1. 3 Way Tag Match: Ryuichi Sekine & Takumi Tsukamoto defeated FUMA & Yusuke Kubo and Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino when Sekine submitted Nakano with the Let’s Combine (8:31).
2. Yasu Urano (Best Stretchman V3), Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi (Best Stretchman V3) & Gouma Ryu (Best Stretchman V3) defeated Best Stretchman V3 (Daichi Kazato), Best Stretchman Amazon & Stretchman Man when Hiroshi pinned V3 after the Double Trigger Slam (5:28).
3. Special Single Match: Kota Umeda defeated Daiki Shimomura with the Umeda Driver (12:06).
4. Sparky Vs Aiseki Tag!: Fumihiro Abe & Ikuto Hidaka defeated Naoki Tanizaki & Akiyori Takizawa when Abe submitted Takizawa with the Manjigatame (11:14).
5. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Semi Final: Isami Kodaka defeated Ryota Nakatsu with the Modified Samson Clutch (12:14).
6. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Semi Final: Minoru Fujita defeated SAGAT with a Modified Samson Clutch (14:27).

The Heaven Summit final will be an all Sento Minzoku affair with Isami Kodaka and Minoru Fujita both being victorious today. The connection between them was established even further when both of them won their matches with the same move, the Samson Clutch. Fujita used it to beat SAGAT after he blocked the Goregrind with his knees while Kodaka used it to get his win back from Ryota Nakatsu. Kodaka said he has known Fujita for almost 18 years going back to when he wrestled for K-DOJO. He only has gratitude for him and feels he never got an opportunity to truly surpass him until now. Fujita apologised to SAGAT’s fans over his result and said he will be teaching Kodaka all over again when they lock up in the final on 7th July. Kodaka responded he isn’t going to fight for BASARA or Sento Minzoku. He is going to fight in the final for himself. He wished Fujita “Peace & Fuck” before leaving the ring. Fujita’s final words were he still has fight left in him and since he won’t be able to drink much on 7th July, he will get drunk with the fans now instead.

Kota Umeda and Daiki Shimomura embraced after their match. It is the final time the two DNA wrestlers will face each other before Umeda quits wrestling.

The Best Stretchman hood saga is getting out of control. Multiple hoods found their way over the heads of Yasu Urano, Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi & Gouma Ryu during their match. They all transformed into Best Stretchmen and used their powers to beat the original with a Double Choke Slam. It turns out the spirit of Best Stretchman V3 no longer wants to use Daichi Kazato as its host body and was searching all along for a new fit body to possess. It found an ideal host in the form of Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, turning him into Perfect Best Stretchman V3! A match between him and Kazato was made for 7th July.

BASARA’s new independent fan club that will launch soon will be called HOUSE of BASARA.

1. Takumi Tsukamoto & Yasu Urano defeated Fuminori Abe & Masato Kamino when Tsukamoto pinned Kamino with a Half Crab Hold (12:55).
2. FUMA (Best Stretchman V3) & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi defeated Best Stretchman V3 (Daichi Kazato) & Stretchman Man when FUMA pinned V3 with the Best Stretch Bomber (4:41).
3. Sento Minzoku Vs Sakigake!! Iron Family: Ryuichi Sekine & Daiki Shimomura defeated SAGAT & Yusuke Kubo when Shimomura pinned SAGAT with the Orange Sunset (10:23).
4. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 2: Ryota Nakatsu defeated Takato Nakano with a Cross Armbreaker (11:45).
5. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 2: Isami Kodaka defeated Tsutomu Oosugi (w/ Banana Senga) with a Modified Forward Roll (20:15).

The Heaven Summit semi-finals are now official. Isami Kodaka and Ryota Nakatsu join Minoru Fujita and SAGAT in the final four. After Kodaka defeated Tsutomu Oosuji, he said BASARA has given him many good rivals but he cannot afford to give away the 500,000 yen tournament prize to anyone else but himself! He also told everyone the new catchphrase he came up with when he was at Game Changer Wrestling earlier this month: “Peace & Fuck!”

Nakatsu was able to counter Takato Nakano’s La Magistral Cradle into a Cross Armbreaker to make him tap. He didn’t take Nakano lightly because Nakano was able to beat Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi with a flash pin in the 1st Round. However Nakatsu believes he trains too much for Nakano to ever catch up with him. Now Nakatsu gets to wrestle Kodaka in a singles match for the first time in three months.

If SAGAT thought he was upper tier now with his tournament run then Daiki Shimomura sent him crashing back down to Earth. A surprise Sunset Orange pinned SAGAT for the big tag match upset. FUMA is trying to keep SAGAT motivated by saying he has the prestige of the Iron Family inside him but SAGAT can’t help but feel angry over the result.

The mysterious power of the Best Stretchman hood was shown again in Match #2 when it was passed from wrestler to wrestler, briefly turning them into Best Stretchman V3. FUMA ended up with the hood and he used the Best Stretch Bomber to pin V3/Daichi Kazato. Afterwards FUMA as V3 yelled that everyone was still weak. He ordered everyone to do 666 stretches until Stretchman Man pulled the hood off him.

2. Yusukue Kubo & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi (Best Stretchman V3) defeated Best Stretchman V3 (Daichi Kazato) & Stretchman Man when Hiroshi pinned V3 with the Best Stretch Bomber (4:35).

4. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 2: SAGAT defeated Yasu Urano with the Goregrind (12:53).
5. Ryota Nakatsu, Takumi Tsukamoto & Fuminori Abe defeated Ryuichi Sekine, Isami Kodaka & Daiki Shimomura when Abe submitted Shimomura with the Arm Trapped Manjigatame (16:30).
6. Takato Nakano Local Triumph! Special Single Match: Yuko Miyamoto defeated Takato Nakano with the Moonsault Press (14:03).

The local boy was ultimately defeated with a combination of the Somato, the Thunder Fire Bomb and the Moonsault Press. Yuko Miyamoto said it was great to see so many fans turn up for Takato Nakano homecoming. He also thanked everyone in Kurashiki for their full fledged hospitality today. Nakano told everyone he wants to have the best matches in BASARA.

In the Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ matches SAGAT overcame some dirty tactics to beat Yasu Urano. The foul came when Urano pushed the referee in the way when SAGAT was going for the Goregrind. He then did a Hurricanrana but SAGAT kicked out and hit the Goregrind on his second try for the three count. The other match saw Minoru Fujita survive long enough against FUMA’s comeback to beat him with the Samson Clutch. SAGAT and Fujita will now face each other in the semi-final on 25th June.

In a confusing turn of events Best Stretchman V3 alerted everyone that he could not wrestle because his hood was missing. Without it he was just Daichi Kazato. A spare hood was found but Yusukue Kubo & Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi attacked him and Stretchman Man to start the match. Everyone then found out that whoever wears the hood would transform into Best Stretchman V3! Kubo put it on and began stretching. Hiroshi then put it on and hit Kazato with the Best Stretch Bomber for the finish. Stretchman Man was able to pull the hood off Hiroshi afterwards.

6. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 1: FUMA defeated Daichi Kazato with the Jawbreaker (10:17).
7. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 1: Yasu Urano defeated Masato Kamino with an Inverted Hurricanrana (9:52).
8. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 1: SAGAT defeated Ryuichi Sekine with the Goregrind (11:35).

The opening show of this year’s Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ began with news that the winner will receive a 500,000 yen cash prize. The big news coming out of the 1st Round is Ryuichi Sekine getting eliminated by SAGAT! The Union MAX Champion couldn’t get the Let’s Combine locked in and that ended up costing him. SAGAT took him down with a Short Range Lariat and pinned him with the Goregrind. SAGAT kept asking himself in his victory speech if this was a dream. The audience cheers made him realise this was real.

Daichi Kazato was in for a bit of a fright when FUMA found the hood belonging to Best Stretchman V3 hidden in Kazato’s tights. FUMA put on the hood for a taunt but suddenly transformed into a Best Stretchman and did his moves! Kazato took the hood back and wore it himself. He also attached a large rubber band from his waist to the ropes to keep him grounded against FUMA’s attacks. That backfired when Kazato dove off the top rope and the band held him back. That allowed FUMA to hit the Jawbreaker kick for the win.

If Minoru Fujita wins the tournament, he wants to spend the 500,000 yen on his own independently produced show using the BASARA roster.

A knee injury early into the match ruined Takumi Tsukamoto’s chances of advancing. He missed a top rope attack and landed on his knee. Tsutomu Oosugi targeted the injury with a low Dropkick and quickly got the pin with a School Boy.

Isami Kodaka used a Double Wrist Clutch Exploder to win against his stablemate Daiki Shimomura. The move is now called the Fundo No Tsumi (Sin Of Rage).

The other big upset in Round 1 was Takato Nakano eliminating the first Heaven Summit winner Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi! Nakano used the Warrior’s Return as a counter for Hiroshi’s Riki Lariat.

The 2nd Round matches are Takato Nakano Vs Ryota Nakatsu, Isami Kodaka Vs Tsutomu Oosugi, Minoru Fujita Vs FUMA and Yasu Urano Vs SAGAT.

Gunso appeared during the show to ask Kodaka when and where the annual summertime rivalry between BASARA and Dove Pro will begin? They agreed to do shows in August. There will also be a prelude bout on 28th July.

6. Sparky Vs Sento Minzoku!: Ryota Nakatsu & Akiyori Takizawa defeated Isami Kodaka & Daiki Shimomura when Nakatsu pinned Shimomura with the V Slider (17:55).

Isami Kodaka commended his partner Daiki Shimomura for improving so much and evolving as a wrestler. He also praised Ryota Nakatsu for defending the Union MAX Title three times. Kodaka thought things went so bad for Sento Minzoku today that it was time to leave the ring for Sparky to celebrate. However Nakatsu stopped him and said he wants his next title defence to be against Kodaka! BASARA is returning to Korakuen Hall on 21st March so they decided that is the perfect time to have the match.

Moments after Yusuke Kubo won his match against Ryuichi Sekine, he was attacked by Jun Masaoka! Just like last time Masaoka tried to unmask Kubo. He was stopped by the other members of the Iron Family. Kubo challenged Masaoka to a match on 26th February. Kubo will have turned 32 years old by the match takes place so he warned Masaoka that he will have powered up by one!

The Best Stretch store has been saved! A three match series between the Best Stretchmen and the Iron Family was tied going into the final match. Stretchman Man defeated SAGAT then FUMA beat Best Stretchman Amazon. In the deciding bout Best Stretchman V3 went up against Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi. During the match Stretchman’s hood slipped off leading Hiroshi to point out it is really Daichi Kazato under the costume. V3 kicked out of the Riki Lariat and removed his hood again before hitting an Axe Bomber to win the match. The Best Stretchmen celebrated until V3/Kazato called to Hiroshi. As they were fighting he realised that stretching and yoga go along with each other perfectly. The Best Stretch store has some empty slots in its schedule so he made an offer for Hiroshi to teach yoga classes there in his spare time.

8. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Round 1: Ryuichi Sekine defeated Isami Kodaka with the Let’s Combine (13:13).

The 1st Round of Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ was highlighted by both Cavalry wrestlers winning against more experienced opponents to set up a match between each other in Round 2. Ryuichi Sekine eliminated Isami Kodaka from the tournament in the main event, tapping him out with the Let’s Combine. Meanwhile Ryota Nakatsu out-wrestled Minoru Fujita by blocking the Samson Clutch and pinning him for the three count. Takumi Tsukamoto and Yusuke Kubo brawled over Tsukamoto’s giant hammer and Tsukamoto won out in the end. Gouma Ryu tried his best against Fuminori Abe but he just wasn’t tough enough. The two exchanged strikes until Ryu was knocked down. No matter how much he wanted to get back up, he couldn’t get back to his feet in time for the 10 count.

The 2nd Round matches are Manabu Hara Vs Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi, Ryuichi Sekine Vs Ryota Nakatsu, FUMA Vs Takumi Tsukamoto and Fuminori Abe Vs Yasu Urano. He challenged the Best Stretch team to one more tag match on 10th June to settle their feud. Senga’s partner will be SAGAT!

She’s disappointed that she won’t be able to wrestle a normal match unless she reaches the final.

What are those rules? There will be no ring ropes attached for the matches in Rounds 1 and 2. Victory can be achieved by pinfall, submission or ring out. The ropes will be attached for the semi-finals but the ring out rule will still be in effect. The final will be a regular match with no countouts.

The third show of the Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ tournament was headlined by a rematch of last year’s final. Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi defeated Isami Kodaka last year to win the tournament and repeated the success and was able to beat him again today as part of the group stage. Hiroshi told Kodaka afterwards that he has his respect but he has to win because he is the No. 1 Gaijin in BASARA!

It’s been a poor start to the tournament for Takumi Tsukamoto. First he loses to Trans-Am ★ Ryuichi, next he loses to Ryuichi Sekine. Two defeats in a row against arguably the two toughest wrestlers in Block A is not a good sign for Tsukamoto’s chances to finish in first. Sekine is in good spirits despite feeling in a lot of pain after the match. He thinks his match with Trans-Am ★ Ryuichi at the end of the group stage will determine who will win Block A.

Best Stretchman V3 continues to think his opponents are monsters and he is the superhero sent to vanquish them. His not so secret identity was exposed when Yusuke Kubo unmasked him to avoid the Best Stretch Bomb. Surprise, it’s Daichi Kazato! Kubo pinned him with a Gedo Clutch and Kazato hurriedly covered his face with a shirt to avoid being seen.

Gouma Ryu realised that trying to wrestle properly wasn’t going to work out for him. So inspired by his opponent Ryota Nakatsu, Ryu decided to study MMA to prepare for this match. After all, UFC is selling more PPVs than WWE nowadays and superstars like CM Punk and Batista made the jump over so why not him too? Ryu declared the match was now an MMA fight but the request was not granted. He tried to have an MMA fight anyway and tapped out to an Armlock.
