Keisuke Ishii had to throw every big move he could think of to beat Shuichiro Katsumura. He used a Tiger Suplex into the turnbuckles, hit him in midair with the Kneel Kick when Katsumura jumped off the top rope, hit a Running Knee Kick and tried the Double Arm Clutch Driver. Katsumura was finally defeated when Ishii hit one last Kneel Kick.

Ishii said he could feel Katsumura’s desire to wrestle in Sumo Hall but in the end it is Ishii who will defend the Independent World Jr. Heavyweight Title there. Ishii wants to make Ganbare☆Wrestling more appealing than DDT and BASARA. This claim attracted the attention of Fuminori Abe! He wanted to show off his desire too so he sang to everyone. He then asked Ishii if he could be his challenger at Sumo Hall. Abe revealed that BASARA wants to clear out all of the championships in the DDT family by the time BASARA splits off into independence.

The Ganpro team didn’t waste any time bringing the fight to Irie-gun. They launched an attack during the in-ring introductions. But Irie-gun held together until it was time to launch the counter attack. Mizuki Watase & Ultra Soki held the Ganpro team back while Shigehiro Irie smashed Ken Ohka with the Beast Bomber. Irie asked Ohka afterwards if he was frustrated because he is no longer the energetic wrestler he used to be. Irie said they are on different paths but this won’t be their last battle. He wants to fight Ohka again when he gets stronger.

The big singles match between Yumehito Imanari and Kenichiro Arai ended in controversy. Arai reversed a Figure 4 Leg Lock and Imanari had no way to break out of it. Arai’s cornerman Shota grabbed the towel from Imanari’s cornerman Shinichiro Tominaga and threw it into the ring behind the referee’s back. The referee thought that Tominaga threw in the towel and declared Arai the winner. Imanari wasn’t upset. In fact he was impressed to witness Arai being the wrestling master that he is! Arai didn’t know what to think of Imanari’s attitude and left the ring. Imanari treated this as a moral victory because he now has Arai’s attention.

The American indy Game Changer Wrestling is currently making a splash in Japan and a visit to BASARA was on the cards for one G-Raver. The reason was simple, G-Raver wanted to avenge a loss to Isami Kodaka he suffered in GCW last year. The BASARA fans welcomed him with GCW chants but Kodaka was not so friendly towards him. The two sat down on chairs and hit each other with steel cans until Raver got busted open. Raver took over and put Kodaka through a table with a Diving Body Press out of the ring. A ladder came into play and Raver gave Kodaka a Suplex from the top of it. In the end Kodaka got the victory by hitting the Isamiashi Zan kick. Kodaka told G-Raver that he has beaten him twice now but is not against fighting him a third time. He called everyone in GCW crazy guys who came to Japan because they wanted to shed blood over here. He praised them for being a really crazy and good organisation. Kodaka & G-Raver shared beers and had a toast to GCW.

SAGAT was the last man standing in the Elimination Tag match. That was a big surprise for Ryuichi Sekine because he thought SAGAT was done for when he was knocked onto the edge of the apron. SAGAT fought back and stunned Sekine with a Headbutt. He then got back into the ring and hit Sekine from behind with the Goregrind for the upset win. SAGAT challenged Sekine to a Union MAX Title match afterwards.

Fuminori Abe was brought to wrestling court charged with lying about his education when he applied to join BASARA. He claimed to be a high school student when he is allegedly a junior high school student. Gouma Ryu defended Abe by saying he is a monk (he was dressed as one) so he does not do scams. Abe explained he attended high school at 16 but got suspended after a motorcycle accident. He dropped out of school three months later. Ryu and Banana Senga attacked Abe over this new found information but Abe fought both of them off. He then revealed that since dropping out he eventually returned to high school and graduated with a communications degree. The court declared him not guilty.

Beer Garden 2019 began with ALL OUT Day. In the main event the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Titles were on the line with the group taking on a combined BASARA/ZERO1 trio. Late in the match the champs were in danger when Fuminori Abe put Shunma Katsumata in the Manjigatame, Ikuto Hidaka had Yuki Iino trapped in the Shawn Capture and Isami Kodaka placed Konosuke Takeshita in a Cobra Twist. Takeshita broke out of the hold and used Iino as a step jump to launch himself into Abe, breaking up the Manjigatame. Katsumata then cradled Abe for the three count with the others too wrapped up in their submission holds to break it. Takeshita told his opponents that he does not think this will be the last time they face each other. Kodaka disagreed and said it was over between them, although Abe claimed otherwise. ALL OUT shared a toast with the fans to end the opening day of Beer Garden week.

Akito versus Shota was a Monthly Young Communications reunion. Akito felt he wouldn’t have a chance to talk to Shota again so after the match he told him how glad he was to have this match. They are around the same age but their careers went in different directions. Shota agreed that their match was important but for him it was so he could get into contendership for the DDT Extreme Title. He couldn’t achieve it today but he still liked wrestling with Akito again.

For the rubber mask match Toru Owashi got Yuki Ueno & Naomi Yoshimura to wear the Owashi masks while Danshoku Dieno got Kazusada Higuchi & Makoto Oishi to wear the Dieno masks. The masked wrestlers did their best to imitate their real inspirations in the ring until they began complaining about the heat. It was so warm that the masks made them sweat. They also couldn’t breath through them well. Everyone unmasked except for Higuchi. His got stuck and Dieno figured out he only had three minutes until he ran out of oxygen. Everyone tried to finish the match as fast as they could for Higuchi but he was certain he could continue. He fainted. Yoshimura put his mask back on but eventually fainted too. Then a mystery person entered the ring wearing an Owashi mask. Nobody could figure out who it was so they cancelled the match.

Sakura Hirota came down to the ring with her two children Kino & Megu. She explained that she was taking care of them today and does not know anybody in the locker room who could babysit for her. So Hirota and Antonio Honda would have to wrestle their match while the kids hung around in the ring. Hirota warned Honda not to do and loud sounding moves otherwise they would scare her children. That also included Yukinori Matsui’s pin counts. Honda put Hirota in a Crab Hold but Kino helped his mother reach the ropes. Honda then tried the Gongitsune trick but Hirota’s kids made the move backfire. Hirota and the kids then piled on top of Honda to pin him. After the match Honda told the kids that this was all Hirota’s idea so don’t blame him for anything. Megu then made Honda do the Gongitsune poke to himself.

Before the show began ALL OUT challenged the trainee Keigo Nakamura to a series of games against them. First up was an Arm Wrestling contest. Takeshita beat Nakamura in that. Next up was a game of imitation. Nakamura beat Iino by doing the Haka. The third game was a race between Katsumata and Nakamura to sell 10 beers to customers. Nakamura won that by three cans. Last was a minute long wrestling contest where whoever got the most takedowns won. Nakamura beat Akito by taking him down twice without losing a fall. Takeshita added an extra wrestling game at the end and beat Nakamura by pinning him in 19 seconds. Nakamura said he hasn’t decided when to have his debut pro wrestling match yet but today was another step towards it.

The referee stopped the main event and awarded the match to Sento Minzoku when Kabuki Kid was unresponsive in Ryuichi Sekine’s Combine submission hold. The Dove Pro team complained about the result and started a brawl with the BASARA wrestlers. Isami Kodaka told the Dove wrestlers that their battles will continue in Shinjuku and Osaka next month. Gunso called the referee biased while Naoki Tanizaki promised to take the UWA World 6-Man Tag Team Titles from Isami Kodaka and his buddies. Kodaka said this feud is not about Tokyo Vs Osaka but he would protect Shinjuku from Tanizaki.

What sparked the bad tensions took place in the previous match. Tanizaki used Kodaka’s finisher the Isamiashi Zan on Takato Nakano to win the match. He and Ryota Nakatsu got in each other’s faces afterwards and begun fighting until they were pulled apart.

Fuminori Abe and Jun Masaoka fought to a twenty minute draw. Abe offered a handshake when the match was over but Masaoka stuck up a middle finger instead.

Things are looking well for the BASARA team heading into this show. Ikuto Hidaka considers himself a BASARA wrestler for this match much to the delight of his partners. Isami Kodaka won the vacant UWA World Trios Titles with Sento Minzoku a few days ago when Big Japan decided to revive the championships. He is now extra motivated to win the KO-D 6-Man Tag Titles so he can be a Triple Crown champion along with the BJW belts. Together he, Kodaka and Fuminori Abe are called Aiseki Hidakaya.

Sanshiro Takagi tore a right pec and also muscles in his right arm during his match a few days ago. He will be unable to wrestle during Beer Garden week and has been replaced in the matches already announced. In an unfortunate coincidence Takagi’s cousin Francoise☆Takagi also suffered the same injury during her own activities over the weekend so she cannot wrestle either. She will be replaced by her sister Francoise☆Ihashi but will still be in attendance to support her team.

MAO replaces Gota Ihashi in the sumo tournament. No reason has been given.

The following items are allowed to be used in the Natsu Party Death Match: pool rings, float rings, water guns, water balloons and summer related items like watermelons. It’s pretty much a water fight.

“The Gatekeeper From Hell” Demonio Uno will appear on the show. It is an old gimmick from IWA Japan that used to wrestle whenever IWA held shows in Tsurumi and similar venues. Uno had a tag team partner called Demonio Dos and they held the IWA Tag Team Titles together. Only Uno is being advertised for the show.

Natsumi Maki and YUMI will not be on the show due to family related circumstances.

For his Marunage match, Kazuki Hirata put together a 3 On 2 Handicap bout with some kindhearted friends to get the advantage over Takagi & Toru Owashi. However as per the stipulation from the Osaka match two week’s ago, Hirata is being forced to hitchhike his way from Tokyo to Hiroshima on the day of this show. If he cannot get to the venue on time then the match will change into a regular tag with Takagi & Owashi facing Kenshin Chikano & Rey Paloma.

The two chairs fighting each other come from the same family and have two other brothers. One of them was excommunicated. The eldest chair Zao is the strongest but the third son Zagi will fight it for a final decisive battle! It’s Fist Of The North Star as seen through the eyes of a pro wrestling mascot!

No need to tell the Lego people, it’s already been sorted. This was supposed to be a Lego Block Death Match but was quickly corrected to a Toy Block Death Match. Unfortunately for Shunma Katsumata the exact wording of the match has backfired on him. MAO used to play with concrete blocks from an early age. It was his favorite educational toy and made him the intelligent man he is today. That means concrete blocks are allowed to be used in the match! Katsumata is trying to protest the rules because he only wanted Lego involved. If he can’t change it then he’ll try to get MAO banned from Twitter like Chris Brookes. Either way, MAO’s going to smash him with a brick.

Miyu Yamashita has come to Miu Watanabe’s aid, reigniting her feud with Sakisama in the process.

Before Mizuki fights for the Princess Title, she has to battle Maki Itoh first. She’s beaten her before but always stayed supportive of her and the Itoh Respect Army. But now the unit is done and Itoh wants to advance even if it means trampling over her former partner!

The match order is not official yet. Three or four more matches will be added.

The KO-D Openweight Champion called out for a challenger and said it would be first come first served. Shinya Aoki answered and gets the rubber match with Konosuke Takeshita in Osaka. Takeshita won the first match in December, Aoki won the rematch in April.

Takagi will be healed in time to defend the O-40 Title against Ken Ohka.

Yasu Urano, Asuka, Maku Donaruto, Jun Masaoka and Kohei Kinoshita will be on the show.

1. SAGAT defeated Daiki Shimomura with the Zero Distance Goregrind (8:49).
2. Aiseki Tag Vs Speed Of Sounds!: Tsutomu Oosugi & Banana Senga defeated Fuminori Abe & Ikuto Hidaka when Oosugi pinned Abe with a Cradle (7:44).
3. 3 Way Tag Match: Ryota Nakatsu & Akiyori Takizara defeated Takumi Tsukamoto & Yasu Urano and Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino when Nakatsu pinned Nakano with the V Slider (11:20).
4. Special Single Match: Daichi Kazato defeated Best Stretchman V3 (Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi) with the Explosive Axe Bomber (10:58).
5. Double Dragon Vs Sakigake!! Iron Family ~ Hardcore Tag Match: Ryuichi Sekine & Ryuji Ito defeated FUMA & Yusuke Kubo when Sekine submitted FUMA with the Combine (14:47).
6. Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ – Final: Isami Kodaka defeated Minoru Fujita with the Isamiashi Zan (18:59).

The all Sento Minzoku final in the Heaven Summit ~Itadaki~ was won by Isami Kodaka! In the semi-finals both Kodaka and Minoru Fujita won their matches with the Samson Clutch so the move was expected to show up here. Kodaka used it first but Fujita was able to kick out of it. The same result happened when Fujita used the same move. Fujita went for the Fire Spear but Kodaka cut it off with a Knee Strike and won the match with the Isamiashi Zan. Kodaka called Fujita his master thanked him from the bottom of his heart. And since the 500,000 yen prize originally belonged to Kodaka anyway, he decided to give the money over to Fujita so he can put together his own BASARA show on 24th July. Fujita accepted the money but admitted there isn’t much time for him to prepare his plans. The show ended with all of Sento Minzoku standing together wishing everyone “PEACE & Fxxk!”

Ryuji Ito’s visit to BASARA had him and Ryuichi Sekine facing FUMA & Yusuke Kubo in a Hardcore match. Chairs, steel cans and a ladder were used by both teams to pummel each other. Ito hit FUMA with a chair so hard across the back that the chair’s frame bent. FUMA & Kubo gave Sekine the Crucifixion Of Death onto the ladder. Sekine Superplexed FUMA onto the steel cans. He finally put FUMA away by blocking a chair attack and applying the Combine to make FUMA give up.

The transformation of Trans-Am ★ Hiroshi into Perfect Best Stretchman V3 meant that Daichi Kazato had to fight his own creation. Kazato used his stretching submission moves but found out that Stretchman was able to withstand them. Stretchman took out a spare Best Stretchman hood and forced it onto Kazato’s head. However Kazato’s will was too strong and he was able to rip it off. He went to hit an Axe Bomber when Stretchman suddenly removed his own hood, turning himself back into Hiroshi. He told Kazato he was now free from the Stretchman’s power but it was a trap! When Kazato dropped his guard, Hiroshi put the hood back on and struck Kazato with a Trigger Point strike. He went for the Stretch Bomber but Kazato countered it with the Rider Kick. He unmasked Stretchman again and hit the Explosive Axe Bomber for the three count.

Kazato said he finally surpassed Best Stretchman V3 but he could still hear V3’s voice in the hood. He leaned in to listen closer and the hood one again found its way onto Kazato’s head! V3 said he can die many times but will always return. But there is nothing to fear. It turns out Kazato has passed V3’s challenge! His reward is the ability to use the power of Best Stretchman without the need to wear the hood. Kazato tested it out by stretching the referee to great effect. Excited with his newly gained powers, Kazato chose the next person he must surpass. Hiro Tsumaki, aka FUMA!

The 3 Way Tag was used by Ryota Nakatsu to prepare for the annual BASARA Vs Dove Pro summer series. The team of Takato Nakano & Masato Kamino did well together despite their lack of experience compared to everyone else. But in the end Nakatsu pinned Nakano with the V Slider.

It will take more than a Rabbit Punch to take out Banana Senga. He still had the wherewithal to block Fuminori Abe and set up Tsutomu Oosugi to Cradle him. Speed Of Sounds also did a good job keeping Ikuto Hidaka at bay.

SAGAT was able to counter the Orange Sunset into a short range Goregrind to beat Daiki Shimomura. With this result SAGAT avenged the pin he took from Shimomura at last month’s tag match.
