1. Hagane defeated Daichi Kazato with the Ryanhei (8:23).
2. Reversal Pro Wrestling Trial: Fuminori Abe defeated Gouma Ryu and Atsushi Maruyama when Abe pinned both Ryu and Maruyama with the Rokudenashi Kick (12:07).
3. IRON PRIEST Vs Double ★ Trans-Am: Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Trans-Am ★ Shinya defeated FUMA & Yusuke Kubo when Hiroshi pinned Kubo with the Perfect Plex (11:28).
4. Hardcore Tag Match: Gunso & Kabuki Kid defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & SAGAT when Gunso pinned SAGAT with the Diving Guillotine Drop With A Ladder (13:37).
5. Special Tag Match: Dick Togo & Ikuto Hidaka defeated Ryuichi Sekine & Ryota Nakatsu when Togo pinned Nakatsu with the Diving Senton (18:18).
6. Special Single Match: Isami Kodaka defeated Minoru Tanaka with the European Clutch (15:46).

Both Isami Kodaka and Minoru Tanaka were pleased with their match. Kodaka said he looks up to Tanaka and is looking forward to more matches with him because today wasn’t enough.

Dick Togo laughed when Ryuichi Sekine demanded a rematch so they could fight over and over and over. Meanwhile Ryota Nakatsu was holding his stomach still feeling the effects of the Diving Senton.

Gunso and his up-tempo music continues to rack up wins in BASARA. He beat up SAGAT with a chair, placed a ladder over him and then hit the Diving Guillotine Drop for the 3 count. Gunso says he has never lost in Dub Pro Wrestling. He and his buddy Kabuki Kid are Hardcore Craftsmen. SAGAT still has his eyes on Gunso though. He knows that Gunso eventually wants to face Kodaka but until then SAGAT will continue to chase after him.

Yusuke Kubo is offended by Shinya Ishida’s recent transformation into an American wrestler. He asked Shinya if he “abandoned the heart of the Japanese” while they wrestled each other. Shinya lured FUMA out of the ring while Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi hit Kubo with the Perfect Plex to win. FUMA, well, was fuming over the result and is annoyed with the Trans-Am team. He thinks they are all similarly named bastards with no personalities. They don’t even know about the Bay Area slash metal scene from the 1980s like he does!

Fuminori Abe was accused of being a fraudulent priest conning people out of money. Abe, who is allegedly a qualified monk, entered the ring for his trial wearing his monk clothing. Ryota Nakatsu and Ryuichi Sekine were called down as witnesses and asked to explain Abe’s method of conning people. Abe then exposed Sekine’s secret that he likes to spend his private time going to a pervert club where he can touch boobs. Sekine was especially embarrassed by the accusation because they were being watched live on DDT UNIVERSE. The All Japan balance was brought up and it ended up with Gouma Ryu and Atsushi Maruyama arguing with each other. They then turned to Abe, convinced he had cash that didn’t belong to him. Abe knocked both of them out and laid on top of both of them in a praying position for the double pin. He was declared Not Guilty afterwards.

Daichi Kazato is really getting into his stretching regime. So much so that he is going to become reborn on as the “Best Stretchman” on 23rd March.

intothefight2017-somato

We are now one month away from DDT’s 20th Anniversary show being held in Saitama Super Arena. The main event at Korakuen Hall was a special tag team bout containing the past, present and future of DDT. Generation rivals HARASHIMA & KUDO teamed together to defeat Konosuke Takeshita & Dick Togo. The victory was even sweeter for HARASHIMA because he pinned his Saitama opponent Takeshita to win the match. While Takeshita was still shaken by the Reverse Hurricanrana and Somato combo, he was still able to point at HARASHIMA while being taken away from the ring.

intothefight2017b

Sanshiro Takagi then took centre stage and was joined by almost the entire DDT roster. Only Takeshita and the DAMNATION wrestlers were absent. Takagi asked the audience what day it is. They answered “Pro Wrestling Day”. Takagi said they were correct, the first international pro wrestling match in the original Sumo Hall took place on 19th February, 1954 when Rikidozan & Masahiko Kimura fought the Sharpe Brothers. On the same date 20 years ago Takagi was preparing DDT’s first ever show. Today, DDT is one month away from running at Saitama Super Arena. Takagi thanked the fans for their support throughout the years and is looking forward to seeing them in Saitama next month. HARASHIMA took over and said everyone in DDT is different but together they will succeed so DDT will celebrate a 30th anniversary, a 40th anniversary and a 50th anniversary!

intothefight2017-endo-sakaguchi

Tetsuya Endo got the jump on Yukio Sakaguchi with a German Suplex before their match began. Endo left the ring but a pissed off Sakaguchi dove over the ropes on top of him. Sakaguchi later countered the Torture Rack Bomb into a Sleeper Hold and held on until Endo backed him into the corner. Sakaguchi went back to the Sleeper Hold, even catching Endo with one after a Handspring. Endo fought to reach the ropes but didn’t move afterwards and Yukinori Matsui had to push Sakaguchi back just in case Endo was too hurt to continue. It turned out Endo was playing possum and he threw Matsui into Sakaguchi. Then he hit the unaware Sakaguchi with a Handspring Kneel Kick. Sakaguchi was too disoriented to defend himself and Endo won with the Torture Rack Facebuster followed by the Sky Twister Press.

intothefight2017-dino-cabana

There was a meeting of two cultures when Colt Cabana faced Danshoku Dino. Since Cabana was using his “Boom Boom” nickname Dino decided to come up with his own, “Bin Bin” which is a Japanese slang for an erection. There were duelling chants of “Boom Boom” and “Bin Bin” as the two tangled. Cabana tried to copy Joey Ryan’s dick technique but this time Dino was able to overpower it. The match fell apart due to Dino’s shenanigans and the result was a No Contest. Dino continued trying to grab Dino after the match and then decided to strip naked. Other wrestlers had to run in and cover Dino’s modesty with whatever piece of clothing they could find. Dino didn’t care, this was all preparation for his match at Saitama Super Arena where he’ll be wrestling on a global stage. He’s not done with Cabana either and asked him to please come back. Cabana responded in Japanese. He loves wrestling, he loves DDT, he loves Korakuen Hall and he loves DDT UNIVERSE. But he doesn’t love Dino.

intothefight2017-oyama-takayama

Yoshihiro Takayama noticed that Shungo Oyama was sitting at the commentary table and invited him to the ring after his match. Oyama entered the ring and was willing to show respect but Takayama attacked him. Oyama ducked and put Takayama down with a Sleeper Hold.

intothefight2017-kotatsu

It is the table and it is still the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Champion! Kotatsu toughened out the combined powers of Keisuke Ishii and Antonio Honda to keep the title in a 3 Way Match. Honda wore Kotatsu over his back like a turtle shell and used it to block Ishii’s Kneel Kick. He then gave Ishii the Tombstone onto Kotatsu. But Honda was defeated when he swung Kotatsu at the ropes and it bounced back landing on top of him for the pin. Both Kazuki Hirata and Michael Nakazawa attacked Kotatsu after the match but then turned on each other. A double strike knocked both of them out and Kotatsu was left standing… because it’s a table…

intothefight2017-nakazawa

Michael Nakazawa was so used to the weather in Thailand that he was unprepared for the cold weather back in Japan. It affected his performance in a match where the loser would be deported from Japan. Nakazawa needed to be warm to do the Ultimate Venom Arm so one by one members of DDT staff offered their underwear to Nakazawa to form a Spirit Ball. Even his wife Keiko offered her red panties and held Kazuki Hirata in place for Nakazawa to strike. Unfortunately Hirata ducked and Nakazawa’s spirit ball of underwear landed on Keiko instead. Keiko was left stunned and she slapped Michael. That allowed Hirata to roll Michael up for the three count. Michael Nakazawa must now leave Japan. At least he still has his home in Thailand.

intothefight2017-akito

Things are going well for Soma Takao now that he is part of Smile Squash. They won the 3 Way Trios Match and Akito called for a shot at the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Champions. However NωA also wants a title shot and although they lost the match, they weren’t beaten. The decision was made to do a 3 Way Match for the titles between Team DNA, Smile Squash and NωA at Saitama Super Arena.

intothefight2017-dark

Nobuhiro Shimatani can see the light again and the King Of Dark Title has gone back home to its rightful owner. Gota Ihashi is now a 6 time champion. Shimatani can now compete at the DNA relaunch on 23rd February. He wants to team up with Daiki Shimomura to take on Guanchulo & Rekka.

6. Wrestling Master Vs 19 Year Old Idol Wrestler From Osaka City! Miyagi Specialty Special Single Match: Dick Togo defeated MAO with the Diving Senton (16:54).
7. Shuten-dōji Vs DAMNATION: KUDO, Yukio Sakaguchi & Masahiro Takanashi defeated Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Paulie when Takanashi pinned Sasaki with the Takatonic (13:49).

Masa Takanashi pins Daisuke Sasaki for the second time in a row. Yukio Sakaguchi set it up with the Right Knee Of God and Takanashi finished it with the Takatonic. Takanashi himself noticed this new trend is unusual for him. He wanted to act like beating Sasaki twice is no big deal be even he admits it is strange. Eh, whatever. Let’s drink!

A stipulation was added to MAO Vs Dick Togo. If MAO won then Togo would have to join NωA. But if Togo won then he would get to make a wish. He teased that he might wish to join NωA anyway. Before the match began, MAO was given 30kg of rice as a gift of encouragement from a local sponsor. During the match Togo pulled MAO out of the ring, pulled away a ring mat and Body Slammed MAO onto the exposed floor. Togo continued to control the match until MAO hit a No Touch Tope out of the ring. MAO later stopped Togo from doing the Senton Bomb by hitting an Avalanche Frankensteiner followed by the Screw Kick. Togo avoided the 450 Cannonball and took MAO back outside the ring so he could give him a Vertical Drop Brainbuster onto the floor. Togo returned to the ring at the 19 count but was then hit with a Lariat. Togo won the match with the Pedigree and the Diving Senton. After the match Makoto Oishi came out with an exciting announcement for the future of NωA. He wants to introduced the newest member of NωA, the Wrestling Master turned Idol Master Dick Togo! Togo was taken aback but played along and asked Oishi if he was ready to help make his wish come true. Oishi said of course! Togo then gave Oishi the Pedigree. Wish granted.

Yoshihiro Takayama & Shigehiro Irie had a dominating victory over Smile Squash. They hit a Back Drop/Neckbreaker Drop combo to HARASHIMA to take him out of the match then Irie latched on the Tazzmission to Yasu Urano for the victory. Irie said after the match that he will become the KO-D Openweight Champion in two days time.

The show featured the DDT debut of Laura James, wife of Joey Ryan. Joey and Sanshiro Takagi wanted her debut to be a serious match so they both stopped Kazuki Hirata from dancing. Ryan then repeatedly shouted “This is serious!” while he traded holds with Takagi. Hirata got the message and tried not to do anything wacky when he was in the ring with Laura. That all went out the window when Joey started doing his crotch spots and Hirata convinced Laura to dance with him. Joey stopped the dancing by shoving a lollipop into Hirata’s mouth and then Super Kicking him. Laura then hit a Northern Lights Suplex to win her first DDT match.

octopus-harashima-ishikawa

HARASHIMA is now a 9-time KO-D Openweight Champion! If he was feeling intimidated by the challenge to topple Shuji Ishikawa off his throne, he didn’t show it. Instead he made every kick and Knee Strike count, wearing down the champion. Ishikawa did hit the Splash Mountain but HARASHIMA kicked out of that. Eventually the kicks were all too much for Ishikawa to bear and HARASHIMA ended the match with the Swan Dive Somato. HARASHIMA credited the crowd’s support for helping him win back the title. He enjoyed fighting Shuji with all of his effort and wants to do it again and again. GM Amon Tsurumi asked if HARASHIMA wanted a particular wrestler to face him in a title match at Korakuen Hall on Christmas Day. HARASHIMA thought about it and nominated Shigehiro Irie because he was pinned by Irie in a tag match back last month. Irie says he will return to America in 2017. His first trip was done to make him stronger. Now his goal is to win the KO-D Title and bring it with him to the USA!

octopus-kod-tag

DAMANTION had a bad night overall. Not only did Ishikawa lose the KO-D Title but Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo lost the KO-D Tag Team Titles too. Not only that but they lost it to their bitter rivals Happy Motels. Sasaki again did his Low Blow to Sasaki Hurricanrana combo that’s been so effective this year but this time Konosuke Takeshita kicked out. Meanwhile Mike Bailey was focused on getting revenge against the champions which ended with him intercepting Endo’s Springboard Dropkick with a Springboard Dropkick of his own. He then flattened Endo outside the ring with a Shooting Star Press. With a clear target on Sasaki, Takeshita threw him over with the Geman Suplex and got the three count to win the tag titles. This is Takeshita’s third time holding the tag title while Bailey gets his first championship in DDT.

octopus-extreme

The DDT Extreme Title was put on the line in a straight up Hardcore Match. Danshoku Dino had to be violent against Jun Kasai and did so by putting him through a table with the Danshoku Driver. Kasai fought back by grabbing a bundle of bamboo skewers and shoving them in Dino where there sun doesn’t shine. That plan came back to haunt Kasai when Dino grabbed the skewers and shoved them into Kasai’s mouth. He then dug them into the top of Kasai’s head and gave him another Danshoku Driver but Kasai kicked out! Kasai dug the skewers into Dino’s head and hit the Reverse Tiger Driver but Dino kicked out of that too! Finally Kasai pulled his tights down and gave Dino a Danshoku version of the Reverse Tiger Driver. This time it did the job and Kasai became the new Extreme Champion! Kasai said before the match Dino told him how handsome he was and his love for him was true. Kasai’s response is he’s not gay but thanks for the match. Dino gave him the middle finger, said he loves him and returned to the locker room. Kasai said now he is the champion he will dye the belt with colour. As he left the ring he went over to the commentary table and gave Yoshihiro Takayama a deep kiss, making him faint into his chair.

octopus-tlc

To commemorate DDT’s upcoming 20th Anniversary a special TLC Match took place between Sanshiro Takagi, Kota Ibushi & Gota Ihashi against Dick Togo, Antonio Honda & former DDT turned FREEDOMS wrestler Takashi Sasaki. The “T” in this match stood for Takoyaki which was being cooked by Nobuhiro Shimatani at ringside. Togo immediately slumped into the corner when the match began. He apologised but his heart wasn’t in it. He could only gain the spirit to wrestle if Honda told the tale of “Gon, The Little Fox”. This was all just a ruse for Togo’s team to attack when their opponents dropped their guard. Togo grabbed Takagi’s bicycle and spun the rear tyre against Ihashi’s head. Ibushi intercepted the bicycle but Togo cut him off by spraying him with a fire extinguisher. Togo and Ihashi both climbed a ladder and Togo knocked him off it by feeding him piping hot Takoyaki. He then put Ihashi in the Crippler Crossface while Honda fed Ihashi more Takoyaki. Special guest Hyota Echizenya made an appearance wearing a Kotatsu table over his back. Takagi put the Kotatsu over himself and tried to splash Sasaki through another table but missed. Outside the ring another table was set up to act as a ramp for Ibushi to cycle jump into Togo. However Togo moved and Ibushi crashed into Ihashi instead. Back in the ring Takagi used the Kotatsu as a shield to block chairshots. He then lied down and ordered Ibushi to give Honda the Last Ride onto the Kotatsu above him. After the match Togo shook Takagi’s hand but then gave him the Pedigree, all while Takagi was still wearing the Kotatsu table.

octopus-sakaguchi-higuchi

Yukio Sakaguchi rebounded from his TKO defeat to Yoshihiro Takayama last month with a victory here. With Masakatsu Funaki holding back Takayama, Sakaguchi was able to pin Kazusada Higuchi with the Right Knee Of God. Funaki said backstage that he has teamed with various wrestlers but did not get along with many of them. He gets along with Sakaguchi though and both of them are interested in winning championships.

octopus-yuni

The 3rd grade student Yuni made his debut, probably being the youngest person to ever wrestle in Osaka Edion Arena. The 8 year old’s big spots in the match were a Moonsault and also an elevated Dropkick using Irie and Yasu Urano as steps to get the height necessary to hit the target. Urano thought Yuni’s performance was amazing and gave him a score of 100 points. Yuni’s goal is to win the KO-D Title before he turns 10 years old.

octopus-porkbun

Ever since the Iron Man Heavymetalweight Title came back to DDT the champion has had sleepless nights. Whoever holds the belt becomes so paranoid that they lose sleep. Toru Owashi entered the building as the champion but he was so tired from fighting off ambushes that he needed rest. He ate a Pork Bun he found on a bed backstage but then fell asleep with the Pork Bun on top of him. 1…2…3! The Pork Bun was now champion. It was brought down to the ring for the Battle Royal and somehow outwrestled Kazuki Hirata. Everything was going great until Mad Paulie entered and ate the Pork Bun to win the title. He knocked Dai Suzuki around the ring until everyone piled on top them. Paulie was pinned and Suzuki was declared the champion. When Owashi woke up and entered the hall he stopped Suzuki from fleeing and trapped him in the Paradise Lock on the entrance ramp where Suzuki stayed for the rest of the match. It took the combined powers of Kuishinbo Kamen and Kikutaro to send Owashi back to sleep. The match came down to them and although Kamen won the title, Kikutaro crotched him on the ropes after the match and used the 24/7 rule to escape with the belt. However at the end of the show Kikutaro found the Kotatsu used in the TLC match and used it to take a nap. 1…2…3! The Kotatsu became the champion. Hyota Echizenya walked in and tried to pick up the table. 1…2…3! Echizenya is now the champion!

octopus-kong-akai

Aja Kong & LiLiCo were too strong for the Kawaii Connection to handle. They cut off Saki Akai from Lady Beard and Kong dominated her up until the finish. LiLiCo even did her own version of the Spinning Backfist. In the post-match interview Kong reiterated that DDT was wrong to use LiLiCo like a toy by parading her around for some dating nonsense. Maybe as punishment they should go after the KO-D Tag Team Titles!

octopus-yoshimura

The show kicked off proper with the debut of Naomi Yoshimura, the latest rookie to wrestle for DNA. He got to show off his power by repeatedly Body Slamming Yuki Ueno then hitting a big Power Slam. His finishing move was a release Power Bomb. KUDO notes that it is a new era for DDT and it’s his job now not to lose to the new blood. Yoshimura says he wants to fight Higuchi because he is the strongest in DNA however he also wants to be on his side until he is ready to fight him. Also Yoshimura looks up to Zeus and Yuji Hino as wrestlers of inspiration.

octopus-dark

Nobuhiro Shimatani continues his downward spiral to the bottom of DDT when he was defeated in the dark match. The current King Of Dark Champion hit a couple of Standing Shooting Stars in a row to Kouki Iwasaki but eventually fell to the usual rookie killer move, the Crab Hold.

octopus-sasadango

Super Sasadango Machine hopes to return to the ring in time for DDT’s 20th Anniversary show in Saitama Super Arena on 20th March. He received a message of support from Yoshihiro Takayama on Facebook which has given him encouragement.

5. Hokkaido Big Way! Super Legend Army Vs DNA Army: Yoshihiro Takayama & Dick Togo defeated Kazusada Higuchi & Mizuki Watase when Takayama pinned Watase with the Running Kneelift (13:21).
6. DDT Extreme Title – Dai Ichin Pa-Lien Seiha ~ Soup Curry Death Match: Danshoku Dino (c) defeated Sanshiro Takagi with the Danshoku Driver (9:58).
*V2 for Danshoku Dino.
7. KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles: Daisuke Sasaki, Tetsuya Endo & Mad Polly (c) defeated Konosuke Takeshita, Antonio Honda & Mike Bailey when Sasaki submitted Honda with the Cross Facelock (20:15).
*V1 for DAMNATION.

DAMNATION’s good week continued with a successful KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Title defence. They singled out Antonio Honda but he fought back. Honda was ready to do a Diving Fist Drop to Daisuke Sasaki but Tetsuya Endo blocked him. Endo then gave Honda a top rope Frankensteiner and Sasaki locked in the Cross Facelock to make him submit. Sasaki said there is a conspiracy led by Amon Tsurumi to try and take away all of DAMNATION’s championships.

The Dai Ichin Pa-Lien Seiha is a series of matches with bizarre stipulations attached, often intended to make a mess. Today was the sixth time the match was held and it was a Soup Curry Death Match. Danshoku Dino defended the DDT Extreme Title against Sanshiro Takagi but Makoto Oishi and Kazuki Hirata were also involved. They later regretted it. Both were told to wear a diaper and were then given a small bottle to drink. They didn’t find out until afterwards that it was a laxative. The goal for Dino and Takagi was to win the match in 10 minutes before the laxative kicks in and the victims suffer from a loose explosion (not the YOSHI-HASHI kind). The winner would then get the antidote to give to their friend. Oishi tried to distract Takagi by singing “Never Give Up☆I Love You” but stomach cramps made it very difficult for him. Oishi won the match with two seconds to spare and Hirata sprinted to the nearest toilet. Oishi wasn’t so lucky and bowed to the audience in shame before leaving the ring alone. Nobody wanted to give any interviews after the match.

While they haven’t thrown out a challenge yet, Yoshihiro Takayama & Dick Togo are considering chasing after the KO-D Tag Team Titles. They might even invite Sanshiro Takagi over for a 6-Man Tag Title shot too.

Kouki Iwasaki took on a big challenge to prepare for the DNA Grand Prix. He had to fight Shuji Ishikawa! Iwasaki took his chances and jumped Ishikawa at the start of the match. He even took the fight out of the ring for a brawl. However a Lariat knocked him for a loop and he was finished off with the Fire Thunder Driver. Ishikawa noticed Iwasaki’s young ambition and eagerness to win.

*Smile Yankee fails in V2. DAMNATION becomes the 57th KO-D Tag Team Champions!

DAMNATION tightens its iron grip on DDT after they regained the KO-D Tag Team Titles. Except this time Tetsuya Endo has the title along with Daisuke Sasaki. They immediately dove out of the ring and onto Smile Yankee when the match began. HARASHIMA fought back with a John Woo Dropkick to Endo. Yuko Miyamoto then followed up with a Sliding Lariat. Endo blocked a Handspring Kneel Kick from Miyamoto, Sasaki then cut him off with a Diving Lariat. Miyamoto attempted the Fire Thunder on Endo but it was countered into a Roll Up. HARASHIMA tried to break it up with the Somato but Endo jumped out of the way and Miyamoto took the blow! HARASHIMA tried the Somato again but Sasaki stopped him. That allowed Endo to give HARASHIMA the Torture Rack Bomb and Sky Twister Press to win the titles! Sasaki told Endo he was the best and all of DAMNATION celebrated with their collection of DDT championships. KUDO & Yukio Sakaguchi then came out to challenge them for the tag titles.

Danshoku Dino pulled out the Gay-do Clutch from out of nowhere to pin Mad Polly. That gave Shuji Ishikawa a reminder that Dino can beat him at Korakuen Hall later this month. Dino next turns his attention to tomorrow’s DDT Extreme Title defence against Sanshiro Takagi.

Dick Togo wanted nothing to do with Kazuki Hirata’s dancing and made him instantly tap out to the Cross Facelock when their tag match began. Hirata & Toru Owashi successfully argued for an immediate rematch. Hirata got Togo to wear the HIRATA GO! glasses but all that did was make Togo punch him in time with the music and pin him with the Diving Senton.

7. DDT Extreme Title – Hiroshima Toyo Rules: Danshoku Dino (c) defeated Keisuke Ishii with a Lip Lock (11:37).
*V1 for Danshoku Dino.

To celebrate the Hiroshima Toyo Carp baseball team winning the Central League pennant for the first time in 25 years, Danshoku Dino decided to base the DDT Extreme Title match rules on the team’s history and achievements. During the match every second of a pinfall will be added together. Whoever is doing the pin on the 25th total second will win the match. Other ways to win were to name the ten most recent managers of the Hiroshima baseball team or name at least ten foreigners who played for the team. The match began with Dino and Keisuke Ishii trading two count pins. Dino then got to pin Ishii for 5 more seconds after doing multiple pins and also the Danshoku Nightmare. The count went up to 11 when Ishii pinned Dino with a Diving Senton, then up to 13 after a Missile Dropkick. Dino put Ishii in the Lip Lock and pinned him for two seconds. Ishii then Kangaroo Kicked Dino for another two count, then brought the count up to 24 with a Fisherman Suplex, the Kneel Kick and a Tiger Suplex. Dino avoided a Brainbuster but could not hit the Danshoku Driver. Ishii tried to roll him over for the final pin count but Dino caught him in another Lip Lock and scored the winning 25th second pinfall. After the match Dino remembered they could have named the managers and foreign players instead of wrestling so he listed them off. Dino thanked Ishii for helping him create a nice memory for such a historic day in the city. They then led the fans in chanting for the team to end the show.

Konosuke Takeshita said he had a strange feeling while wrestling Dick Togo. It was amazing and intense and he wants to do it again. Antonio Honda said Togo hasn’t changed even though he last wrestled against him five years ago.

As DAMNATION entered the ring for their match, Shuji Ishikawa held the KO-D Openweight Title belt in Kazusada Higuchi’s sight. The two looked ready to face off when Tetsuya Endo stepped in wanting to start the match. Higuchi then stepped back and Yoshihiro Takayama took his place. Endo and Daisuke Sasaki tagged back and forth while trying to weaken Takayama with Low Kicks. DAMNATION were able to keep the two larger opponents away while Sasaki tapped out Kouki Iwasaki to win. Ishikawa began a promo about how both he and the Hiroshima Toyo Carp were both champions but Sasaki kicked him aside and cut him off to brag about DAMNATION’s dominance. He called both Higuchi and Takayama “Dwarf Motherfuckers”.

After yesterday’s defeat, Kazuki Hirata bounced back by pinning Soma Takao in another tag match. Hirata now thinks he has the momentum going into Osaka for the AJPW Jr. Title match. He thinks he has turned everyone’s expectations around.

6. Daisuke Sasaki & Tetsuya Endo defeated Konosuke Takeshita & Antonio Honda when Sasaki submitted Honda with La Mistica Cross Facelock (19:23).

Konosuke Takeshita and Tetsuya Endo continued fighting out of the ring after the main event. As they were pulled apart Takeshita yelled at Endo “At Osaka just remember. Fight fair and square.” Daisuke Sasaki taunted Takeshita and dared him to fight Endo. He said next week Endo will stab the final nail in Takeshita’s coffin. Then on the 25th he and Endo will win the KO-D Tag Team Titles for DAMNATION.

Yoshihiro Takayama & Dick Togo were successful in their first time tagging together. However both of them don’t know if they will continue teaming together in the future. Takayama noted how hard HARASHIMA kicks while Togo thought wrestling against Akito was a fresh experience.

After winning their match Danshoku Dino, Joey Ryan & Yoshihiko declared they are the most dangerous trio the city of Hamamatsu have ever seen. They won by giving Makoto Oishi a triple team Danshoku Driver.

One day away from his DDT Extreme Title shot, Keisuke Ishii remembers when he won the belt for the first time. He was booed back then although in that situation he was an outsider wrestling in Union Pro. He thinks this time when he wins it will be different.

Soma Takao sent a message to Kazuki Hirata by pinning him in the opening tag bout. The AJPW Jr. Heavyweight Champion said Hirata isn’t good enough to help him become a stronger champion.
