda with a Double Arm Neck Lock (14:51).
*Keisuke Ishii wins Kota Umeda’s Right To Challenge Anytime, Anywhere Gauntlet.
2. Hiroshi Yamato defeated Gota Ihashi with the Sliding X (6:01).
3. No No DQ Match: Yuki Ueno (4) defeated Super Sasadango Machine (5) by Disqualification (10:26).
4. Hardcore Match: Gunso defeated Shunma Katsumata with a Chairshot (16:31).
5. DISASTER BOX Vs Sparky!: Ryota Nakatsu & Naoki Tanizaki defeated Toru Owashi & Naomi Yoshimura when Nakatsu submitted Yoshimura with the Crescent Moon (13:49).
6. Banana Senga & Daiki Shimomura defeated Tsutomu Oosugi & Nobuhiro Shimatani when Shimomura pinned Shimatani with the Orange Sunset (9:09).
7. Yuki Iino Knock On Series Round 7 – Final Round: Daisuke Sekimoto defeated Yuki Iino with the German Suplex (15:08).

The main crew are gone to America but who needs them? Back in Japan all of the DDT wrestlers who did not go on the trip for whatever reason (pretty much most of them being the youngest and least experienced wrestlers on the roster) were allowed to gather together and produce their own DDT show in Shin-Kiba 1st RING. In the main event Yuki Iino completed his seven match series losing in inevitable fashion against Daisuke Sekimoto. It was a good effort and Sekimoto praised Iino after the match, telling him he felt like his neck was going to come off. Iino badly wanted to win the match but learned today that he has power but not the technique to go with it.

The semi-main tag match was supposed to be Gran MilliMeters Vs Speed Of Sounds but Nobuhiro Shimatani did not want to team with his former partner Daiki Shimomura. When the match was suddenly announced to be a Tornado Tag, the teams were switched to Shimatani & Tsutomu Oosugi against Shimomura & Banana Senga. When Shimatani introduced himself to Senga with “I am Nobu” Senga responded with “I am a Banana!” Shimomura kicked out of Shimatani’s Fisherman Buster then pinned him with the Orange Sunset. The two eventually shook hands after the match.

Toru Owashi told Naoki Tanizaki today was the first time in a long time that they wrestled in the same match together. He blamed Naomi Yoshimura’s tiredness as the reason for DISASTER BOX losing to Sparky. Tanizaki was left confused. He heard that Owashi turned into a comedy wrestler but the Owashi he fought today was as serious as he remembered.

Shunma Katsumata is leaning back into his interest for hardcore wrestling. His match with Gunso left him bloodied and sore thanks to a spike attack, getting crushed under a ladder, being put through a table break and falling onto legos. Katsumata was tough enough to kick out of pins after all of those moments but a chairshot to the head finally put him out for the count. Gunso said before today he didn’t know who Katsumata was. Gunso even subscribed to DDT Universe just to watch and study his matches. He is impressed by what he saw today and he welcomes Katsumata to follow him down the hardcore road.

Before the No No DQ Match began, Super Sasadango Machine revealed something shocking. Yuki Ueno blocked him on Twitter! The goal of the match is to get your opponent to commit fouls five times. Sasadango asked the audience to help him by grabbing and pulling Ueno towards them if he gets thrown out of the ring. That will allow Sasadango to place a bear trap on the ring steps so when Ueno is freed and has to run back into the ring to break the count, he’ll step on the trap. Ueno didn’t fall for it, instead he picked up the trap and threw it away. Sasadango also encouraged fans to chant “Splash” at Ueno so he would be encouraged to do a Diving Body Press from the top rope. Climbing the turnbuckle counts as a foul so Ueno was deducted a point. Sasadango also tricked Ueno into punching him with a closed fist during a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Another foul happened when Sasadango framed Ueno for ripping off his mask. Ueno however got to hit a Frog Splash from the top rope when the ref wasn’t looking. He also got Sasadango DQ’ed five separate times to be declared the winner. Sasadango asked Ueno if he would unblock him on Twitter. Ueno refused.

Gota Ihashi isn’t a fan of Hiroshi Yamato’s singing, particularly today’s attempt at a salsa song. When Yamato beat Ihashi, he got to sing his song.

Keisuke Ishii’s new Double Arm Neck Lock won him another match and he now has a Right To Challenge Gauntlet. Now that a Gauntlet is in Ganbare☆Wrestling what’s going to happen if Ishii wants to cash it in there under the new rules?

1. Takumi Tsukamoto & Yasu Urano defeated Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino when Tsukamoto submitted Nakano with a Crab Hold (10:50).
2. Turnabout Pro Wrestling Trial: Akiyori Takizawa defeated Gouma Ryu Vs Banana Senga when Takizawa pinned Ryu and Senga with a Reverse DDT and Choke Slam combo (9:53).
3. Jun Masaoka defeated Daiki Shimomura with the 2trap (9:38).
4. Aiseki Tag Vs Trans-Am ★ Family: Ikuto Hidaka & Fuminori Abe defeated Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Trans-Am ★ Tomato when Hidaka pinned Hiroshi with the Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex (10:40).
5. Sparky Vs Stretchmen!: Ryota Nakatsu & Naoki Tanizaki defeated Best Stretchman V3 & Best Stretchman Amazon when Nakatsu pinned V3 with the V Slider (9:53).
6. Yokohama Shopping Street 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Isami Kodaka, Minoru Fujita & Ryuichi Sekine defeated FUMA, Yusuke Kubo & SAGAT (c) when Sekine submitted Kubo with the Let’s Combine (14:48).
*The Iron Family fails in V1. Sento Minzoku becomes the 30th Yokohama Shopping Street 6-Man Tag Team Champions!

What on Earth happened here? A week ago The Iron Family win the Yokohama Shopping Street 6-Man Tag Team Titles and today in their first defence they lose the belts to Sento Minzoku! A win looked certain when FUMA stopped Ryuichi Sekine from doing the Let’s Combine on Yusuke Kubo. FUMA hit Sekine with a High Kick to the head, SAGAT did the Crucifixion Of Death and Kubo applied the Death Metal Roll. Luckily for Sekine, Isami Kodaka and Minoru Fujita were there to break the pin. Kubo went for the Goro Suplex several times but Sekine was able to avoid it and catch Kubo in the Let’s Combine for the unexpected submission victory!

FUMA demanded a rematch and encouraged the crowd to agree with him. However his appeal was cut off by a voice saying that they are owed a rematch first. The voice was coming from Abdullah Kobayashi and he was accompanied by Yoshihisa Uto & Hideki Suzuki! The previous champions came here today to get their titles back. Kodaka talked down to Uto by only recognising him as the wrestler he beat in Big Japan yesterday. He saw the mess this situation was becoming and came up with an idea to do a 3 Way Trios title match next month between Sento Minzoku, The Iron Family and the Kobayashi Gundan. The other teams agreed and left, allowing Kodaka to give attention to Sekine for winning the match.

The encounters between Ryota Nakatsu and Best Stretchman V3 in the semi-main event fired up V3. His hood was accidentally removed when he escaped from the V Slider and V3 was left vulnerable to a High Kick as he tried to fix it. V3 ignored his costume malfunction to continue fighting but he was put away with the V Slider. V3 had a bloody nose but he demanded a Union MAX Title shot against Nakatsu for next month. Nakatsu was confused by the challenge because he just beat him but he also sensed a fire burning inside of V3 when they fought so he accepted. V3 then said that BSM stands for something other than Best Stretchman. For this match the B stands for Best, the S stands for Sparky and the M stands for the wrestler that came from Union Pro who will become the next Union Max Champion! Yeah, nobody really understands why he thinks the M stands for that…

A recent online situation involving Manami Toyota and Bea Priestley revealed that Toyota has given permission to only two people for using her Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex: Tsukasa Fujimoto and Ikuto Hidaka. Today Hidaka used the move to win his tag match when Fuminori Abe reminded him he has Toyota’s blessing to do it.

The 2trap is Jun Masaoka’s version of the Tornado Clutch. When he beat Daiki Shimomura he pointed over to Kodaka, implying he wants to fight him next.

Akiyori Takizawa was put in court for a very dangerous crime in Japan, possession of cocaine! The prosecutor Banana Senga wanted to cite Pierre Taki as reference for the case but everyone cut him off because they didn’t want to get into any trouble. The referee was asked to give Takizawa a physical examination and he discovered white powder hidden in Takizawa’s kneepad. The defence lawyer Gouma Ryu identified the powder as just ordinary salt that Takizawa likes to use on his boiled eggs. However more white powder was found so Ryota Nakatsu and Naoki Tanizaki were called in as witnesses. Senga told everyone that the eye blacks seen on the Sparky wrestlers’ faces was actually signs of drug addiction! The topic of ASUKA PROJECT closing down was then brought up which caused Ryu and Senga to join forces and attack Takizawa. He fought both of them off to prove his innocence, pinning the two with a Choke Slam and Reverse DDT combo.

Experience wise she has them beat but she’s keeps getting into situations where she gets outnumbered by them. This trend continues with a Handicap Match against Haruna Neko & Pom Harajuku.

Yuki Iino feels ecstatic that he gets to end his trial series against Daisuke Sekimoto.

We’re supposed to be getting a Gran MilliMeters reunion but Nobuhiro Shimatani does not want to take part in it. He would rather fight against his old partner Daiki Shimomura than team with him again. Negotiations are currently in place with those two along with the Speed Of Sounds to find a solution.

DDT “DRAMATIC STAR STREET CORNERS”, 13/04/2019
Tottori Yonago Industrial Gymnasium Sub Arena

1. Konosuke Takeshita Marunage Match: Konosuke Takeshita, Gaina Tiger & G Vs Yuki Ueno, Takuya Fujiwara & COW Saeki

DDT has been so pleased by the wrestler booked show on 4th April that they want to adapt the concept on its upcoming shows in April and May. Each show will have a “Marunage” match booked by a chosen wrestler and so far the results are unlike anything we would see from DDT’s regular matchmaking.

Konosuke Takeshita kicks off the Marunage series with a match involving local wrestlers from Tottori Darazu Pro. The group began working with DDT last year with Lowther wrestling on shows whenever DDT went to Yonago. Takeshita wanted to put together a unique dream match between the two groups that DDT would have never booked otherwise. Yuki Ueno is also involved as a challenge to catch up with Takeshita.

Asuka and Lowther will also be on the show.

DDT “DRAMATIC TENJINBASHI! 2019”, 14/04/2019
Osaka City Ozo Community Center

1. Keisuke Okuda Marunage Match: Magnitude Kishiawada & Yuki Iino Vs Kota Umeda & Keisuke Okuda

Keisuke Okuda’s match is happening in Osaka so he sees this as the perfect chance to take on Magnitude Kishiwada! He was scared of him when he was a kid so now as an adult Okuda gets to face his fear.

Asuka and Maku Donaruto will also be on the show.

GANBARE☆WRESTLING “KEISUKE ISHII PRODUCE ENTERTAINMENT – MOMOIRO KNEEL KICK 2019”, 14/04/2019

2. LariPro Came Back: Yumehito Imanari & Shota Vs Chikara & Yuna Manase
3. Ishii’s Friend Ihashi Long Time Ganpro Participation Match: Gota Ihashi Vs Shuhei Washida
4. Fresh Ariyama Cup Special Tag Match: Keisuke Ishii & Kouki Iwasaki Vs Shuichiro Katsumata & X
5. Special Bonus Track: Ken Ohka Vs Everybody

Don’t know what Ken Ohka did to get put in a match against everyone else on the card all at once but he probably deserves it.

DDT “YOKOHAMA TWILIGHT 2019 ~SATSUKI~”, 20/04/2019
Yokohama Radiant Hall

1. Saki Akai Marunage Match: Yukio Sakaguchi & Saki Akai Vs Keisuke Okuda & Yoshiko

Saki Akai wants DDT to continue to bring in women from other promotions so she can wrestle against them and also to mix it up with the men. Her rivalry with Yoshiko is coming back with this match. Akai also wanted to put Yukio Sakaguchi in the ring against Okuda. The two men haven’t been seeing eye to eye lately.

Hiroshi Yamato, Asuka and Shunsuke Sayama will all be on the show.

DDT “SHIN SYU VERY MUCH! 2019”, 21/04/2019
Nagano Art Center Pavilion

1. HARASHIMA Marunage Match ~ Generation Struggle 5 Vs 5 Elimination Match: HARASHIMA, Sanshiro Takagi, Masahiro Takanashi, Super Sasadango Machine & Tomomitsu Matsunaga Vs Kazusada Higuchi, Mizuki Watase, Yuki Ueno, Naomi Yoshimura & Keisuke Okuda

Normally HARASHIMA is not into feuds or matches where one generation is pitted against another. But given the current state of DDT he thinks a 5 Vs 5 Elimination match between the veterans and the current gen would be interesting to do.

Hiroshi Yamato and Asuka will also be on the show.

DDT “ROAD TO PETER PAN 2019 ~DRAMATIC DREAM TAREKATSU BOWL~”, 11/05/2019
Nishi Niigata City Hall (Kobari Aoyama Public Hall)

1. Danshoku Dieno Marunage Match: Danshoku Dieno Vs X
2. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Meiko Satomura, Chihiro Hashimoto & DASH Chisako (c) Vs Saki Akai, X & X

The Sendai Girls want to make it known that they are the best trios team out there regardless of gender. Saki Akai is the first person to challenge them. The only problem is she doesn’t have a team. Normally she could rely on Shuten-dōji to help out but that unit will be gone by the time this show takes place. If Akai cannot find a team before the show takes place then she will lose her title shot. Meiko Satomura wants the match to happen because she thinks she can bring out the best in Akai that’s never seen before.

The rest of the card will be decided once Dieno comes up with his match. That way DDT will know who they can use.

2. Turnabout Pro Wrestling Trial: Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi defeated Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga when Hiroshi submitted Senga with the Scorpion Deathlock (4:07).
3. FUMA, SAGAT & Trans-Am ★ Ryuji defeated Takumi Tsukamoto, Takato Nakano & Yasu Urano when FUMA pinned Nakano with the Heavy Metal Anthem (10:20).
4. Yusuke Kubo defeated Jun Masaoka with the Wrist Clutch Goro Suplex (11:21).
5. Aiseki Tag Vs Stretchmen!: Fuminori Abe & Ikuto Hidaka defeated Best Stretchman V3 & Best Stretchman Amazon when Hidaka submitted V3 with the Shawn Capture (11:24).
6. Sparky Vs Sento Minzoku!: Isami Kodaka, Minoru Fujita & Daiki Shimomura defeated Ryota Nakatsu, Naoki Tanizaki & Akiyori Takizara when Kodaka pinned Nakatsu with the Isamuashi Zan (14:16).

Although Ryota Nakatsu was pinned by Isami Kodaka, he feels good about today’s turn of events. Today Kodaka wrestled like a man resurrected and Nakatsu can now look forward to defending the Union MAX Title against the best version of Kodaka. It wouldn’t be worthwhile for Nakatsu to beat Kodaka if Kodaka is off his game. When Sparky left, Kodaka asked Ryuichi Sekine to get him a beer. The fans chanted for Sekine and as a joke the music guy played Sekine’s music instead of Kodaka’s to close out the show.

There was no clean fighting from either Yusuke Kubo or Jun Masaoka in their anticipated singles match. Kubo carried an iron pipe with him and threw powder in Masaoka’s face. Masaoka would try to rip apart Kubo’s mask when he was in control of the match. A well placed Lariat from Kubo put him in position to use a move from his past, the Wrist Clutch Goro Suplex, to win. After the match Takumi Tsukamoto entered the ring to check on Masaoka but Masaoka shrugged him off. He told Tsukamoto he’s not in BASARA to make friends. He doesn’t want to team with him, he wants to fight him instead! Tsukamoto told him if that’s what he wants then so be it. But he better be prepared.

Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi was on trial for allegedly defrauding a yoga instructor into giving him a free lesson during his journey in India. Hiroshi interrupted the proceedings by getting Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga to do yoga with him. Senga stopped because he heard that yoga can be a dangerous because it can expose the human body to disease. Senga showed proof by taking off his shirt and revealing there was eczema across his back from doing yoga last week! Ryu agreed that yoga was unsanitary and the two decided to attack Hiroshi. Hiroshi Clotheslined the both of them and made Senga tap out to a Scorpion Deathlock. Hiroshi then told Senga he wants one final match against the Best Stretchmen on 21st March. His partners will be The Brahman Brothers! Senga accepted the challenge then admitted he actually got eczema from going to a love hotel and getting bitten by a bed bug. He was already gone when the others realised he just admitted to lying in court during the trial.

2. Reversal Pro Wrestling Trial: Michael Wolf defeated Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga when Wolf pinned Senga with the Blue Thunder (6:49).
3. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Yusuke Kubo defeated Best Stretchman V3 & Best Stretchman Amazon when Hiroshi pinned V3 with the Halasana (9:28).
4. Minoru Fujita & Ryuichi Sekine Vs Ikuto Hidaka & Fuminori Abe ended in a Time Limit Draw (20:00).
5. Sakigake!! Iron Family Vs Brahman Brothers!: Brahman Shu & Brahman Kei defeated FUMA & SAGAT when Kei pinned SAGAT after the Five Body Dissatisfaction (8:30).
6. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) defeated Daiki Shimomura with the V Slider (13:58).
*V1 for Ryota Nakatsu.

Ryota Nakatsu was sombre in victory after his first successful Union MAX Title defence. Daiki Shimomura has changed since he came to BASARA. They had an exciting match for the title but Nakatsu isn’t ready to lose to him yet. With no trouble brewing between them, Nakatsu encouraged Shimomura and the rest of Sento Minzoku to go beat Ganbare☆Wrestling at their next show. Nakatsu raised a toast on his own to end the show and said he felt lonely. He knows that somewhere Isami Kodaka is watching. Nakatsu is here waiting for him. Kodaka can feel confident in Nakatsu leading BASARA in his absence.

The Brahman Brothers are back to make a mess in BASARA. They did their bowling ball and suitcase spot but FUMA & SAGAT later turned the tables and did the same spot to them. They lifted up Brahman Kei for a double Razor’s Edge move called the Crucifixion Of Death but Brahman Shu stopped them by throwing powder in their faces. They later blinded SAGAT with the black India Ink and pinned him with the Five Body Dissatisfaction pinning combination. The Brahmans led a “Heavy Metal” chant after they won.

Without a shadow of a doubt, Minoru Fujita is definitely a member of Sento Minzoku. He has a tail now so it is undeniable. Fujita & Ryuichi Sekine couldn’t beat Ikuto Hidaka & Fuminori Abe within the time limit. Both teams demanded extra time to be added. They even did push ups and squats to prove to the referee that they were all still able to continue. Their appeal was interrupted when suddenly Ken Ohka & Shota from Ganpro ran into the ring and attacked Sekine! Ohka grabbed the microphone and was about to speak when Daiki Shimomura blindsided him with a Missile Dropkick knocking him out of the ring. Sekine regrouped with Shota outside and declared Ganpro’s upcoming match with Sento Minzoku to be an all out fight! They’re even willing to fight outnumbered 3 Vs 2 now that Fujita is involved with them. Fujita taunted the Ganpro duo and reminded them of their history together. Ohka attempted to get in the ring but Shimomura kicked him off, forcing Ganpro to retreat. Sekine then properly invited Fujita to join Sento Minzoku, placing his red hoodie over his back. Fujita accepted the invitation.

Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi convinced Best Stretchman V3 to try out some yoga stretches. When V3 went into the Halasana position where he lies on his back and rolls onto his shoulders by lifting his legs, he felt so relaxed that he fell asleep. Hiroshi then gently pinned him for the three count.

The former Banana Senga returned to this form so he could participate in the Reversal Pro Wrestling Trials again. However his transformation wasn’t entirely complete because he still had the Stretch Man Man hook worn over his hand. American wrestler Michael Wolf was under trial for fraud. Apparently they thought Wolf was Ryuichi Sekine in disguise. Both Senga and Gouma Ryu attacked Wolf thinking he was a fake foreigner. Wolf hit them with a Double Lariat and pinned Senga with the Blue Thunder to prove his innocence. Wolf then called the both of them fake lawyers and fake wrestlers in Japanese.

FUMA will take on The Great Sasuke in the main event of “FUMA FEST VOL.2” on 8th December. FUMA doesn’t like how Sasuke used a song from the movie “Anvil” as his entrance music years ago. FUMA thinks that song was boring so he wants to give Sasuke a real lesson in heavy metal!

An update was given for Isami Kodaka’s current health. He was allowed to leave his hospital earlier than planned but it is unknown when he will be fit to return to the ring.

6. Union MAX Title: Ryota Nakatsu (c) Vs Daiki Shimomura

A press conference was held on the 27th September to announce the full card. Daiki Shimomura is the first person to challenge Ryota Nakatsu for the Union MAX Title. Shimomura admits he doesn’t know much about the history of that championship but he thinks he will become an interesting champion because of that reason. He also wants to beat Nakatsu more than he wants the belt. It’s been two years since they last faced each other one on one in the DNA Grand Prix. Shimomura cannot wait to show how much he has changed since then.

The other news to come out of the conference also involves Shimomura. Isami Kodaka sent a written message explaining that he is recovering from both a fractured jaw and a neck injury. He is interested in seeing what interesting things will happen to BASARA while he is gone. Who will gain power? Who will behave differently without him around? He will watch from the shadows but will do so as part of a new unit called Sento Minzoku. Also part of this unit are Ryuichi Sekine and Daiki Shimomura. Sekine has now grown a monkey’s tail just like Shimomura and he will be the leader of the group in Kodaka’s absence. They have made an offer to Minoru Fujita to join them. A person with a bag over his head claiming to be Fujita just said he will turn BASARA into a lawless zone now that the general is gone. Fuminori Abe offered his opinion on the matter and said his behaviour is too good for him to join Sento Minzoku.

Stretchman Man is back to being Banana Senga so he can do the Reversal Wrestling Trial again.

In two days time Sanshiro Takagi will be holding a meeting with several Tokyo Joshi wrestlers to discuss the Forbidden Three rule used by the promotion. There is confusion over how established the rules are because they were never strictly enforced. The women also think the rules aren’t even necessary for the majority of the roster because most of them are adults.

Sento Minzoku isn’t just going to stay put in BASARA. Sekine visited the recent Ganbare☆Wrestling show to challenge Ken Ohka to a match between the two groups. That challenge turned into an attack by Sekine so this isn’t going to be a friendly kickabout.

Shigehiro Irie’s first non-DDT appearance as a freelancer is with Ganpro. This will be his second match for the group. The first took place in August 2017.

4. Official Tag No. 1 Decision Battle: Ikuto Hidaka defeated Fuminori Abe with the Stray Dog High Kick (16:20).
5. Ryota Nakatsu & Ryuichi Sekine defeated Naoki Tanizaki & Manabu Hara when Sekine pinned Hara with the Dragon Kick (13:44).

The Dove Pro team tried to protest the result by saying Manabu Hara kicked out before three but the result stood. Naoki Tanizaki wanted to provoke Ryota Nakatsu after the match but Nakatsu was able to annoy him with his replies instead. Ryuichi Sekine wished Nakatsu the best of luck in winning the Union MAX Title on 21st September and he rallied the crowd to give Nakatsu a toast to show their support.

Ikuto Hidaka defeated Fuminori Abe in a match between the current NWA International Lightweight Tag Team Champions in ZERO1. There were no bad feelings by either man over the result after the match.

The former Hercules Senga/Banana Senga has transformed into Stretchman Man! He wrestles in his own Best Stretchman costume and also has a large hook over his right hand. Best Stretchman V3 called the transformation a perfect remodel of a wrestler. Stretchman Man used his hook to slash across Gouma Ryu’s chest. He then commanded the two other Stretchmen to finish Ryu off with the double Stretch Kick. V3 told the fans that the strongest trio in BASARA history is now born!

FUMA promoted “FUMA FEST VOL.2” happening on 8th December. He admitted there are no bands or wrestlers booked yet. There isn’t even a date decided for tickets to go on sale. But he is still enthusiastic about the event.

5. Fuminori Abe, Manabu Hara & Akiyori Takizawa defeated FUMA, Yusuke Kubo & SAGAT when Abe submitted SAGAT with the Manjigatame (13:56).
6. Naoki Tanizaki & Shiori Asahi defeated Ryuichi Sekine & Ryota Nakatsu when Tanizaki pinned Sekine with the Implant (14:22).

Naoki Tanizaki continues to win matches over Ryuichi Sekine. Their confrontation after the main event was interrupted however by Fuminori Abe. He pointed out that there is a BASARA and Dove Pro double header in Shinjuku FACE on 5th August. Abe will be challenging Tanizaki for the DOVE World Title on the Dove Pro show that day. He wants to prove that BASARA can be crazier than Dove when they fight under Dove’s rules. Tanizaki tried to end the show with a “We are Dove Pro Wrestling!” rallying cry but Nakatsu and Abe stopped him and wanted the microphone back because this is a BASARA show. When Tanizaki left, Abe promised he will win the DOVE Title before BASARA’s return to Korakuen Hall in September. Nakatsu said that while that championship is important, BASARA should also be concerned about getting back the Union MAX Title. He told everyone to leave it to him.

Isami Kodaka celebrated his team’s win by acting like Stone Cold Steve Austin. He had a beer bash, gave both Best Stretchmen the Stunner then gave Kazuhiro Tamura a Stunner too.

The newly renamed Trans-Am ★ Ryuji was able to get over his embarrassing change thanks to Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. During the match Ryuji was trapped in a Sleeper Hold by Daiki Shimomura. Rather than break the hold, Hiroshi instead went into a yoga pose and taught Ryuji a breathing exercise so he could regain control. Ryuji was able to power out of the hold and beat Shimomura to win the match.

It’s been a while since the last Pro Wrestling Trial so Gouma Ryu and Banana Senga were both rusty. So much so that Minoru Fujita pinned Senga before the trial could begin. They went ahead with the case anyway and accused Fujita of opening up a pro wrestling shop without any qualifications. Fujita pinned Ryu and Senga with a Double Russian Leg Sweep to prove he was qualified. Senga then tried to accuse Fujita of faking his divorce so Fujita pinned him again. The court ruled that Fujita is not guilty but is divorced.
